Such a great app
Non-accessible for screen reader users
As a blind low vision user, I couldn’t even set up an account or login using VoiceOver. Extremely disappointing.
Change of currency
Would be good if I could change the currency of allowances spent overseas. Instead of doing everything in AUD.

updated app and still showing to be updated both on ipad and iphone, tried deleting app and reinstalling and still says to update

If you persevere with this app it is good. Some boxes take several taps before becoming active.
Great App for tracking work expenses
I wish the ATO app was more like this. It makes logging and tracking expenses flawless. I have never done my taxes with H&R Block but this year I certainly will be accessing their services. Thanks H&R Block and keep updating the features!

iPad Layout & Receipt View
Works okay on iPhone bar the issue of not being able to refer back to the attachment/photo whilst filling out the fields. iPad layout is almost unusable, fonts are abnormally large size and can’t navigate the interface.
Digital receipts
Although this works well to store my receipts digitally, you aren’t able to zoom in on the image of the receipt once stored, making them difficult to read. A zoom function would be very helpful.
Hopeless
Unusable if you have increased the font size on your phone. Those with low vision need not apply I guess. This is app dev 101. Did H&R Block not pay the developers the final instalment? Ridiculous
Fails to saved receipts uploaded useless app
Upload receipts, saves them but fails to show them in dashboard. So app is useless until you make a fix to show uploaded receipts to the app. I’ve tried everything . Been 3 months since I reported issues but no updates.

I only wish you could customise and sort receipts by category
New update and exporting issues
I've been using this app for the last two years and it's been okay recording and categorising your receipts but when it comes to exporting it isn't the greatest. Both times when it came to exporting for tax the files couldn't be opened or viewed properly on my end and also the H&R Block tax agent couldn't access and didn't know where to find the information i exported. Any time I need assistance with this app most of the H&R Block people I spoke to didn't even know it existed or how it worked so don't expect much support with issues. Now onto the new update... I downloaded the new update and when I returned to upload a new receipt I couldn't use the decimal point to add the accurate value and also couldn't upload a photo properly. Also with the new update it wiped out some of my existing receipts and also jumbled up all the years and months so it's no longer in order?!... absolutely ridiculous...I already had trust issues with this app prior to this update but now its serious... Going to have to find another app if this isn't sorted very soon
Good for receipts but WFH log needs work
I work from home full time with only occasional travel. I would like to be able to copy and paste or highlight whole weeks to apply WFH Hours please

Receipts not emailable OR downloadable
Hey guys, BAS is almost due. Not a good time to have a bug that prevents receipts being emailed or downloaded.
Needs alot of Work
The app needs work if you are going to use it on an ipad pro
Good app....needs a lot of work.
I use an iPhone XS Max, when I tap on take a photo, nothing happens. I have to take a photo first then choose upload a photo. . When I am entering the details of the receipt, then info screen won't scroll up, which means I'm typing blind, well not really, I cannot see the text field die to my phone keyboard being in the way. . If I receive an invoice to my email, then save it to a folder on my phone, receipt hub cannot search anywhere else but in my photos. Unable to save an invoice into my photos.....unless I take a photo of it. Yes, I could screenshot it, but I don't want to do that, it's extra steps.
New update
I’ve been using the app for a while now but the recent update needs work. The decimal point function isn’t working when uploading the amount for a receipt and it’s not showing all of my saved recents from this financial thus far. While it is exporting them, it would be nice to have that visual to keep track.
Great app
Great app, but unfortunately upload and capture has stopped working.
Horrible app
Terrible app. Lost all my data as one day they decided to delete my whole account. This included my KMS completed and all my receipts. I contacted HR block and they said that someone would call about this and sort it out, and guess what. They never did. Don’t get this app if you want all your data lost
Improvements to Vehicle Log
I often travel for government work using my personal car. I am grateful for the vehicle log functionality however a couple of improvements could be made to streamline. When I commence a journey I enter the log with my odometer reading and date/time (I love the ease of this). At this point of entry however it also requires my end time and end odometer which I don’t know at that point. This means I need to enter incorrect data and then when I arrive go back into that transaction to correct ODO and date/time. It would be great to be able to enter only the details I know at the point of leaving and have it in a draft mode that is then completed at the end of my trip. Yesterday I had to log 20 small trips and so this became tedious. I also only use one car so having to select it each time is annoying. It would be great to have a setting that asks if it is for one car use only and then have that preset. I noticed that it asks to save the start journey description as a default however that is always set to yes so I have to change it each time. Whenever you are on the road entering details into a mobile phone (sometimes in a hot car) less keystrokes is best. I would also like to see an additional field that provides a notes page that can use the microphone to record and dictate. This would mean as I met people I can quickly dictate what I need to remember for our interaction. My eyesight is failing so this would be good. Hope these suggestions help.
Login issues
Tried to set up an account not linked to socials. Clicked the link in my email to verify email but when I click this next link to login, the screen is blank. When I try to login via the app, tells me my email is t verified

I updated app and now it won’t let me put in the amount correctly won’t allow .cents only whole amount
First Time User
Being the first time I think it’s gonna be great come tax rebate time, but trying to come up with a nickname that hasn’t been taken is annoying and is a waste of time.
Please fix
Not able to sign up. Downloaded & updated - couldn’t sign up. It says passwords don’t match, which I can clearly see is not the case. Removed, downloaded, & updated - same problem. Please fix
Decimal place not working
Hi the decimal place is not working in the item amount when adding a receipt.
It’s ok
It’s OK. You can snap pictures of your receipts or upload a photo but you can’t import a digital receipt. This is a big drawback when trying to keep everything in the one place. It is also not very responsive to finger touch. At first I thought it was just my phone but it happens on my husband’s and other friend’s phones as well.
Functions
I would like to import copies of receipts from adobe files. I can only take a picture or import from pictures. It would be great to see more options available. Currently a consultant and recommending, however users comment on uploading. Otherwise a very simple app.

Does not work
Signed up ok, trying to load the first receipt (H&R Block tax invoice) as a PDF and the app crashes after several attempts! Not worth the effort.

Won’t Sort or Export
It won’t sort by category in the filter. It won’t sort anything. When it exports to email, it sends me to a ‘create a survey monkey’ page.
Needs more functionally
Great for storing receipts but lacks export features. Currently when exporting you get too download all receipt images. For me to continue using the app I would like to see the ability to export my receipt information into an excel spreadsheet for not only the tax year but a specific quarter.
Cannot even sign up
Every time I try and create an account, I get text saying: “The pass confirmation does not match.”
1 photo upload
Simple straightforward app. It would be more convenient if multiple images could be selected at once and zoom image.
Unable to get verified
Tried to sign up. Verification email did not arrive. Auto generated password did not save. Attempted to sign up again - user email already exist!! Nil customer service contact link
Annoying app
I need to upload old receipts and it won’t let me backdate or change the date to be able to backdate Not happy Jan I’ve got about 45 receipts. I need to upload.
