Silly ADs need to go!
Come on man! We are overwhelmed with ads. I just want to view my cameras without having to wait for ads to load and then pressing X multiple times to stop ads in my face!! Time to start putting regulations in place with these ads.

Was happy until the ads
I’ve had two cameras for a little over a year and was considering purchasing two more for my system. Then ads started appearing when I open the app. I’m extremely angry about this! This is security, not social media and ads have no place here just because the owner is being greedy. I don’t have time to sit through an ad or close it when I need to know what’s going on around my house. If this continues, when I get the money I will replace the cameras so I don’t have to deal with these ads.
Bird box
I have found this app quite unstable, it will work for weeks okay, then will have to be re installed a few times a day.
An amazing app
I have used this app for two of my wifi wildlife cameras and it is amazing. For the past four years o have recorded a Bluetit from nest building/egg laying/hatching and to fledging. The app is amazing allowing me to watch/record/save all the footage. Thank you
Advertisement needs to stop how do you turn it off
Camel works fine unfortunately when I get an alert there’s two or three commercials that I have to wait play before I can see why I received an alert how do I turn this off

Здравствуйте!Можно добавить сетку, чтоб сразу 4 камеры было видно, как в простой версии приложения, которое еле еле че то загружает! Меняешь с одной камеры на четыре, и наоборот, путем нажатия на соответствующую иконку, как в простой версии приложения, а то приходится из одной камеры выходить, чтоб загрузить другую!А так приложение хорошее, лучше чем то работает!
Way worse after newest update
After the newest update on iPhone it now forces me to use a touch screen joystick to move camera around ..before I just had to swip in the direction I wanted the camera to move and it would move ..it wouldn’t be so bad but the latency and lag of the joystick is so bad I cannot get it to ever go where I wanted and stop without overshooting it by a bunch I understand trying to update an old app but you don’t have to add features no one wanted period ..or atleast make it where it’s an optional feature

Sort of works...
Setting up the cameras is reasonably easy provided you can change the network to 2.4 GHz. Otherwise it gets rather annoying, but can be worked around. Changing the settings on the app seems a bit temperamental. Most annoying things are the ads. Some have close buttons that do not work and you can only acces the cameras after force quitting the app twice. Please fix this.
Does work, but password reset broken
I’ve used this for three years with a birdbox camera. It does work although it’s not always slick or easy to get things working and setup. Once done, it does what we need fairly well. That’s accessing the camera live, playing back videos recorded on the SD card and downloading videos sometimes. Playback of recordings can be a bit annoying because the timeline display keeps resetting itself to a different time of the day. Downloading a lot of files is very clunky also. On the plus side, settings on the camera can be changed easily. There is also a local and account login option. Local gives camera access and everything described above. Account login does more, but I can’t recall what. I also can’t test because the password reset function doesn’t work. It does the whole “send a verification code thing” etc, and says that password has been changed. But it doesn’t allow login with the new password.

Unwanted advertisements
Even if you pay for the pro version you get advertisements when you open the application sometimes a video but you cannot stop until complete so if you’re checking this in the middle of the night you have to have a video blaring on your screen.
Ads?
I don’t expect ads in something I purchased and even if I did I wouldn’t expect it to stand between me and getting to viewing my security camera. Security is no joke and no place for someone to try to make an extra buck.
Fix access/Time bug just reboot
When I try to connect to camera it say that ( it’s out of its Time zone / out of allows Time) but I did confirm that the Time zone/Time is ok . Cam work good with other App. but this App. was recommended to used with this Bulb Camera. Good communication with programmer a reboot of the Lamp Camera permit good access with ICSee App. , so i ma leaving goog Feedback. Thank ´a for the support.

I loved this app until the ads came. With yesterday’s update the ads are gone.

Would not recommend
When I first got this app it was really good, I could connect any time without a problem. Now lately it won’t connect and is very frustrating. I would find another app. I used this app to show my owl box cameras to the kids. It doesn’t work half the time

I have been fine using this app for a few years but the latest update is not a step in the right direction! The start up screen is an ad... you must navigate through ads to see your camera setup. I’m trying to see who at the front door, but first I need to sit through an ad!! PLEASE REMOVE ADS.

