What people like
- The map feature works really well.
- Great for finding food and restrooms.
- Kids love the interactive animal features.
What they complain about
- App lost all its fun games.
- Virtual pets disappeared after an update.
- Member cards aren't saved in the app.
Very clean
Very clean and the animals are well taken care of. More interactive than some zoos and even my 11 month old had a blast. The play area was a plus. Very easy to get around too.
Terrible Update
This app is a shell of what it used to be. It feels like they deleted everything that actually made it fun. The 360 biomes and virtual ecosystems are completely gone, and they got rid of all the games too. It used to be an immersive experience for the kids, but now it’s basically just a glorified digital map. Worst version ever.
Good app, could improve
We used this app yesterday while visiting the zoo. Mostly we used the map feature and it was great! I would suggest an update that membership information could be added and available to scan for entry into the zoo. That would be huge so that it’s a one stop shop and members don’t have to keep track of the flimsy paper card that is now issued. I liked the previous credit card type of plastic way better, but understand paper is better for the environment.

Amazing app
The app was a great help. I was at the Nashville Zoo
horrible experience
today 4/17/25 me and my family went to this zoo this was the most unexceptionable experience ever. they kicked us out for apparently causing a scene because i was having a medical emergency and no one would call for help so we were forced to escort the park for creating a scene i was broken out in hives from the pollution in the air i had almost went into anaphylactic shock while having a panic attack from the manager throwing his hands at my father. he had to be dragged out while almost hitting the six people that were helping me calm down. my father had to call 911 because they refused to help me then the manager proceeded to call the cops because he could not grow a pair and speak up like a grown man. mind you there was one singular bathroom open and no handicap accessible stalls.

Good for kids who love animals especially the RED PANDA

I’ve always loved the app but I updated it yesterday when I came and I’ve not been able to find my virtual pets how do I get access to them again?
