Bugs won’t let u to use it
I couldn’t pass even registration, required middle name - which I don’t have, and on address page the button Save never became active after I field my address. So actually it is so buggy even on registration steps that It is impossible to pass

So far, I’m really enjoying this app and this new approach to finance. As a young female, it’s great to see an app that is more directed to my demographic. As a gen Zer, I’m big on aesthetics and this app delivers that! It’s amazing to see daily how much interest I am earning on my savings and a massive motivator! My only cons are that the app can be a bit glitchy at times and slow to load and that my funds weren’t instantly sent to Blossom as the app says it would be. It took 24hrs or so before my funds were loaded into Blossom so I would suggest an improvement might be to make customers aware that “it may be instantaneous or take up to 24 hours - you will receive an email from us once the funds are available in your Blossom account” just to squash any worries in the customer’s mind as it is a lesser known app and trust is key. But other than that, I’m loving the app so far!

Missing Money.
$130 missing from my account. I haven’t had any problems with them previously, however I recently started investing again. After checking it I found $130 had been removed from my account with no transaction history of a withdrawal.

Error code 403
Would love to use this app but everytime I try to create an account it says the response error code is unacceptable with code 403. Pl
Glitch
As someone who has just opened an account with Blossom, I have already been having issues with it glitching. I sign in and it signs out. I try to connect bank details and it takes forever to load or a refresh for it to work. Like others have mentioned the concept sounds great and I do want to give them a fair shot but can’t if I can’t log in. Hopefully they fix this issue.

I put in $10 and the funds never showed up in my account even though the money came out of my bank account. Everything on the account is verified so I don’t know.

Very easy to use app . Every bit of information you need is all there. Easy to track investments and check your earnings.
Not allowing me to withdraw
I put my money in i have a certain amount as an available balance and yet when i try to withdraw my money it is saying insufficient funds, i need this money for an emergency and it is not letting me withdraw it so once it lets me withdraw my balance i will be deleting and never using this all again
Arduous Application
I am incredibly unsatisfied with how arduous of a task it is to sign up to the Blossom service. I have provided three seperate forms of ID and still have not been approved. When I go onto the app to, for a fourth time, attempt to provide further ID, I cannot do so as my application is ‘pending’. I have decided to withdraw my application and delete the blossom app as truly, it has been hurdle after hurdle with their service, the website not working and the application process being drawn out and ridiculous. This has been ongoing for over a month.
Big fan of the concept but
The app is super glitchy, eg when logged out and trying to log back in I get stuck in an eternal loop of entering log in details and being redirected to the log in page or once funds have been transferred in it takes a couple of days (!) for the fund screen to update. But I am a huge fan of the concept and this app has helped me accrue significant savings in a short period of time so big thanks for that.

Account closed but keep receiving Yearly Periodic Statement
I have closed my account some time ago. Last year (2024) I got a Periodic Statement email, I wrote back saying I have closed my account long time ago. Dirk replied saying it was a mistake. I even submit a 5-star review for Dirk. I am not sure why I received this email again this year 2025. My account has been closed and I should not keep receiving this kind of email yearly. Please also DELETE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION FROM YOUR DATA. There is no investment, NO MONEY OWING, I don’t need to keep receiving Periodic Statement.
Seems good at first but then…
Signing up was super easy and smooth, they make the transition super easy. HOWEVER, at first glance their interest rate seems higher than most banks… which is great! But, after they take their 1% fee p.a, it’s technically lower than my current interest rate with my bank which is 4.75%??? I was glad I realised the fee was 1% so I could withdraw before I was charged on my hard earned savings. I understand these guys have to make money somewhere but everyone please weigh up the pros and cons before you invest!

Incredible for savings
I found this app December ‘23 through instagram ads. It looked promising, as I was actually looking for a bank savings account, I signed up and I have been incredibly happy ever since. Any questions/issues I’ve had, they have dealt with amazingly!! Highly recommend to anyone needing a reliable and good savings account.

It’s too good to be true man, they randomly withdraw money from your bank account and then it’s tedious to get your money back into your normal account !!!! Please don’t make this mistake
Saving made EASY
I decided a year ago to get serious about an emergency fund and found Blossom app. It’s so easy! Best part is there’s no waiting for funds to land into the app and vice versa. Unlike other banking institutions where you are required to jump through hoops to gain your interest, Blossom requires nothing from you. I also Like the option to put my money in a higher interest acct and it helps me save as you cant immediately access it. Highly recommend Blossom. I tell all of my friends and anyone who will listen really. 😄

I was recommended to check this app out by a friend saying this is just like what the banks do for savings but gives you a better outcome due to how this app has been set up. Easy to use getting funds in and out. A great idea to watch your money grow each day!
Finally started a savings account
I finally managed to start saving after many many years of struggling. Being able to watch the interest grow daily has encouraged me to stick to my goals. It’s also great that they have a calculator to work out how much your savings will grow after a certain amount of time with how much you deposit over a certain period. Being able to only withdraw once a day for immediate payment also makes me stop and think about whether I actually need the purchase. It’s very user friendly and the staff are always so lovely if you need any assistance. I love that I can set multiple goals and delegate funds to each goal - the more funds you put into your goals you also get to watch a fun little flower ‘blossom’. Only recommendation I have would be to allow external transfers from accounts that aren’t in your name as hubby transfers to me and then I have to transfer to blossom which can be a bit fiddly / annoying but honestly, other than that I think blossom is a 10/10

Great app to grow your savings. But little bit glitchy. I would suggest developers to develop updates on this app and improve bugs. Apart from that, everything is great.
