Redeveloped App
Still a terrible redevelopment. It freezes mid-game, states I’m logged out when I just logged in and the scanner only works part-time and it’s so slow. Go back to the old app
Doesn’t work
Every time I try to use the app it says my bank will not allow me to use this I called the bank and they have not blocked me from using it called lottery and they see no problem however they could not find my account it then said it ok

For a person that always keeps up to date with the app…it always seems to be broken in some factor

very strange that the daily spent to win constantly only wins one entry with all the prizes on the wheel
Garbage
Face ID is broken, just loops and loops signing in. Spin to win hasn’t worked in over a week, says my account is “not able to play at this time” for a free spin?! Over the last year I’ve been steadily losing faith in this app/the lottery commission in general and these glitches are my final straw. Uninstalling and checking out of the “gambling”world.
Buggy! Even 2026 version.
I'm on an iPhone 17 Pro Max with the latest system updates and the latest update of the Michigan lottery app, every time I do spin to win, it freezes up and I never get my reward. Booooo!!!!
Convenient but definitely needs some work
I recently downloaded the Michigan Lottery app and have two suggestions that could make it more user-friendly. First, it would be helpful if saved favorites displayed the actual four-digit number, play type (Straight, Box, etc.), and wager amount instead of just “Favorite 1,” “Favorite 2,” and so on. This would make it much easier to quickly identify saved plays. Second, after submitting a four-digit ticket, I wish the app would return to the four-digit game screen instead of the main menu. This would make submitting multiple tickets much faster without having to select the game again each time. These changes would make the app quicker and more convenient for players who regularly play multiple numbers.
Updated app is horrendous
I can’t for the life of me understand how anyone can rate this app above a 1 star. I can rarely deposit money due to the glitches. When I can, the games don’t work and I keep getting sent to the account page….. I’m always told I’m not in Michigan. This is truly the worst app I’ve ever had the displeasure of using. I guess it’s a good way of saving money though.
Update great idea
Great job with last update on ipad version you have freed up time and money for me and around 19 of my friends. Should have just left it as is , older devices cant do the update
Games In App Don’t Work
I have the most recent update for the iOS MI Lottery app but the games do not open within the app when attempting to play in the app. They worked before. I click PLAY and each time rather than the game starting the app goes back to the game page to click PLAY again and again but to no avail. Please fix.
Was good
Used to love this app. Quick to open. Scanned tickets fast to double check if you won. I’d rather check them myself instead of spending 5 minutes attempting to scan a ticket. Never have I seen an update be so horrible. Literally ruined the app.
Update is awful
So glitchy. Takes forever to load games. Odds have gone bonkers since interim director. Seems lottery is down so they have decreased winnings considerably.
Ticket Scanner Issues
The ticket scanner close button is non functional on IPad Mini.. selecting any other tab buttons such as Home then switching back to Scanner Freezes the Scanner screen. App has to be shut down and restart.
Disappointed with sloppy AI update
This app was once so convenient and easy to navigate and actually functioned with the user in mind. Now it’s very clunky, fails to load, and the spin to win has taken a turn for the worse. Hope it gets a good update soon, thinking about deleting.
Complete Garbage!!
This might be the worst app I’ve ever been on. The old app was awesome this new one is trash!! They spent all their time on the algorithm to take your money and not on a smooth running site. Constantly freezing or doesn’t completely load. Scans your face 10 times before you can do anything then the games don’t load up. I have left the app so many times after waiting 5 minutes to load. Junk!!!
Too Many Issues
This app used to be great. Lately there are just too many issues. There are problems connecting to the server, problems making a deposit, the dashboard is usually blank. When you can finally get to the point to play… when you select a game, you get an error message saying it cannot connect. App is a waste of time.
No support for older phones
The app will only update if you have IOS 18. Boo!