No video playback
Doesn’t playback videos on iPhone so waste of time recording keeps saying error playback when u click playback never works can it be sorted please camera is perfect
bad app
why does this dev prevent me from viewing my sd card alarms when i do a local login and not a network login? i paid for this damned PRO app, yet you wont let me view the alarm pics and video on the sd card when i local login? you are forcing me to login just to view the info on the sd card I OWN? you are starting to look like a shady company in the things you are doing. from trying to force people into monthly scripts on you “free” app in order to view video of alarms to preventing alarm viewing on local login. i wish apple and google had a way of reporting devs for shady things they do like what you are doing. once i can find an app to replace this garbage i am.
This App works (iPhone 8 plus; iOS 14.2)
I use this with a remote security camera - works “okay”. No problems, but there are no instructions with the setup. Trial & error; 15 minutes playing with the settings and everything is good. No glitches so far. I just wish there was a way to get rid of the ads at startup though.
Please sort out push notifications for Apple
I loved this app until Apple changed something and push notifications stopped. This was perfect for alerting me when my father with memory problems left the house, it is now useless.
Latest update (Nov2019) darkened the setup screens and turned then unreadable.
I have my iPhone setup on dark mode. The prédios IcseePro app had a clear text, but the new version now darkens the screen without properly adjusting the font color and contrast. The end result is that many screens are unreadable now. It also displays dark screens from time to time and the Câmara changes position by itself. May2020: alarm notification does not work anymore on the iOS version. Pls fix it.

Beware of this scam! Do not buy!!!
These cameras are a scam to steal your information. I can no longer log into my cameras as of about 2 weeks ago and there is no Available contact; the online chat is automated to get you to a place to fill out credit card information and pay $1 for service help to answer questions.

The app is great!! It was great... until you added ads to it. When my alerts go off, I’m not trying to watch an ad. I’m worried about what’s going on at my door.
Network error
Most recent update causing network errors. Alarms photos not received. When it does receive alarm photos, opening the photo or video generates the “network error.” Have to go to the individual camera, open the SD, and view the alarm from there, when you can get that far. Live video is the only thing that seems to work now and that does me no good for the purpose I have the cameras.
Alarm message problem
App seems ok and is easy to use. Great for viewing my bird box. Alarms to my iPhone work and image quality is good. However, the alarm message does not include a picture. If I look at messages, and select a ‘tip’ the app reports ‘Ah oh there is no alarm picture’. How do I get this to work?

I keep getting unknown user and password message when logging into account despite requesting password change. It’s so ridiculous and inconvenient so I just uninstalled it and use different app.
Rate the app, not your camera (hardware)!
I’ve been using this app for over a year with various lightbulb cameras and a 360 motion capture camera. All overseas inexpensive cameras. The app does what it’s supposed to do. I have also used YCC365 app and this one seems to work better as far as cameras staying connected and user functions (in my opinion). I don’t use the cloud, just record to SD cards on all cameras. The playback format is user friendly and I like how I can speed up playback to find what I need . Being able to speak through the app to the camera is useful as well. Different hardware will offer different functions so don’t blame the app if you have sub par equipment. I didn’t have any problems setting up the app but that was a year ago and I just added a new camera and it was up and running in a matter of minutes. I can’t complain about a free app that offers so much for video cameras under $30. You can’t have high expectations at this price and the app is FREE
Slow performance
The server is very slow,I upgraded to 80 Mbps fiberoptic cable with no use still the moving of the camera and the recording and play back is very slow and keeps d/c and interrupts and stops and continue , Not to mention that you have to subscribe to cloud services as there is no free option but a 1 month. Works ok for the price!
The app and camera is good for the price! When away from home can check in, pan the camera and listen in. A few minor tweaks to the app/firmware would improve functionality and make similar to other brands such as ability to turn off infra red if looking through glass and switch between day and night. Also to incorporate motion tracking. Small changes would improve usability!

Can you fix the time zone part. This app works well and I have installed 7 of these already from September 2019. I need this app to work with the correct time zone.
Not very happy
The thing was hard to set up and the connection box for inter net and power seems to be broken because I had to set it up in a certain way to make sure power was on but it finally was working but local only. It has trouble connection each time I open it and since the update it is worst I can not even see the view so I need to work on it again to day to see if I get get it going
What a shame...
This software would of been perfect to capture some great video footage (which it does great) but it is not able to record and share via from an iPad or iPhone to email/ messenger/ facebook ?is there a plan to develop and deliver any improvements before i find an alternative solution please?
