App is great and limited issues
I have enjoyed the app and it’s easy to use. There was some issues recently, but it wasn’t just with the app, but also within the stores that would not let you scan the product. Outside of that it is a great app.

Worst lottery app I’ve ever used
This app is horrible. Most of the time it doesn’t recognize the bar code. I usually end up manually entering

Rarely works correctly. Very disgustingly annoying... I hate this app!
Number of draws
I really like the app but you’re only allowed one draw per set of numbers. you can’t pick multiple draws per ticket. if you could pick the number of draws per ticket, this app would be perfect.
Scratch offs
Really needs a update It will not scan any of my scratch offs The camera on the app does scan the mega millions and Powerball quit picks But no scratch offs Doesn’t fill up screen when I press scan It looks like it is for a smaller phone like 14 not the 14 pro
Scanner not working
The scanner is not working. It hasn’t been for about a week. No way to enter tickets for rewards or to check winning tickets. When it did work, it was almost impossible to scan.

This app does not work all I wanted to do is check my lotto because I do not live in Arkansas. It makes you sign up for what I have no idea. But when I put all my information in it says ERROR 😡

Ticket Checker won’t scan
I have uninstalled the app multiple times and can not get the ticket checker to scan tickets. App says it can not read ticket. I have checked my camera settings, everything is fine. iPhone 15 pro plus

Great Improvement
I have been a member of the Club since the app was created. I hated manually entering non winning tickets when the app first came out. I lost out on thousands of points because of the hassle and expiring tickets. The app needed a complete overhaul. This version is a much needed improvement. Unlike other club members, I have had no issues with the app. It works fine on my phone.

The camera does not scan the instant games. It does fine with the number games when scanning, but not on the instant.

I have tried multiple times to login. I have reset my password several times as well. It will not let me login at all. Please fix this, the app is unusable.
