Not sure why they don’t allow you to purchase Georgia 5 draw ticket through the app. Also, please live stream on youtube and post archive footage. Some of us don’t use cable or stream live tv.
Dont play the slots
So i love slots i go to the casinos often and love to play but even at the casino u can play and enjoy ur plays dnt spend ur money on this app to play their slots because u bet 1 dollar and win 10cents thats so stupid in my opinion bcs your not even getting ur bet back it does give no bonus at all so please save your money its not wroth it .

Password section needs help
I honestly do not like keep changing my password EVERY 6 darn months 🙄 this is very stupid to the FULLEST power. How many damn passwords with a length of 12 words can u remember. GA lottery app needs to calm down during thee most abt these passwords. At this point just do authentication security or let us use a PIN number or something. It’s already bad enough that when I travel outside GA I cannot use the app to play the Diggi games etc 🙄. Again, the password section needs to be updated for better sign in usage.
Fix software
Please make it where you can put in more than 10 numbers and also you should be able too add all triples without keep going out adding. It would be nice to see every drawing live on app

Inconvenience Store
You can access the games through this app, but the developers make it painful to engage in with the frequent password changes typing in your email twice not being able to see the new password you're typing in. I don't have this much security with my financial institutions. It's a joke.
Decent!
Decent app. Easy to use. Biggest gripe is that they roll out updates constantly which then wipes your login info and face recognition data, which can be a pain if you’ve had to reset your password a hundred times because you keep having to change it every week!
Terrible
Constant problems. You can purchase and receive the email confirmation but the tickets never show up in the app.
This app seems rigged
Every time I win a “free” ticket the numbers are automatically selected and cannot be edited. I wouldn’t necessarily have a problem with that, except that every time I get said ticket, it will repeat a minimum of one number from the last ticket. I should have the chance to edit that out.
Transfer funds options don’t work
Don’t get me wrong. I love the GA Lottery website and now the app as well. They make it very easy to play online and the Diggi games are a lot of fun. And it is very easy to fund your account. BUT… Because of a combination of banking regulations and what banks themselves are willing to permit, you can’t fund your lottery account from a bank account without a debit card and you can’t cash in your winnings at all (the limit is $600 but I can’t even transfer $50) unless you have them mail you a check. How dumb is that?

Many times the app drops your ticket after paying or freezes and blocks you from accessing it - better to play in person

I like the App because it’s very convenient. But you would never win on this App because the AI program for whatever game your playing you’ll never win. Scam!! All these years of playing fantasy 5 all I ever won is a free ticket. I believe no one ever won big on this app/site.

This app makes you change you password every six months by selecting forgot password, next it ask for your security question, then it would say the answer is wrong when I have it written down plus I remember it. I called customer service and Aaron wasn’t helpful she asked me for my social security number and I advised her I do not give that out over the telephone that I can answer everything else. Then I told her I am not trying to get any information from her just report my problem to the tech support team or email me some troubleshooting information and she refused to do so. I asked for a manager and she denied me that right. Now I see why I stopped using this app.

Major glitches or scams
I have played a few of the digi games and whenever I seems to be winning, the app suddenly goes out and game’s over. This has happened on a few occasions. I have a recording to prove it.
