Why don’t you give the camera enough time to focus on the bar codes? I literally have to run this like 5 times for it to see this.

The app is a great tool to scan all your tickets except the times the barcode will not scan and the option to enter the ticket manually is no longer available.
Improve the scanner
My reason for giving a two star rating is because sometimes it’s difficult to scan tickets on the check my ticket on the App and then when you try to scan your instant scratchers lottery tickets it’s not letting you see if they are winners and then it’s saying that the tickets are invalid can’t verify the tickets

Ticket Scanner sucks
The check my ticket scanner in the app sucks. Not the VIP scanner. The check to see if you have a winning ticket scanner. Mostly what I get is "unable to verify unable to verify unable to verify". I have tried moving in closer, moving out, turning on the flashlight, turning off the flashlight, holding my finger over the other barcode, holding it at an angle, scanning it upside down, Still, I get "unable to verify." But! I can switch over to the VIP scanner and enter my tickets and never an error just click click click click no problem. Also, why is there a "scan another ticket" option in the VIP scanner but not for the "check my ticket" part of the app ??? I have to go through the whole process of opening the scanner, selecting the scanner and then scanning the ticket to see if I'm a winner and then it returns to the homepage . why isn't "scan another ticket" option available on the "check my ticket" part of the app???? I guess winning is not that important and you don't expect us to anyway right? I mean after all we're not in California or Illinois.

I love this app because it’s actually REAL!! Unlike all these other apps these days! I’ve met people that have actually won prizes. They are legit. The app is super easy to maneuver and the support is great! I’m glad I found it!

Where is the money at on our lottery there isn’t much winnings it is like we are at 4 percent winnings and you are all getting the money for bonuses and millions in salary. We are all about to quit playing
Needs updating
This app is convenient for checking lottery totals, but is often very slow to load regardless of connectivity. Also, the barcode scanning feature is very frustrating. If you don’t get an exact scan, it continues to back you out of the scanner, then has to load the scanner, and will quickly “capture” the barcode again before really having an opportunity to line it up correctly. If the barcode scanner got updated, this review would have been 4/5 stars.

Don’t seem to be as many winners as they used to be. Whether it’s scratchers or whatever you play. Since the inception of the lottery, on average, tuition costs in Tennessee have gone up I believe 8-12% annually. Good job Rebecca Graham Paul - how’s that $400,000 annual salary treating you???

At this point instead of 1 bazillion dollar winner, how about multiple winners in smaller amounts? I would certainly play more with an actual return once in a while.

In the past I played scratch off’s from $1.00 scratch off’s to $25.00 scratch off’s but for over 8 months me and just about every person I see buying a scratch off I ask if they’ve won much and 99% of them say not any more why is that?? I know longer play scratch off’s under the assumption of me winning I play just to lose and currently I’m 0 and 19 and that only tells me one thing and that’s The Tennessee Lottery is nothing but a scam,I don’t know how ya”ll are getting away with it but I guess ya”ll are paying off the right people🤬🤬🤬

TN needs to get their app updated like CA. Often times it doesn’t read the ticket bar well or says it unable to view it. It’s very frustrating!

You can play this for years and it’s ridged just like the paper lottery. You can buy buy buy and play again and again and again and you’re just broke at the end. And what black child has benefited from the Tennessee lottery? I’ll wait.
