Hi I’ve been with AMP Super for around 12 years and overall I’m very satisfied. The growth has been strong over the long term, and my experience with the fund has been positive. It has performed well for me and I’m happy with the returns and stability over the years.

App stopped working, have tried again over and over, to no avail.
iOS17 Bug - Set to 24Hr Time
App hasn’t worked since upgrading to iOS17. Changed to 24hr time after advise from another App and AMP also working correctly. Other developers suggesting iOS Bug.
Amp needs improvement
App updates require manually re-saving your FaceTime login, which is inconvenient & inefficient. Additionally, the platform lacks transparency around fees, especially given AMP’s past record of criminal deductions.
Correspondence area now disappeared
I have just noticed that the correspondence and letters section has disappeared from the app. How do I now see any letters past and present in the app about my term deposits??
Seems to have improved
Based on the reviews from last year, as someone who has only joined in the last 6 months I’ve found the app great. Sleek and clean, does everything I want. Great work, keep up the good work.
Can’t access my money
The app kept showing “Oops something went wrong” after I transferred money and then I can’t access my account at all.

First time transfer my loan to this bank, the system very not stable and reliable
OTP to SMS useless when overseas
The app is good except that I can’t find a way to change the OTP so it comes to the app or my email address.

It’s a really useful app for banking. Everything in the app is thoughtfully placed and everything works.
Regularly doesn’t work
App worked well until the last few months when it regularly has an error saying ‘We’re sorry. Something went wrong. Please try again.’ Really frustrating when you need to get access urgently. Getting to the point where I’m likely going to change banks completely.
Pop error
Cannot access bank accounts. Error still comes up.

Needs some improvements
Amp needs to be more secure by sending a code by text or email when you sign in online like other banks do. Also there should be notifications for any purchases made and you should be able to lock/unlock card temporarily.
If I could give zero stars I would.
This app is useless. It has never worked properly. Sort it out.
Crashes all the time
I just signed up with AMP for home loan and this App is always crashing. It’s not related to my phone having an update as I keep things up-to-date. Constantly having to reset my phone for one app is not cool! AMP you need to fix this.
This is the most unstable banking app!
Pretty frustrating that this app has been down all weekend - and no way to access via phone browser 😟 this isn’t the first time this app just hasn’t worked for a ridiculous period of time.
Cant set up
Pretty bad. App loops when it tries to add accounts between add account and security code. Then if you exit there’s no where to add accounts. Closed app to try resolve and asked me to reset pin, doesn’t seem secure. Doesn’t work with Apple passwords. Why do people need a unique username when you have unique email setup as well.
Poor App design
App won’t even download keeps asking for payment details which are provided but then doesn’t finish downloading.
