Easy to use
Mass Lottery has an app that is very user-friendly.
Scam scam scam
I have lost tens of thousands of dollars on this app since its launch. There does not seem to be any real RTP as long as the state is the one in charge of it. Save your money and don’t download. Better off at casino.

Let me recover my account. Your support system sucks. It will not let me receive a code to keep playing on line.

The updated app is horrible, makes you sign in every 2 minutes and always trying to sell you something. Plus the scanner doesn’t work very well.

The app was better before they updated their system, multi step login every single time you want to check tickets is a huge mistake.
Claims
It’s so easy to file a claim, you don’t have to take a day off to go cash a ticket in.
Bs
This app will tell you one thing and screw you over. Now with a casino that will tell you you can withdraw to debit card 1-2 hours but takes 24-48 hrs to process. It didn’t take that long for them to take my money.tell me your a bunch of liberals without telling me your a bunch of liberals
Bad App
Leave it to the state of Massachusetts to complicate a simple app. The scanner has always been poor, but now it is very difficult to quickly scan. The scanner seems to prefer focusing on the background instead of the tickets. And why do we have to log on every time we want to scan? I often scan for friends but it is getting exhausting between poor focusing and 2-step verification? Why? Got two stars because, surprisingly for something funded by the state, it works … for the most part.
Annoying
I shouldn’t have to be asked to log in every time and stop asking me to deposit money!!!!

Okay but…
Love the Lottery app but I HATE the way they mucked up the scanner. I played 100 Keno games after I updated the app, and it said I won $83 but received only $19; I felt scammed (I was even scammed by the app 4 years ago in July 2022 when someone used the scanner to steal my claimer). Put the scanner back to the original design!

I don’t feel the new update scanner works very well
this is illegal
I was having problems depositing Money in my account, it was always Declined, I spoke With customer Service for Middlesex savings Bank, they informed me, This IS NOT LEGAL. No lottery Tickets can ever be purchased with a Middlesex Savings Bank debit card.

Great app, lots of fun
Terrible
Allow me to list all the frustrations with this app: Keno sound, works when you start but move to another app while you wait for next draw no more sound. Resets, similar to sound move to something else while you wait it randomly resets and if you didn’t notice the game number you start over. Also in the same vain sometimes the waiting screen stays up while the game plays in the back. Sometimes it flash your win while the game is still going so what’s the point of watching it. The snakes are terrible, it kills your battery and somehow you made the scanner worse. Lately keno history displays the win if your ticket is complete so again what’s the point of play that ticket.

App sucks
The scan the tickets will literally not work. This app sucks.
Withdrawal
This app is very inconsistent with cash outs, I tried to cash out a measley $50 I won on slots and their telling me there is a high volume of withdrawals so I’ll be delayed. Normally it hits my account in minutes. Cash out should be as quick as deposits like how DraftKings does it. High volume of withdrawals shouldn’t be my problem. The player needs consistency not excuses when it’s time to get paid
Worst app customer service is dead
This app I used to be good but since they started the online games everything has been trash. The withdrawal process is a nightmare and customer service is the worst can’t imagine any customer service worse than that. The app says withdrawals take 2 hours to the debit card, but mine has been pending for 8 business days with no update from customer service, and if you email them, they don’t respond. Just send my money and I’m going to delete the app
Worse than before
The scanner barely works and why would you need to login in EVERY time? This app is irritating
