Great App
It’s a fantastic little app that is easy, intuitive and it helps simplify tracking and reporting of expenses. I use it for personal and business needs. It allows you to take a pic of your receipt, and from that it will prefill the line items for you. It doesn’t always get it right, (it mostly gets it right) but it is easy to change the fields before you save it, and it is fast enough to not be cumbersome. It allows you to add categories and folders or even individual notes to help with delineating the expenses you might want to track, and the best part is it’s easy to export the info to a spreadsheet too. The app does what it is designed to do and it does it well!
Desktop access not working
I’ve paid for this feature and every time I reset my password, it CONTINUES to tell me there is a mismatch…THERE IS NOT! Pulling this data for taxes on a phone is a joke. Customer service never responded to any of my 3 or 4 inquiries. What a scam!

Worked Once
I liked the app ok. Some things were annoying like you had to go back and edit the categories the receipts were being loaded into as it wouldnt let you adjust while creating. But the biggest problem was after I exported one document to test, it would “fail to download” every time after. I emailed customer service They replied and asked for a video or screenshots Which I sent and never heard from them again. Just look elsewhere, it doesnt work and they dont care.
Accuracy
Price still affordable. Simple to use BUT accuracy to be improve. Every time I scan and default category confirm goes to GROCERY. No matter I buy stationery or hardware. Feedback to developer but seems unable to solve

Bruh. Almost everything is good and all but… Every time i try to put the category, it always goes to Other like why the heck?
No Export function for free uses?
It used to let me export the expense up until 2022 Feb, and I don’t know what happened after that, but when I try to export the receipts, it leads me to the subscription page and won’t let me download the receipts without subscription. Not sure when the change was made, but it is extremely inconvenient.

The picture is to close to the bin icon. I unfortunately erase three bills so far.
So Far Ao Good
I’m really surprised at how well this captures receipts. I will say that you have to pay attention to each item as sometimes the #’s don’t Always match. But usually it’s because the receipt is wonky. Thanks for a great product.
No ability to recover account
Had an accident where I was trying to login to the Windows app version on laptop. Had the wrong email address on account. Went to change the email account and noticed it said to login in. Ended up having to delete the “new login” account but ended up erasing every single backed up receipt and all data. Haven’t been able to recover with any email address I have and haven’t heard from anyone since.
Really great and simple app
Really great and simple app to use. I hate paper receipts abd trying to hero the in good enough shape to be readable down the road! 😐 I swear the fade like they do on purpose, how can the return policy on the back stay legible for years but your proof of purchase is gone in weeks!!!!???? Anyways… i use the free version and all I need to do it take a picture it records the date, time, amount, tax and store name automatically! So nice and all I have to do it make sure it’s going in the correct category. It keeps them sorted month/year and tells you the total spent in each category every month. This way exactly what I wanted and more, and it’s free! You can upgrade for features of course but I don’t need anything more at the moment. So I would and do highly recommend this app if your just need something simple, quick and reliable!

When it was working, it works great. But now, it won’t recognize images. I think your server might be down Please fix it asap

Receipts for taxes
This app really helps keep me organized for taxes, as I am not awesome at keeping my receipts for business. My accountant also appreciates it
Terrible app - save your money!
I really wanted to love this app. But there are just so many issues that are unacceptable considering how much they charge for the annual subscription. You write a note onto a receipt in the notes field, and you can’t even search by keywords later to find it. What’s the point? When you scan the receipts in, it assigns the date you scanned it in, and there is no way to sort by date on the actual receipts. So if you scan a bunch of receipts or invoices from August, they will show up as the date you scan them in in December. It’s very confusing and totally stupid. No way to export your data in any sort of meaningful way. Basically, your data is just trapped inside this app without the ability to even filter sort or search in any way that is actually useful. Once you purchase, and realize all of the downfalls of this app, all the time you wasted scanning receipts is gone in the wind. I have written them several times asking them to add these basic features and push them via an update, but nope. They refuse to give us any updates. We are stuck with this app the way it is. They simply don’t care. It’s a money grab. I’ll be cancelling my annual plan and continuing the neverending search for app that actually works, and isn’t over priced. 1/10 rating. Smh

The only criticism I have is that the app doesn’t allow me to sort the folders.
Great app but just stopped working
I have been using this app for a while now and it worked amazing. This really helped keep track of my union expenses but recently it’s completely stopped working and no matter what I do when trying to add a new expense I get “something goes wrong” error and haven’t been able to add anything since.
Would be 5 star if these are fixed:
When I edit the date it always goes back 1 day. For example if I select Feb 3rd 2022, it displays Feb 2nd 2022. In New Zealand the date format is Day/Month/Year which is different to America (Month/Day/Year). It would be great if there was an option to change the date format of the app as it is very confusing to look between the app and the receipt. When exporting it would be awesome to have an option to export receipts between certain dates instead of selecting all and deselecting a whole bunch of receipt which is an extreme waste of time. For example in NZ the tax year is 01 April 2021 to 31 March 2022 - it would be very convenient to be able to export receipts for only these dates. Otherwise it’s a good app.

503 Service Temporarily Unavailable (not fixed )
I have not been able to open images ( photos of receipts) and contacted the customer service but there was no reply. I tried all kids of devices, email programs, and browsers. None of them worked. Please fix the issue asap. I need to bill

A good app, I wish the printouts were better and could consolidate like receipts together. But over does a good job. Print outs need to be better.
Min price = $60 !? Nope!!!
Looking for alternative to business travel expense tracker I’ve been using. Reviews for this were pretty good (though many sounded too good). Down loaded and find the cheapest option is 1 yr for $60. You can try for 7 days but if you forget to cancel, then cha-Ching. If not willing and confident enough about the product to offer at a monthly price - then no way!
Simple but frustrating
Nice and easy to use but kept on putting in the wrong categories (even after I deleted the rest of the categories apart from the one I wanted ) in plus the wrong store titles for the receipt. So I had to manually put those in which took quite a bit of time.

Can’t Export
Not being able to export makes the app pretty worthless. Waiting on a response to see if it can be fixed.

Good app, very poor customer service
In fairness the app functionality works well. It’s a handy way to keep receipts tracked and worked well initially. However when I upgraded to premium I couldn’t get the app to export my receipts via email. Despite many emails to the app helpline it wasn’t resolved and my request for a refund was ignored.
Receipt Lens
When it works, it’s wonderful, although is a little slower now than it used to be when I first installed it. Every now and then it wants to go on the blink and I’ll be unable to access my files or upload files. I’ll be without service until they restore it or fix whatever the problem was. But overall I’m pleased with it.
Be careful with these guys!
Downloaded app to see if if app would work and cancelled same day and was charge for full year subscription!
Canadian receipts
Good app. Problem : I am from Quebec, Canada and the tax is mentionned as "TPS/TVQ" on receipts, not "tax". Because of this, the app doesn't recognize the numbers and you have to enter them manually.

Need to be able to move folders around to a certain order. And be able to export by to month or by quarterly. And have them separated

Have little time to keep organized files and hate the boxes of receipts I have accumulated because I hate to throw them away! This app solved the clutter problem and mastered the organization of this information in a matter of seconds! Highly recommend!!!
Bad Customer Service
I love the app. But I went to purchase the pro version, and the app has locked me out. I have reach out to someone and received a cut and paste response and that is it for the last 48hrs. Problem is I have my receipt in the app and can’t print them. So I’m going to have to redo the last three months. So good luck!
