Blue diamonds
I would love this game if they didnt make it impossible to advance to the next level. Ive spent money on this game and they literally want you to continuously spend money and thats ridiculous and a huge rip off. Cant even enjoy the game
Fix
My game says there’s an update. I click on it and it takes me to the App Store. There is no update. So I click open and it says there’s an update.
Deceptive
I feel childish for leaving this review, however i noticed that the shiver me timbers game does not award accurately. I have gained certain coin amounts that warrant the addition of starfish to advance to the next phase in the story, yet i did not receive. I spent money to continue the game just to earn one starfish, yet i did not receive. This has happened multiple times. It’s frustrating.
No updates in a year
I used to play this game religiously every day. But the developers stopped creating new venues and you’re stuck playing Shiver Me Timbers and Game of Thorns. You collect your stars after each time you play it but you can’t spend it anywhere. It just keeps accumulating. Seems pretty pointless. I stopped playing this game because it just got really repetitive with nothing new. It’s a shame.

Not Diner Dash
I’m super tired of these levels where you’re literally in a hotel. That is hotel dash. Why are we at the beach doing hotel dash? Why are we at the hotel for longer than we started the restaurant for? Especially while there are other restaurants? And you can’t get stars from those because it’s another restaurant? Annoying and it’s a money scheme. Honestly if you aren’t paying for things you won’t progress fast. Update pt 2 bug fixed! And you probably have a better chance winning without buying coins with the new changes so that’s nice. Definitely might be forced to log out if u mess up on a level that needs boosts but it got better.
Bring back the old diner dash
Miss the simple old game with the drive in cars. This has far too many interruptions, story, and random tasks. It’s just annoying.

I used to play Diner Dash on my PC back in the day. Best game ever. Downloaded this version and although it has its similarities despite the new more modern version, you cannot play more than a minute at a time. At almost every level you’re interrupted by tutorials about new upgrades etc. it’s extremely annoying. I was really looking forward to playing this but it’s hard to enjoy.
Fun & Nostalgic but glitchy
I find this game so fun and it reminds me of my childhood. It was one of my favorite games growing up. However there is always some glitch and the team is slow to remedy it so it can take away the fun. I’ve stopped playing as much because I can’t have continuous play due to all the glitches. I have to close the app and reopen it often just to get to the next step. That frustrates me so I just close it and come back a day or so later.

MAJOR GLITCHING
I’ve been ripped off several times for my diamonds!!! Shakes truck and Cookies ship at the end of the board for shakes if you watch the ad it kicks you out without recording the score but you lose your life and any bonus items using during play but you get NO CREDIT AND IT DOESNT RETURN I’ve lost fast shoes rainbow boost and quick customer boost due to this GLITCH EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!!!!!!
Prize wheels
I love this game and I’ve been playing for years. I played the original as well but this one is soooo much better. My only issue is with the prize wheels. I keep “winning” them but they are nowhere to be found when I want to spin them. Please fix this.
Won’t let me play
The app won’t let me play the game until I update the app. But… when I go to the App Store to update the game there isn’t any updates available for download. Super annoying! Also, since I’m here… it needs to be easier to get blue gems without paying for them. Super fun game though.
A shadow of the original
This game is scratching the itch since I’ve been missing dinerdash and hotel dash so much. But there’s sooooooo many ads. And this game is too fast paced. We’re supposed to gradually grow faster. Instead they want you to have instant reflexes. It’s not relaxing or fun like the old game. With how fast paced it is I feel more stressed than having fun.

As soon as you start the game they want u to spend $ the game is a good concept but unless you have $ that’s the only way u can level up in the game. Not only do u have to upgrade the equipment and food but u have to upgrade people too in order to get 3 stars in a level. I played and wasted so much money I wish I never downloaded this game! Buyers beware!! It’ll never end and takes forever to upgrade one equipment. I miss the old dashes like actual diner dash, and hotel dash & wedding dash 😭

Won’t work - no internet issue
It’s not working, it keeps saying no Internet and won’t let me play at all. I tried different Internet connections and my data and it says the same thing
Love This Game BUT..
I have been play Diner Dash games since the first one. Love every one. My issue is the past MULTIPLE months. Secret menu and Veras Vault. That’s it. No new restaurants or storylines. I would even accept old restaurants with a continued storyline. Starting to get stale and old.

