Still unable to SCAN tickets 1) for a winner 2) second chance drawings & bonus wheel spins. Has been going on for months! Knock Knock, is there anybody that works @ NJ Lottery who can put a fire under this abortion of an app? And FIX the damn scanner inside the abortion app? Please?
Barcode scanner?
For months now the barcode scanner has not worked on my iPhone 17 running 26.4. I updated it to 26.4.1 and still not supported.

How can the bar code scanner not be supported on a 2 year old, up to date, iPhone? Why have it then. Always worked before. Do you not test updates?
Not accurate
I scanned some lottery tickets from last week, and the app behaved inconsistently. The first time, it couldn’t read the barcode and told me to take the ticket to a retailer. The second time, it said, “Sorry, this is not a winning ticket.” When I scanned it a third time, it suddenly showed that I’d won money. Is this app unreliable or possibly a scam? The previous app was much more accurate.
Scanner Problems
Most of the app features are fine. However, the ticket scanner within the app sometimes doesn’t work. In the past, deleting and reinstalling the app would work. But, today, it stopped working, and I did the above steps, and the scanner still doesn’t work. Very disappointing.

Seriously, this app gets worse with each “update” they put out. Ira always slow, rarely works, and has more bugs than the slums. Get it together, NJ Lotto, and hire someone who knows what they’re doing.
It’s a very buggy app
It’s hard to imagine how an organization with the funding and resources to advertise constantly can have such a poorly made app. The main feature here is the scanner to check tickets. It either doesn’t open, opens and freezes, or opens but won’t focus on the bar code. The other stuff works ok, I suppose.

Menu not accessible
Just bought a iPhone 17 and can mot access the top Left menu on it You need to make it more accessible
Ticket scanner does not work
At one time, it was a good app until the ticket scanner stopped working tried to contact them. They keep telling me it’s my problem, My phone is working 100%. Now I have to use some some app or constant pop-ups.
Suggestion
It would be convenient if when adding plays for pick3 and pick4 one is able to “add play” the same way one is able to do it for the other draw games - Thanks for adding this feature. Now if you can add a choice button to add multiple tickets (bets) the way you have multiple draws it would be great.
Absolutely HORRIBLE Redesign
Where’s the ticket scanner?! The mobile app tells me to download the mobile app! The previous numbers section is terrible. How about at least including the day along with the date?! The app is now just a horrible version of the website. Oh, nothing works in the VIP Club either. Can’t scan tickets or spin the bonus wheel. Reload the old app!
bad update
I️ used to scan all my scratch off and lottery tickets to see if I️ could win, the scanner worked perfectly at the time . but now ? it’s not working at all
