Скупой платит дважды
1. В общем списке тарифов отсутствовал бесплатный тариф, после обращения в поддержку тариф появился. 2. Нет возможности подключить второго пользователя к одной камере на бесплатном тарифе. Видимо купить камеру недостаточно, нужно еще каждый месяц отдавать деньги за ненужные услуги, чтобы просто двоим людям смотреть за одной камерой
Группы
Постоянно слетает отображение камер с групп на список. Несколько лет не могут исправить эту ошибку.
Работа приложения
Приложение вообще лагает со всех устройств , архив не грузит по 40 Минут и с WiFi и с мобильного ничего не работает
Некорректный экспорт видео
При выборе интервала видео для загрузки приложения игнорирует выбранный интервал и экспортирует тол короткий 18 секунды фрагмент

Некоторые камеры постоянно зависают, независимо прямой эфир это или архив, просматривать просто невозможно. Перезагрузка не помогает. Подключение к интернету при этом стабильное.

Почему архив кусками не записывает !! Сделайте уже что нибудь, запись моментами прерывается не сохраняет
A fantastic product with excellent service
Responsive to all my requests for assistance setting up video streams. Easy to install for people with some knowledge of ip video. Extremely accommodating with my rate plan change requests as I explored the various options provided.
Used to work
We used to use our Oco cameras as baby webcams but now I would not trust this app with my kids lives anymore
No longer works
Has worked fine for years and years. Now the newest update is rubbish. When I click on events to view a clip the app immediately crashes Edit- the app developers responded to my issue and have fixed it. The clips are now viewable. Generally it’s a solid app, motion/ sound detections come through quickly. However low rating initially was because the app wasn’t performing its core role, rendering it useless. However happy again now that it’s working

Подключил камеры,запись с них идет,решаю посмотреть через телефон,смотрю секунд 10 а потом вылазеет сообщение давайте настроим вашу новую камеру и все,больше смотреть не могу

I’m not sure why it detects birds on the fence and not my car when I enter my driveway. It’s good for monitoring but not good at motion detection

Cameras constantly don’t work
The cameras in my kids’ room is constantly not visible on the app despite it being connected to WiFi and plugged in. The lights on the cameras are on. It’s been about 2 years of this camera not operating as it should, which presents a security risk for my babies who can’t talk. This is the reason why I got the cameras so I can check on them and the person who looks after them. But I can’t. My money is going in the trash. I will be going to another company at the end of this term. It’s ridiculous that I’ve been paying for the service of 3 cameras and 1 has always given me issues. My money is going in the trash. Try another company if you truly need to see what’s on the cameras.
All in all... I’m pleased
I have 4 stars because of some minor issues but for the most part, I am pleased with this purchase. I had a slight problem setting it up there was slight differences in the LED color that the directions explained versus what the actual color was for the setup process (the camera has an LED that can display in different colors). The live feed for me is only off by about a second or two off (not too bad). When I’m home I turn the camera off but there seems to be a delay when I turn it back on before it reconnects (about 3-4 minutes or so). There again, for the price I paid I thought it was well worth the small investment and I’m pretty pleased. I would recommend this product.
Worked great until yesterday
I have had this app and cameras for several years and they have been good and working well. Then yesterday the app will load the camera image then close immediately. This app listing here for Ivideon says there was a version update of the app and likely this is the problem. Please fix this. It is soo annoying and frustrating to have the app close every time I try to view it.

Excellent customer service
Bought my camera in December 2020. It stopped working in March. The helpline was unable to fix it. Emailed me a preprinted UPS label. Returned it and they shipped another one. Company stood behind their service 100%. Will do business with ivideon and recommend it. The only two minor issues, (1) the instructions on the first camera said to use oco app. Which does not work. Had to calm helpline who guided me (2) Unable to share the feed through the app. Says generic error.
NOT Free as ad suggests
Once you go to all the trouble hooking it up - it does work - then it would cost, a minimum $3 month per camera on up
Nice app
Nice app really easy to use but in playback the sound is really nasty the voice are crappy and a buzzing sound is always playing but in live all is good And I can’t view my videos stored on my computer it’s only normal files not videos files can someone help me with this issue !?

With latest app update I am no longer getting image push notifications on my iPhone. Please fix this just getting text now.
Good app - but the preview images stopped working!
Overall the app works really well, the layout is usable. My only complaint would be that for the last few versions the preview images do not display. This makes the alert panel useless because you cannot see the snapshots of what was captured in the alert. Still do recommend the server and app solution though 👍🏾
Safety
The cameras are very easy to install and set up. Make my family and I feel safe knowing we have the system with recorded video surveillance.
Server required
Kind of a crazy requirement. Yeah, not running your app on my network. Yes, I do mind that the server is required.
Great cctv monitor
Great for keeping an eye on all your home cctv cams. Supports a wide variety including custom settings. Server software is available to record motion events to disk, as well as an excellent cloud service.
Trouble ticket
Waiting 2 months for fix for my iphone not receiving push notifications. Still waiting
Erratic performance
The camera is glitchy when trying to set it up-which happens with setup after power dips. It can’t “see” the internet. Snagging wi-fi can take very long. It searches until you give up and have to start over. The camera doesn’t catch all activity. It’s impossible to know what it will record or won’t. It often over-heats. Picture quality is good. It never plays the video in the larger screen, only in the event list. Better than Wyze that charges you to use features that come with the camera. And Wyze uses your email to annoy you with endless ads and sales pitches for other products.
Hard time
Had a hard time setting up because camera has to be within 15 feet of router. Once I moved the camera it worked fine. Good job
BEWARE
BEWARE! I have used this app for 3-4 years… Never had problems till their recent changes to charge for the use of your cameras… I don’t like cloud storage so I never used any storage at all… Then they decide to give you the choice to get charged for the same service or get charged to upgrade. Very disappointed and will no longer use their app unless they change it back. They also said I have until May 2024 but the cameras are already cut off. All part of the digital prison. Also, the cameras I bought for this app were very expensive. Now they are useless.
Works very well
Good little camera and the app syncs well. Could be more intuitive- hope to see more updates.

New update no longer shows you which camera has motion detected on the notification. This was really handy in the previous version

Lack functionality
A limited app with very little functionality which requires you to log on to the website to make changes to the settings. More advanced settings require you to open the device through its IP address. Live feed runs very slowly (so not really live) even with a high end router and fibre broadband. Disappointing.
Good, but could be improved
In general it's good. However, apart from Nest, the apps and software for consumer level wifi cameras is shocking awful. A few observations: - Having a year of free cloud video service is great - However scrubbing the video timeline is not very elegant as you can only tap on the timeline and not scrub by tapping-holding and scrubbing. - Oco camera frequently disconnects. It normally reconnects within a minute or two but none of my other devices on my network do this. If this continues I may consider returning it. - The app is not optimised for iPhone 6 or 6 plus. - Playback from the 'cloud' often loses audio whilst the video continues to play. In general the experience of the Oco camera and this app has been ok-to-good. Not brilliant but am willing to give it another few days before making a final decision on it.

A liberty that the costing model is not explicit on the packaging. Competitor products offer equally good picture quality and free online storage for detected motion events. It has made the difference for me, and I will not be buying multiple cameras from iVideon.
