Great experience
Had the greatest experience with Refundid, so much easier than the usual returns process on other websites. I hope all businesses get on board with these guys so all return processes can be this easy.
No barcode
Was forced to download this app to make a return. Did so in the process of my return to get my Aus post label. Open the app, put all details in, no return label to be found, the item is not able to be ‘returned’ in your system as I already did that. So now stuck with no label. Terrible waste of time experience. Beyond frustrating.
Great app to track refunds
Can track and lodge returns easily via this app
Nothing good to say
Customer service almost zero , app as bad as everything else -no idea why good businesses co operated with such a unprofessional company
Seamless
Amazing app, instant refunds made easy!
Disappointed
Tried to get an answer from them about how long it takes to sort out a refund via afterpay and both refund I’d and afterpay as well as country road the retailer have not been able to help me. I will never use this service again.
10/10
Such an amazing service! The app is super intuitive and very easy to use. Definitely recommend!!
Trash app that doesnt work
Awful dont get. Doesnt even let you get the code. Terrible. Time wasting.
Fantastic service
Such a great idea! I got my money back instantly and having all of the labels ready for going into the post office made the transaction super quick and easy. Will mean I can buy more items on line without having to worry about the return process if I don’t like it or it’s the wrong size etc.
Endless Safari Chrome loop
Sent me on a - Can’t open in Safari, so Open in Chrome loop. Once logged in, it would immediately log me out and start the loop again. Never got my return label barcode.
Insurance
To be faced with another choice to pay to insure safe return of parcel is just putting the customer in a difficult position and makes them pay another couple of dollars… always trying to make another dollar off the customer!
Exchange Request LOST
Initiated an exchange request with Adore Beauty with the system failing at finally step of printing returns label. Now system says exchange initiated on AB side but cant find any record in Refundid nor have I received promised email to reprint label. At least with iconic return system you can always find the return details in their system.
So good
I use Refundid everywhere
Money from my account
You stole 9.99 cents from my account and I did not use your services
Makes returns so easy!
Love the experience and makes shopping so much less stressful!
Ms Hannah
What a total scam! Rather than just give me a QRcode I had to down load app and this service contributed to a large return fee
Seamless
Easy to use, great UX and offers more than just refunds!
Awful delete account experience
Horrendous
Brilliant app
Very easy to use User interface, I got my refund instantly no troubles whatsoever!
DO NOT USE
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, I bought an item on express shipping they gave me standard shipping instead, I myself paid the return when the actual store does it for free, it was a difficult process in general, they are of no help when needed, you cannot contact them by phone or by online chat only by email which I’ve been waiting for days now for a response. You can’t cancel once lodged either. I will never use again.