“Connection Issues”
Unable to even get through the first 5 minutes due to a connection error message popping up repeatedly. Every other App and game is working just fine, and based on other reviews, this is a thing. Please fix it.

Enjoyable and addictive, still learning my way around. Like all of these games you need to purchase if you want to progress quickly, but it is still fun without making many purchases
Frustrating
I played this game a long time ago. When I downloaded it again a couple weeks ago, I was excited. But then yesterday, I started getting this notification every time I tried to play that I had no internet connection, which I did. Even got to the point that I deleted the app and reinstalled it, hoping that would fix the problem. However, it didn’t and now I can’t play AND have to start over. Plus, tried to contact support on their website through the chat option which did absolutely nothing and no one even answers your questions even when they say to wait for a “live agent”. Super disappointing.
What's going on
I've enjoyed this game for years. I do not like the updates. You have the monthly challenge, but no challenge. No way to earn the currency in the challenge. It takes at least 24 hrs for the IT support to respond. Now it's saying the app needs an update, but no update is available

It does not make sense to need so many gems for an upgrade and it is not easy to get gems! It is like you guys are forcing the players to buy which is enough reason to quit the game!
No upgrades
While playing the fish shack level, it doesn’t allow you to upgrade any kitchen items or any other upgrade. It constantly makes you restart the game still not allowing upgrades.
So much fun!
It’s clear that a lot of time and effort goes in to this game. All of the foods, characters, story lines, venues! It’s so cute, great job DEVs

Needs an overhaul
Please reinvent this game. It’s boring. 7 stars to go talk to Shakes. I used to enjoy it. The fact that you have to play the optional areas now to progress is stupid. I hate the Halloween, Christmas venues …. Boring!

Enjoy this game regularly, very fun and different levels and some different challenges. Pretty good at giving opportunity to collect gems to spend and challenges to earn free play etc. Getting frustrated with ads where the X doesn’t work, keep having to close the game to restart!
Was enjoying however…
Was really enjoying the game then got to Chapter 16 Level 3 on the cruise ship- no matter how many times I win the level ( serve more then 8 customers earn more then minimum stars), celebration at the end with confetti, the level won’t progress to Level 4!! The blue stars don’t get added to my total and it makes me play the same level again!! So frustrating!! I’ve logged in and out restarted multiple times but same error happens. Once bug is fixed will consider coming back and giving higher rating- other then this bug good game.
New update
I love this game but prefer the original. This one you can’t watch videos on an iPad for extra gems. They new update stops sending customers and times out before the clock finishes. So you miss out on what would be a successful game. It’s so frustrating.

I really love this game; very addictive. Even my son loves it. Although every so often it does glitch, however the support team are always quick to help and fix the issue. Although at the moment it won’t let me open the game. It keeps saying “ could not establish an internet connection “, and it says restart. It never restarts and it’s just an endless loop

Great upgrade to the story, but
I decided to delete after a few days, it got quite frustrating to play. Disappointing. Pros: Great story upgrade! I enjoyed the mini goals to enhance the town decor and buildings. Cons: Too many to want to stay with the game! First, it’s difficult to level up past a certain point. I eventually hit a roadblock of no longer being able to upgrade my kitchen appliances, speed, and value of food purchases all because I needed “gems” - which is a currency in addition to the actual $$ earned from each level. And the 1-at-a-time gems I did manage to collect also needed to be used for other things such as: clothing upgrade, customer level. It’s an imbalanced way to play. The game is also intrusive. When showing me new features or “how you can get more gems by inviting via social media” the prompts won’t let me opt out and instead I have to keep clicking to the point of putting my name in or clicking the social media button. I just close out the game and start over.
Not like the original game
Although the games is good, there’s too much time being wasted on the extra stuff and the levels themselves just feel way to short. There’s definitely room for improvement
