App review
I’ve had this camera service for about a year plus now. I’ve yet to get any response back from any customer service help the app constantly having problems loading lately and I have the fastest Internet you can buy. And none of my other devices are having issues with Wi-Fi. Unfortunately, this app is gotten worse now they have added ads even if you purchase the cloud Service you have to sit there and watch your ad before you can even open the app. I’ll be getting rid of this soon and just getting a homebase camera with American service customer service I’m done with cloud camera services. Especially ones from China. I don’t recommend this.

Platform terrible
It turned out to be a good camera that I purchased now I see that I wasted my money. I’ve been having issues with this camera for the past eight months, dealing with it disconnecting all of a sudden, not making any alerting noises will alert me on my phone, but it won’t make an actual alarm sound of someone is shown on my camera and when contacting customer support, there’s no one to support and help on this platform have been messaging them since April and I still have no response little heads up. Make sure if it uses this app for the camera that you bought return and purchase something better.
Bom
Muitos anúncios. Torna o app chato.
Propaganda

THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THESE PEOPLE THROUGH THE APP SO THIS IS MY LAST RESORT. I WANT THIS CANCELLED AND I WANT MY REFUND! IT SHOULD NOT BE THIS DIFFICULT TO CANCEL ANYTHING.

a lot of intrusive advertising

Falta a função PiP
Bom
Aplicativo eficiente e de qualidade
Ads, ads,ads
Of all the apps I’ve ever used , this one should be taken down , 2/3 of screen is buy cloud subscriptions, all updating does is turn on external ads , Play Store get rid of this app !!!

What happened to ICSee Pro?
Received update today and now it only shows some silly shield. I want to view my cameras. Why would a developer cause the inability to view the cameras I own?
Shutting down all the time

Manual light control button
Can we please have a button to control manually the lights? Thankyou. I wanna open the lights manually when watching live so that the people know that they are being watch. Or i can give some kind of signal thru switching the lights pn and off.
Yelling at my birds
This is the app that apparently controls our smart bird feeder, but the settings are all for a security camera. It took a while to figure out that the camera was telling our birds they were intruders! Fortunately, we were able to turn off that feature, but even with the sensitivity settings at their lowest, the camera is activated at least every few minutes, sometimes every few seconds, by things moving due to a slight breeze or shadows from clouds or all kinds of things!
Muita borocracia

Lov it. Very easy. Safe to have

Works well
Works well i just don’t like the fact i can’t rewatch videos without sd card.
Antes funcionava normal
Vive fechando
Não dá pra assistir as imagens pois o app fecha sozinho
Excelente señal
Son unas cámaras muy claras y seguras
Doesn’t work
Gives no information and requires no sense settings.
Fast forward buttons
Please speed up the fast forward buttons. You have 4x going too slow. Do not add more, the app itself already has too much stuff, just speed up the current ones
Not reliable
Too many updates that don't help program. Not reliable when I want it to work .
Fechando sozinho
Good
Excellent
Surriscaldamento
Connection
After months installed Cameras offline frequently and now app flagged as Malicious website when accessed??? Can this be trusted? Software is up to-date.
Why Norton won’t allow app?
I keep getting a warning this app is corrupted. Anyone know how or why?
Doesn’t connect
It really should be click and connect but noooooo. The want you to have the camera read a QR code off your phone. You gotta hold the phone and their camera 25mm-35mm apart for it to work. It don’t work save your money
Gimbal calibration function request & positioning optimization
The camera gimbal positioning is inaccurate. It would be great if you could add gimbal calibration and optimize the gimbal positioning accuracy.
BUG: No camera location recall
Please fix: can’t recall locations that you have allowed me to save as a favorite.
Ads Are Annoying!
To put ads on a security camera app is crazy, if you want to check the camera quickly (god forbid an emergency) you have to wait an additional 5-10 seconds because an ad. pops up first which is mind blowing being it’s security app
Zadowolony klient
Super łatwa w użyciu, fajna jakość za niską cenę. Polecam
Pretty easy to use and nice!
4 the price works great an they are excellent! Andbeenvery happy with mine and so far so good! Thanks for everything your doing to help protect people and loved ones! & also some reason it’s not wanting to let my notifications work on my new iOS iPhone which is using the new beta iOS security software 24.6 atm. Could some help me please??
App problem
Sometimes it’s occurring an error. Many time I restart the camera then it worked after few minutes the app is not displaying the video .
SIM card/APP problem
I have only had this clock camera for 5 months and I am mostly pleased with the app, but recently when I open the app it tells me “No SD card installed”, which is not true! Last week I noticed I had to do an app update and that fixed it. Now, it’s doing it again today! This is VERY frustrating because I bought this to monitor my elderly mother and her caregivers. My mother does not live with me. I can’t just simply go look at the camera whenever I want. Also, I don’t want the clock making noises when trying to fix it because it’s meant to be private so her children can be sure she’s getting the correct care. I just want it to work! So annoyed 😡
