Jacks is great !
They have great gifts which every one is able to receive .. even the J’s. Free parking is always available.. great cheap food .. fabulous games and fabulous atmosphere!
App not really functional.
not really functional. Can I suggest not spending all the money on mailers and invest it in a better app experience?
Garbage
Changed for the worse!!
Awesome
I love it
Will not open.
Down loaded five times. Worked fine before . Luck7113
New app
The old app was better this one doesn’t give you all the calendars events and it’s frustrating
Great app
Very enjoyable app for the best casino in Ohio!
Errors
App kicks me out every time I sign into Thistledown location and sometimes downtown location. States someone else is logged into my account and I know I’m the only person logged into it.
Have fun
I love coming to Jack’s. It’s comfortable. People are nice. It’s a good getaway for a day.
App doesn’t work
The app literally doesn’t work. The new member kiosk game never loads. The mobile ordering section never takes you to the page where you can order. It’s not a network issue because I can access other apps and websites fine.
Casino app
I would recommend Jacks Casino app. It’s a detailed way of keeping track of special events and offers. I absolutely love the newer features of having an option to be altered when an event takes place. I appreciate that both Cleveland and Thistle Down casino/ racing are within the same app and you are not required to have more than one.
App
Downloaded the app for my new member free play but that part of the app doesn’t work, conveniently. I have been trying for 3 days and it just leaves a blank screen. Besides the app, the Thistledown location has very tight machines, I hardly ever see people win anything.
They were casino in Ohio
I love the atmosphere of this casino and it’s always lively upbeat and friendly so are the dealers. The layout of the casino is awesome. I still have not stayed at the hotel. It’s attached to it. However, I’ve always stayed at the Hyatt, which is a half a block away. Plus to top it off. I’ve always won at this casino. Jack’s is awesome.
Not working
Not working on iPhone. It stuck on loading screen. App needs to be updated.
Review
I like the new look but it seems there is never ever a payout. At other casinos I have occasional hits but never at the jack
TERRIBLE APP FOR OUT OF TOWNERS
App will only work if you live in Ohio and have an Ohio address
The Jack
Excellent Casino! Always clean and great atmosphere.
Bad App
App never opens or is extremely slow. Notifications every hour for mobile offers that won’t open. In app messages take you to Jack’s web browser where you have to login to the web page via the internet. App amazingly gets worse with every update. Whoever runs this should be fired
Always good staff
I might not win that much money, but it seems like the staff always friendly and there’s always a buffet that they comp
Terrible App
Hire someone who knows the faults of the new mobile app from using it as a customer or hire someone to find all the bugs. Apps with this many issues shouldn’t be live. Or is what we should expect from a gaming company with zero threat of competition within the Cleveland market?
nice
i enjoy alot
Can’t log in
I haven’t been able to log in since the update. Tried to uninstall and reinstall.. no luck
