Best movie theater
This is my family’s favorite movie theater. Staff always friendly & clean environment. We are also excited to see the remodeling of the over loved seats.
Used to be helpful
Used to be helpful till I got logged out one day and since then it keeps getting me a error code 58 every time I try to reset my password. I’ve tried on and off WiFi and even when I’m not at home to fix this issue. If you go to contact on the app it just gives you the numbers to the theaters I’ll give a 5star again if this ever gets figured out

Seat Fraud
Normally I don’t have an issue using the app but what occasionally happens is when an error occurs during the finalization of the transaction it not only makes you start the entire process over but it also blocks out the seats you selected as if they were purchased and you’re forced to pick different seats to move forward. Not ideal especially because you also won’t allow us to buy seats when it leaves a single gap between seats. Hey guess what!? I don’t always wanna be shoulder to shoulder with a stranger!! I should be able to buy whatever seat(s) I want, especially for non high profile movies with a single viewing for the day.
App has potential
I really like visiting MJR. The app is useful but has potential to be much better. Please could you consider something that would help to allow one person to buy a ticket when there are two empty seats. So many times you can book the seat you want because you’re penalised for being a single person and get a message that it needs to be left for two people. The other thing that would help would be using push notifications for when your movie is about to start. The current system of just putting it in the app where you wouldn’t remember it’s there unless you were actively using the app. I’ve missed so many movies I’ve booked far in advance because I forgot all about them until it was too late. A Home Screen notification would be extremely helpful. Thank you and have a great day :)

Always fast & easy to grab tickets for our movie with the app

Over the last two weeks I have purchased tickets to two different movies and both failed to save in the app. To all who use this app, take a screenshot of your ticket.
Decent
Pretty good app. We use it for every movie. Would benefit from an easier way to navigate back to current booking
No Apple Pay??
Why are there different icons for broken VIP seats… you cant buy them. Sometimes 1 of the triple couch is broken and it confuses customers…. Asked staff about it and they were also confused… maybe fix the seats or fix the icons….. also. No Apple Pay .. can’t add tickets to apple wallet…

This app needs a revamp seems very outdated compared to Emagine

Love that everything is at the click of a button and easy to locate. My favorite feature is the prepurchase of snacks- makes it easier with young kids.
Doesnt work when it needs to
Every time a major movie release happens, I am unable to sign into my account. I get signed out of the app, and then cant sign into. I obviously checked my password and email and verified that I am using the correct information. Please upgrade your servers to better handle major movie releases
Fees
I really like being able to see show times and book seats from the MJR app. What I don’t like is the fee to buy the tickets!

How did I lose my premier not free?
I paid for premiere membership and it’s already gone… Huh?
UI does the job but could be more intuitive.
App is ok and I successfully bought tickets and figured out interface after some effort but could use a better tab menu for fast ticket access and group management- ultimately I’m just glad it works but some less tech minded folks might give up.
Hate the “booking” fee.
It seems to me that if customers are booking ahead of time, online, that the money you save on not having a person conduct the sale would allow for tickets to be bought without the “extra” fee. I’ll stop using the app and just buy at the theater from now on.
app bugs
the app isn’t letting me in it just sits on the loading screen and doesn’t let me do anything. usually it works but at the moment it isn’t working

Best thing you can say about an app is that there is nothing notable to dislike. This is the case here.

I’ve been a premier meme we for years and my account cannot be accessed and I’ve lost my points and status. Very frustrating.

Would not let me change my password. It has now completely kicked me out of account not letting me relogin. Very frustrating
Save my credit card.
Why is there a box to check “save my credit card” information and it never saves it? Every week I have to go in and submit my entire credit card information again. I would probably go more if I didn’t have to do that.
Always exceptional
I love my local MJR. Food is always tasty, seats are easy to secure and the staff are exceptional. Bathrooms clean. Theatres clean.

This app is awful every time I try to reset my password I get a error code it’s frustrating to say the least sent an email but have not heard back
