Not able to have app process any draw slips over the past three weeks approximately on iOS current update
Wtf
You’d think this would be a good, simple easy app. Nope, not the case. Make your account, go to sign in, “you have to confirm your age,” okay done. “You have to verify your identity.” Scan your ID “nope, can’t verify your perfectly valid ID, try another way.” Okay done, I’ll just scan my ticket, right? No. “Confirm your email, can’t do anything if you dont.” Confirm email. “Okay cool, now do this survey, you can’t access any of the features if you don’t,” and it’s literally a stupid survey for nothing other than data on who primarily uses lottery to help with their advertising. “Okay, NOW, you HAVE to do check out our promotions, nope cant skip it” Okay finally all done, and yay, now the apps just crashing. Seriously wtf it’s easier just going in and scanning at that point.

I have tried this app so many times and never works
Do better!
If you have to rely on taking pictures of anything it is never clear! Now it wants a pic of my drivers license for verification and guess what?? It isn’t clear! I tried just entering info and it keeps giving me an invalid error too. With all the money Missourians put into the lottery you definitely could make a better app!
Camera
I’m not sure if it’s just mine but my camera does not seem to be working today for checking tickets. And whenever I get my points and my prize points, it is very hard to find my free tickets. As a matter of fact, I’ve had this for three years and I still could tell you how to go about finally my free tickets.
Never loads
Please fix this app. It loads slowly or not at all
Unable To Scan Tickets
It’s annoying. Unable to scan tickets (draw or scratch-off) for points/to see if they are winners. I have even tried manual entry.
Scanner Issues
I don’t know why but the last few months I have issue after issue with the bar code scanner when the scanner work I love the app.
Absolute garbage
Iowa has a scanner to scan the powerball tickets, Missouri sucks balls. You have to manually enter every single number and when you select a specific date to check the numbers against it decides on its own to ignore it and show months of draws to match your numbers. Hey missouri lotto eat a bag n choke on it. Total waste of time having to create an account. Go eff yourselves
Bug still there
It brings me to the update page I push it and it goes back to the App Store ann wants me to open it but then it says I need to update my MO Lottery app then I do it again and they bring me right back to the App Store page where it says I have to update need to fix it
You must Verify Identity to Scan.
We used to be able to scan a ticket without much to do. Now we have to verify our identity through some subpar system. They have you call an 800 number, talk with someone who sends you a link via email, to upload your ID. Who knows how that ID is being stored or what process they do to secure that information. I am contacting our state senators and representatives. There has got to be a better way.

For what reason?! Now I can’t scan my scratchers because you say to “ toggle “ the access to camera button but it isn’t there !!!!
Imagine if Temu ran the lottery
Endless click ware and pop ups before you can do anything even something simple like checking numbers. It’s best to manage your account elsewhere
App has went downhill
I used to love the app, the ease of just logging and and being able to go in do what I need to do and be out in a matter of minutes now when I log on scan a free tickets come back the following day the app just buffers I keep having to remove and reinstall the app which is becoming very frustrating.
Scanning tickets for draw games never works
Scanning draw games tickets (like Powerball) has always been iffy, but ever since either the tickets got redesigned with a new color ink and background pattern or because they redesigned the scanning code, it now almost never works. It has taken over 10 tries to scan each ticket, and that's just the ones that worked. The ones that haven't I've been trying to scan dozens of times to no avail. The Kansas lottery app does not have these issues and scans on the first try almost every time, so it's definitely an issue with this app.
Badly ran
Horrible app. Works sometimes, and as of this year has worked less than 50% of the time. Mo Lotto is a joke! The Governor appointed the wrong people for this! Fire them and get a new app company that isn’t the cheapest
