Works as advertised
Was surprised by the Low rating but on revue looks like most of the issues were about 3 years ago. This app works well for me and I have no issues. The chat feature is useful if I need more detailed information.
Update latest version
Can’t update latest version because I don’t have iOS 13 or later so my current version is still secure?? Barry C

App offers no technical insight into your own portfolio except lump sums for the financial year, oh and directions to read your yearly statement? Wtf. No data comparison between my DIY and others, and other markets. You’re making me steer my ship blindly. I dont even know my own return to date, nor over the year in a personalised report AT THE LEAST you would think. No raw data download. Quite literally worthless. Me using a piece of paper for ver the histogram of yearly increases to get a trend line provides more insight into this app. They are likely doing it on purpose for obvious reasons.
No iPad version still???
Disappointing that this app still isn’t universal , and runs in the squished iPhone width-height on iPad. In 2026 it’s fair to say this should be standard now. Please add this to the queue. All of the other improvements you’ve added are hugely helpful
Percentage allocations now good
Recent addition of percentage allocations to the Investments tab is beautifully done. Thanks, previously this was only usable on the web site.
Low quality and untrustworthy
I completed an AustralianSuper form, then followed the upload link on the form only to find that type of form wasn’t on the list! This technical failure by AustralianSuper shows it has learn absolutely nothing since it breached the data security of members. It’s clear that AustralianSuper and this app cannot be trusted, not ever!
Cannot be used without Australian SMS
I think this is a really good app great functionality, but you cannot use it if you cannot receive SMS on your phone outside of Australia. Which makes it useless if there is a sudden market change and you want to adjust your money. You need to implement MFA via email or Authentication app.

Dysfunctional time waster
Where to begin? Avoid! Over several days, at different times, on opening the App simply stalls at my preliminary profile page. No functionality at all. The experience is a disappointment and a waste of time. In contrast, Commsec and most of my other service providers deliver great convenience. Why is this beyond Australian Super? My goal was to withdraw funds. Fail. I shall have to try their 90 minute long voicemail queue.
Infuriating
The member direct portal is unavailable thru the app. It requests I update to the latest app version in the store to solve the issue- trouble is I already have the latest version installed. And yes, I’m using an apple device.

The app asked me update to the latest version but I’m already using the latest. Please don’t tell me your overseas contractor in India did a good job

Been trying to log in for the pass hour won’t let me keeps saying log in later
Won’t allow me to input verification code
To be honest I can’t actually give a quality review of the app because when I tap on the squares to input the verification code sent to my phone the app won’t let me input the numbers. All it will allow me to do is request a new code which doesn’t help me. Nice that they’ve made an app but if it doesn’t work what’s the point?
Can’t access Income Protection page
This app continues to disappoint. I have an income protection claim and every time I go in to “Manage my insurance” it stays on the loading page - urlife.net.au and will not go any further. I need to access this page to upload important documents and track my claim but 90% of the time it doesn’t load up! People rely on this app for extremely important information and there is a major problem and the app needs a complete overhaul. Please respect these reviews from myself and others and rectify this app and its major issues.
Rubbish app
Where do I start? Have to keep signing in, can’t create a passkey, have to use sms (sucks if you are travelling) and it doesn’t retain “trusted device” status. Better off going to the website.

Largest Australian super company that manages over $400b cannot build stable app in 2026. App hasn’t been working at all for the last month. The experience is consistently frustrating.
