FireKeepers
One of the best online casino apps to play. I have never had an issue with the app. I will be will say they need to have more daily spins or bonuses it would really help people be able to play
Games
Where did all the games go? All the games I use to play and my game history of this games are gone why?? The Blazing Bison Gloden Blitz is gone, Shamerock Fortunes is gone too. No Huff N Puff. I don’t know what yall did to this app but it sucks.
So much fun!
Firekeepers is our favorite casino! We always have a blast, especially when we win or at least break even!! Lol
Multiple issues with app
Red hot reward offers section never works, can’t see offers. Points earned for tier level doesn’t sink up properly, it’s always wrong have to swipe at casino to figure out points earned or talk to host.
Carol
Why was the PLAY4FUN taken off of the app?
Greg Myers
Great tribal casino. Wonderful people in Host Services. The cleaning staff is exceptional. I really don’t know where they come from but whenever I get up from a slot a cleaning service member is there to wipe it down and disinfect. If you can, route a small tip to these valuable people who work so hard to keep us safe. The cashier staff is friendly, polite and professional as well. Kathy George who is CEO of Firekeepers is obviously a success in making it all come together. Considering the challenges facing all casinos during a pandemic, Firekeepers still manages to have great promotionals and to provide a pleasant casino experience.
The worst online casino app
I've been unable to even play a game even tho they took my deposit! I contacted support and they have given me the run around. So my deposit just sits in my account there and I can't use it. I dont recommend using this app at all. This was my 1st time trying to play on this app and I've been on chat 3 times and still no answers. Worst ever !!
Casino
Fun game to kill time!
Frustrated
Like the games but they keep crashing. Just lost another 375000 credits when game crashed at end of bonus round. Stopped playing Alice in wonderland because it crashes almost every time I get a bonus. Most of the time Sneak peak games won’t even load. Very frustrating.
Bonus game crashes
I also had to quit playing some slots because of game crashes. Happens most when you finally win some bonus games. I had close to 3 million points when it decided to crash. Lost it all. If it happens again I will wipe my devices clean of this app.
Busia
Love this app & all the variety of different games. A++++
Thieves
Should be a Zero star but that’s not available. You can make a deposit but have no way to make a withdrawal. When I questioned it on chat, they blocked my account and are sending me to their Risk Management. Over $25.
Casino
So happy I get to try the casino out before I go there in person. I want some big spins for signing up with u. Please send them my way
Needs a lot of work!
Can't log in to rewards account, a constant problem. Annoying! Makes us go elsewhere because we cant see any info before we go!
Same games ALWAYS crash on bonus round
I like the games but it seems like you loose more then you win. At least 3 of the games recently started crashing so bad I had to quit playing them and the bonus round that's another crash and bam you get nothing after spinning 50 times and finally getting a bonus for it to yet again crash. I've never paid for more credits to play for fun until I started playing this app, now I'm in more than I would like to admit. I just realized I'm limited to the games available do to playing on my iPhone witch don't support flash player. I like the games but won't ever buy more credits again until the bugs are fixed. And it takes FOREVER for new games to unlock.
Wow!!!!
I never knew this app existed I really enjoy the options to play at home using a real casino app!!
Trash customer service
Absolutely garbage stay away from this place
Slots
Very fun!
Just like the brick and mortar
20+ spins with no payback is not unusual. Mostly teaser spins and an occasional low pay/no pay bonus. Keep your credit card ready!
Over charge
Fun game but they overcharge purchase of credits by four times price listed....I'd like a refund of credits charged for but never got
Great app
Love the app
One of the worse mobile casino apps. Glitches
Trying to make a deposit and it takes you all the way through to the end, but then takes you to a page telling you to use the mobile app when you’re using the mobile app. I’ve deleted and reloaded the app many times over 3-4 months. Then one time I logged in and had a bunch of money in my account from all of the previous $100-$200 deposit attempts. But it didn’t take if from my bank account when I attempted it, it took more than $1000 at once. I did chat a couple of times with someone thru the chat feature who was unable to help. Their only solution was to delete the app and reinstall.
Fun
Could use a bigger bonus
Nice!!!
Games are fun! But, for free games, you should be able to win a little more often...
Laura
Fun game to play. I really enjoy this app.
Worst payouts of all online Michigan casinos
My win/loss ratio at Firekeepers online is HORRENDOUS compared to all the other online casinos I play (and I play a lot). Perhaps I should have waited until they built up their bank but my advice would be to get your Vegas on at a different site.
Fun fun fun
Love that I can play the same games I do in the casino.
Won’t work at all.
Been playing on here for years and now it won’t work at all on iPad.
Fun
Cheap way to gamble
Linking Account Error
I have tried over several weeks at different time to sync with my rewards card and always get an error
Cheap fun
Fun games to kill time.
Can’t log in to rewards
It’s like the Login button doesn’t even work.
Great app!!
Fun at home!!
Games
Just played only one game never got a bonus money gone in 5 min what a box
