Great theater at a great price
How can you beat $7 movies in a theater with an outstanding sound system and heated/reclining seats.
App purchases don’t transfer to other devices.
Make sure to purchase on the device you plan on going with to the cinema because the app doesn’t have a login to track your bookings.

Two things you should add
I love going to the Phoenix theaters with My Family! Two things that you could add that would make the process smoother would be to allow Apple Pay at checkout and allow me to add my tickets to Apple wallet. Other theater apps have this feature.

No New Albany months later?!
Hey jerks, when you gonna add New Albany, IN theater to your app? You took over Regal and promised stuff but I can’t even look up movie times because it’s not in your app. Way to go. Stop being idiots.
Good app for a great theater
App is functional enough, but it is mildly annoying that I have to enter my payment info every time. I’d love to see Apple Pay support, or the option to add my gift card to my account once and save it.
Seat gap
I understand the reasoning behind preventing people from skipping every other seat when making reservations, but with only 5 seats reserved in the theater 2 hours before the show is that really necessary ?

Easy to do and choose seats. I think the 2.00 each “convenience” fee is a little over the top though.

Love the Theatre, not a fan of the app
I am loving our Phoenix theatre: seats are comfortable, screen beautiful, all the workers helpful and pleasant, but the app has an issue I thought would be fixed by now. When you book a movie, you have to put your credit card info in each time. Not a deal breaker, but a pain. Apple Pay would be awesome! Only other knock is the sound… although the Dolby Atmos is amazing it is WAY too much! Louder isn’t always better. The Atmos theatre is almost sensory overload and if you are in theatre 2, you can’t enjoy your movie for all the rumbling next door. But all these things are “fixable”……

Worthless App
The theater that is in my area is NOT included in the location choices. When the theater name is entered to theater search box, the answer is “no theater found.”
Outdated payment process
For the love of god, please add Apple Pay as an option. The current process is cumbersome and buggy. I just tried to by two tickets and could not, got a random error before I was even prompted for the credit card. I had to quit the app and go back, only to find the seats I wanted locked since the previous error. So, please add Apple Pay!

Excellent no frills app
Works great, just wish I could pay via the saved cards on my phone instead of having to enter card info every time.
No option to provide my current location
I was suggested theaters that are out of state and when I look around to submit my current location I did find an option to do just that. Please fix your app, it is in the current state unusable.
Seat choice option needs reviewed
When you go to choose a seat and u have a party of 4 people and another party only bought 3 seat and left an open seat between the 4 seats you want the app doesn’t allow you to choose the 4 seats you want bc it forages you to have to choose the open seat left by the party of 3… That is wrong and needs to be changed! You should be able to choose any seats your party wants. I shouldn’t have to choose to be next to another party if I don’t want to. The freedom of choice should be allowed for any party to choose the seats they desire.
Great theater
My wife and I have seen movies almost weekly. Since the opening, and have taken a few family members along . All experiences have been great . I am surprised that there isn’t a loyalty program .
Old app better
This app looks very amateur, and appears to be formatted only for simple cell phone screens. Like apps designed and developed 10 years ago. All kinds of functionality is missing. Looks like someone made a mistake and rolled out a 10 year old application.
Worth getting
We enjoy the theater, amenities and price. Highly recommend getting tickets before showing up at your local theater with this easy to use app.
Old app was better
I can’t log into my account anymore and see previously purchased tickets or even have my info saved when going to buy tickets now. There isn’t even a login feature. I’ll probably never buy tickets ahead of time again now.
Classic movies, Revolutionary experience
These theatres have evolved the movie theatre experience with their Dolby Atmos sound system, nicely balanced popcorn flavor, and well comforting chairs. Not to mention the app which is very user friendly and easy to buy tickets with. 10/10
Option to use a gift card?
The other app let me use my gift card on it, this new app has no option to pay with this. This app is worse then the previous one.
My Personal Favorite Movie Theater
I’ve lost count on how many movies I’ve seen at the Phoenix Northtowne Theatre. Getting my tickets at the counter is okay but reserving a seat ahead of time through the app makes it so much easier. Until the other movie theaters around me steps up their game Phoenix Northtowne Theatres is the only movie theater I’ll go to to watch my movies, eat my snacks, and enjoy their recline, heated seats.
