Excellent support team
I had a few issues and it was my fault. I contacted the support team and they quickly responded and even called me to walk me through the issue I was having. I have never experienced that with other apps. I’m very happy with the simplicity of the app and the time it saves me at tax time. I can’t fault it.
Transparency would be nice
I scanned and uploaded all of my receipts, thinking they would be kept safe I then thrown them away and now the trial has run out I have no access to the receipts anymore until I cough up some money. Pretty dirty tactic but I guess I should have paid more attention to the details. Pretty anti consumer non the less because the app seems fantastic.
Bugs
Too much bugs, won’t scan all my selected reciepts and sometimes it crashes

I have just found this app. It’s more affordable, and suits my small business needs so much better than what I was using. I find it so simple to store receipts and also simple to search and find them when needed.
Second scan failed
I sign up the paid version, but just found that the first scan I did never finished sync. Though my internet connection is perfect. I t doesn’t allow me to export as it has never finished sync! I then try to delete the uploaded receipt, but it does not let me delete! I suggest you offer in app support so I can share screenshots
Has potential
Good but useless when doesn’t include a receipt in total spend

I was looking for a simple app to manage personal receipts, track tax. Rather than the team driven apps - GROK said try this and here i am tricks ask the boxes and Australian too.
App keeps freezing
When scanning invoices from email, the app keeps freezing. Not very productive

It has saved us countless hours chasing paperwork and made expense tracking seamless and stress-free. Highly recommended for any business managing team expenses
Potential
App has some good features but is pointless uploading receipts if you aren’t going to purchase subscription. A free version with limited features would be good to see otherwise no point downloading for everyday people.

Needed to find this years ago
It is rare to find apps that go back to doing what they set out to and do it well. The upload is clever focusing on the receipt only, extracting the info, sending to folder I created. Scanned all my travel receipts in a couple of minutes and exported to my email. Even better to see an Aussie company with a great all round product. Will be recommending this to our company. But tip, need to fix the nickname for reviews. How do you easily find one that hasn’t been taken? Just come up with a schema to append numbers or characters. Thanks
