First ticket
The scan works. At least for now.
Intrusive
No reason to require a login/account to use the ticket scanner. New jersey has a much better app
Still horrible
Amazing how they’ve released like ten versions of the “new and improved!” app yet still can’t make a ticket scanner that works with any kind of reliability. Come on people…camera scanners aren’t groundbreaking technology, this shouldn’t even take 10 tries to get it right. Oh and please stop making the app ask me to allow notifications literally EVERY time I open it. If I didn’t say yes the first or second time, I’m not going to suddenly agree after 30 more times!!

Scanning a ticket
The old app you could scan any ticket within seconds ever since they updated this thing to this app it’s awful. It will not scan anything so then you gotta sit there and key in 14,000 numbers so why bother even using it -it’s horrible
Worst app
It works. Tickets scan. The problem is the app isn’t paying any prizes . Collecting points and spinning the wheel is useless it isn’t paying anything and I used to win at least $10 or $20 dollars. It’s horrible and stop deleting reviews.
Ticket scanner for 2nd chance
This app worked a few times but now it will not open up even though I updated the app.how am I supposed to know if my scratcher tickets win on the 2nd chance???… this is literally one of the worst apps I have ever used 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼
Needs work
This app is ehh. When i put the numbers in for the scratch offs, lucky if it works..and i have to put the numbers in because it wont scan them.
Far more invasive than it really needs to be
Why does it require you to give them your Social Security number and drivers license? When all you wanna do is use the scanner to check numbers? Way too invasive.
Waste of time
Only thing good is scanning the cards. I found out that it scans easier with newer phones. If you have an old model phone like my iPhone 11 max pro then you have to put the flash on and put 2x camera zoom & it will scan. But what I hate the most is the wheel to have a chance to win something. More than $1k & not even 5 bucks. Waste of time
Frightening App
They ask for so much personal information that it is frightening. I just want to check my tickets, the app won’t let you access that without every sensitive identifier possible. Then insists that you sign over use to them. Honestly it’s so intrusive it seems like a scam. Contrast that to using a scanner at a store which requires no personal information even if you win. NYS is abusive, this app is just a small example of that. Don’t bother, run away.
Just doesnt work
I wanted to scan a few tickets so i tried signing in with my id card and everything, but it kept saying it couldnt verify even though i had my information provided clearly… so it clearly doesnt work… honestly im disappointed in that.. guess i gotta see if i won anything in person tomorrow.
Why have a scan function if it never works?
The only reason to download this app is for the scan function. And it NEVER works. You can’t get your points unless you manually type in every ticket number.
Only want to scan ticket
I only want to scan my ticket to see if it’s a winner. Why do I need to create an account? And scan in my drivers license? No thank you delete app.
Too much needed information
