Bad actor
I have been scammed multiple times by this platform. If you don’t want to become their next victim, avoid it. Scam 1: I deposited 100,000 USD to an official kucoin deposit address, and the deposit was never credited. I reached out to support and they pretended they never received it and tried to pretend the address was not theirs, even though it quite clearly was. Scam 2: I invested 250,000 USD in a coin that turned out to be a complete scam. Down 98% in less than a week. I reach out to customer service to at very least warn them and get the coin delisted. They told me to mind my own business. Well, when I just lost very close to 250,000 USD it is my business. Long story short, it turns out Kucoin will list any coin, even coins they know are scams because they just want to make the fees they charge to list a coin. Kucoin works hand in hand with criminals because they profit off the crime too.

Good cex
When binance was shut down in Canada there were no other cexs that quite performed like binance in terms of liquidity, order book, uxui but kucoin has since advanced so much i feel like the ui is cleaner than binance now and liquidity is better than any dex out there I love kucoin finally getting liquidated with a overall happy experience

I can’t even verify my account… anytime I try it just say times out or not even show the verification interface… What is the matter with your app? And poor response from the customer service…

Still the best for certain use cases
For services not available on officially regulated platforms in Canada, those who have previously passed KuKoin KYC can continue to use their services. They stand out for futures and perps, copy trading, and other advanced exchange services not officially available on Canadian exchanges. Have used them since 2017 with no issues and they have some of the lowest fees in the world.
Pathetic for Futures
The UI is extremely poorly thought out, the fees are outrageous, and it is extremely slow for futures. If you’re in canada, please use bitget or any other app because this app is pathetic. Even on ipad, the app is specially designed for ipad but does not support landscape mode 🤦♂️ wouldn’t expect better from a Chinese app

Uygulamayı yıllardır kullanıyorum. Hacim konusunda hiç sorun yaşamadım. Spotta geçmiş işlemlerin tamamı gözükmüyor, çok fazla coinle trade yaptığımız için bu sıralar oldukça önemli. Ayrıca limit emir doldurulduğunda bildirim gelmesi çok faydalı olurdu.

Very disappointed manipulative behaviour in futures trading
I’m extremely disappointed with KuCoin’s futures trading platform. It’s become clear that there is *manual interference* going on behind the scenes during futures contract activity. The market movements often don’t align with global trends, and many traders—including myself—have experienced *suspicious liquidations and unexplained losses* that don’t match with the actual market data.
Great Platform BUT!!
This app is great for trading and really easy to use but you can’t use its chart properly, chart is good on web browsers but really bad on phone and iPad, they really don’t use iPad to its full potential. If i had to wish one to Santa this Christmas it would be to revamp this app for iPad🤓

Very full featured on the trading side, with many options for futures, options and leverage, but the analytics tools are a bit pared down in the app.
Payed first coin on my account and eminently was blocked
No recommendations, keep away of this app. Asking any time my my documents, waiting endless for transfer approval. Will never use this app again! Do not transfer any money to this app you will never get it back.

Fast tech support
I had troubles setting up but got tech support reply from Elyn in ten minutes and all good now. Apple users, type your verification codes in, don’t use the easy Apple way. Also, you tap “send” to get your code, then you type it in and do not hit send. Also, you can use Authy for MFA (don’t have to use Google Authenticator like they say).
Scam
Scam artists the fees are 3-4x more than every other app. And on top of that your withdrawal fees are the same. They charged me a fee on the LIGHTNING NETWORK that was higher than the btc network. Impossible right. When I explained that to them they changed their story to making a fixed fee which btw is 3-4x more than everywhere else. Bottom line DO NOT USE. Unless you like paying higher fees than everyone else.

The most sketchy exchange I have used, first they lure you to sign up with rewards the sign up process is 1. Sign Up - good here 2.identity verification - completed within 2 hours 3. first deposit- and here once you make deposit, the truth will be revealed one by one. Things to note 1. After making your deposit they will ask for TDS tax details, 2. Cannot bind your mobile number if signed up with email/Apple ID 3. After this login password - after trying so many times I was finally able to set password but still throws unable to login 4.if you’ve passed this stage and try to make a trade now they will ask for trading password, which they never asked to set in the first place, to set trading password you need email,2FA, Face ID(?) which throws error couple of times and if you are able to complete Face verification you have to wait for 3 days (yes 3 days), let me wait wait for 3 days and see what error they gonna throw after 3 days
