Not good
It only keeps hanging everytime.
Rotating camera
The rotating camera which is the one moving is annoying its not following the motion of a person ,cats or dogs. Its just rotate and rotate and if theres cars or people in front way it goes around away from that area so annoying and the playback videos are mixed together day and night then today thers no playback videos .Please solve this kind of problems.Thank you

Feature Request – Entertainment Mode
Hello V380 Pro Team, I have a feature request that I believe would make V380 Pro even more useful. Please add an Entertainment Mode that allows users to pre-select a video from the V380 Pro app (YouTube or a local video on the phone) and send it to the camera when needed. How it could work: * The user selects and prepares a video in the V380 Pro app. * At the camera location, the existing Call button can have a second function: * Single press: Works exactly as it does now (normal two-way call). * Double press: Switches the camera to Entertainment Mode and starts playing the pre-selected video. * Double press again: Exits Entertainment Mode, pauses the video, and returns to normal camera mode. * The video should only be controlled through the V380 Pro app, while the person near the camera only needs to use the existing Call button to enter or exit video mode. This feature would be very useful for families with children, elderly people, or even pets. It would also make the existing Call button much more versatile without changing the hardware or adding extra buttons. I hope you will consider adding this feature in a future update. If possible, please implement it as soon as you can. Thank you for your excellent work and continuous improvements!
NOPE!!!
TOO MUCH OF ADS!!!!

Disconnected
Once installed, carmera frequently disconnects from the application, even though we have close proximity to the wifi. We have our camera watching our door bell and frequently miss recordings

I love this but I guess someone has access to my camera and is deleting all the necessary information I need to get the information of the intruder in my compound

Needs more improvement
I have a total of 3 CCTVs and I like it but make the app more efficient, and improve the UI/UX. The rest is good. 💪
Not so good
To use the camera the app always take you to some advertising.
Udate and get a long form ad
Your new update is all about a little bit long ad
Very good
Very good
The ads
So when there’s kind of an emergency and I need to see the cameras right away there’s always some silly ad that takes up 20 to 25 seconds of my time when I need to look at the camera right away. Sure they offer you ways to pay for it but that’s ridiculous. That’s the only reason I give a one star review. All I wanna do is look through the camera…..that’s it. I’m not recording. I’m not doing anything else other than looking through the camera and then you have to pay all this money just to not view these 30 sec ads in which if you click it incorrectly, it takes you right over to download the app, wasted time. I need to look through the camera right away.
Preset PTZ landscape
I would like to request the addition of a PTZ Landscape preset for the CCTV system. This preset would make it easier to monitor wide outdoor areas by providing an optimized camera position and viewing angle for landscape coverage. It would improve efficiency for operators and reduce the need for manual PTZ adjustments. Thank you for considering this feature request. I believe it would be a valuable enhancement for users who monitor large outdoor spaces.
Software Upgrade
The system does not have options only for humanoid detection, it only has full motion detection only. Customer support is useless, keep asking fir snapshots. Desperately needs software upgrade.

No sound alert notifications
I’ve tried both the regular and pro versions and both behave the same when an alert notification is given. The alert shows on the screen, but there is no sound with the alert. The device is armed, sound is checked under the iOS app settings for the v380 app. I’m not sure why there is no sound or vibration playing with the alert notification from the app, but it is greatly needed. Running iOS 26.03
TOO MUCH ADS PROBLEM
Please less some ads special those whose too long before to exit

Frustrating
The adds are frustrating and makes it very difficult to use the app and or even view image in real time. It’s absolutely unnecessary and unacceptable having to go through and wait for adds to take their turn and finish before I could view images that prompts up on the app.
Camera movement
Camera movement is more in PTZ. Hard to adjust at precise spot.
Connectivity issue
After updating the app last week there is serious issue of connectivity. The camera feed is not loading. Shows connectivity issues. The network plan is valid, the battery is connected correctly.please resolve the issues
Bueno
Trash app
Horrible full of advertising for everything they want to charge you, they make the SD stop working so that you buy cloud recording, they limit the camera so that it detects absolutely nothing in a certain time, at first it works after months no longer. My worst decision to buy this camera.
Lamp light on off
In app lamp light on off opsan is not available any one help me ?
Anucios
Getting offline
My camera getting offline itself often. Too difficult to assume again😔
