They're missing all the deadlines, and the money is gone
It's been 3 days since the money wasn't credited to my bank card after I made a withdrawal. The only response I've heard—for the fourth time now—is "please wait." They ignore requests for a refund or for a specific timeline. They just copy and paste the same message and send it back every time. I don't recommend them; I'm switching to Bybit. Transaction ID e96b55ad-121d-4581-9c64-f0ae379a3580 Update 10/02/2026 : After writing a review and sending a screenshot as part of the "support ticket" to resolve the issue, the money arrived in 10 minutes. Be careful.
can't withdraw money
is this a good exchange? if so why can't I withdraw my money, who will deposit must be careful.
When Will the EUR Cards Be Available Again?
Why wasn't anyone informed in advance that their card would be frozen? I checked everything — there wasn't a single notification beforehand. Some people keep a significant portion of their savings on this card, only to have their money suddenly frozen with no access to it. What's even more frustrating is that there isn't even an estimated timeframe for when the cards will be active again. WhiteBIT, when will EUR cards become available again?

Hidden conditions for obtaining a virtual card
I downloaded the app solely to get a virtual card for making payments from crypto. I am not located in an EEA country. The app allowed me to submit a request, collected all my data, and then said “please wait, everything is almost ready” even though they do not issue cards to users outside the EEA. The conditions are unclear I only wasted my time

Need more improvements
The service is good and the app is easy to use. But there is something wrong with pass code feature. If you don’t log into app for a while it don’t accept the code even you enter it correct. I will wait for a fix to edit my review.

terrible app
The worst website and app. It's impossible to pass verification because they have some kind of internal system issues.
Good trading app working of orders
Been on for an hour defiantly a pro trading platform still working it out as I’m in an au conversion 👍

Good app in progress
Need referral and fast verification process, All and all good app
Nice app
Looking so good and useful;)
Scam - stay away!
If i could give zero, I most certainly would. To cut a long story short. I opened the app after about a year of holding some positions to find that my account balance is ZERO! Yep you heard that right from a couple hundred bucks to 0, zilch, Nada. All I was invested in was safemoon. But apparently seems like the folks at whitebit help themselves to their so called “customers” accounts. SCAM , not sure how its legal to be on the appstore
Safemoon Coin Missing
There is no safemoon coin in the app. I can not trade and follow it.
Thumbs up from Australia.
Love how secure the process is regarding my security and security features regarding depositing crypto. I hope to see Australian Deposit of currency is an option in the future… as I could see myself making a few purchases of Crypto here.
Stealers
Stay away from this exchange app they will steal your money when your crypto price goes up lost all my coins now I have nothing they withdrawn all my coins and I can’t do nothing
Bug fixes
Please fix this as as possible the app keep going back to the screen menu whenever I try to access and it really fraustrating.
Good size

Do not use
Really bad app and even worse customer support. Highly recommend using anything else!
