Lacks features
Mostly user friendly but lacks important features including, download statement with description, search by description and view interest rate of account. Spacing on transactions is probably a bit generous.

Lots of notifications and repetitive notifications that are unable to turn off. Bank of Australia send more emails than anyone
Does the job but could be much better
App is robust but not particularly efficient - takes too many clicks to make a transfer or send payment to somebody. Quick transfers are a bit too slow also. Strange that automatic payments are not straightforward to setup or edit

This bank sucks
They froze my acct for suspicious transactions of me moving my money into this bank I only wanted an acct that I hadn’t given direct debit to made a grand total of $987 amd on the second day it was frozen !! When I spoke the the lady I was asked who made the transactions I told her it was me then she said it would need to be investigated for due diligence which I could understand if I moved millions but $900?? Really?? If I get access to my money again I will be closing it down and taking my banking elsewhere!!

Very easy to use but would welcome more security like dynamic cvc. would be nice to copy paste secure card number for online payments.

App really doesn’t perform as it’s meant to. Search function never shows transactions. Not much help from support. Disappointed
Good but for a one or two much needed functional requirements
Can’t resend paid receipts to recipients once you leave the payment section. Highly frustrating. No capacity to take a photo and save receipts to transactions
Wasted space.
The main screen is a waste of space, it should show the account balances directly. Also the credit card section is unclear. It should say balance left to spend or something like that. It’s confusing as to whether ‘balance’ is money spent on the credit card or the credit limit minus what’s been spent.
Missing Function
Could be better if we could organise bill payments in advance via credit card.

Love my Bank Australia app and use it most days, it’s great to have balances and payments at my fingertips.

Don’t have any problems either the app Only comment is that it logs you out fairly quickly if you stop interacting with it
Could be a great, simple app, but is lacking push notifications
I don’t know how an app like this cannot have push notifications :( I never know when someone transfers me money

Fav bank
Loyal since it was a credit union in the 90s. Watched it evolve and provide services with a human centred approach. The app is the same - built for people, by people with integrity.
User friendly
Easy app to use. I would just change the font on the page all the accounts are listed to something a little clearer / sharper 😊
