Watchful eye
100% one of the best things i ever bought. We have a big kitchen area and i can watch and see almost the hole place. I had foot surgery and was not walking fir 6 months. I could use it to be with the family. I recommend this to everyone that wants to know what is going on anywhere.

Started showing ads for products. Unsolicited products. It was once a decent app but I can’t stand ads.
We have been using it for 7 years
We have been using it for about 7 years to monitor my mother in Law with dementia to enable us to keep an eye on her and keep her in her own home and before we got carers in as she progressed we have had a few issues with the cameras suddenly stopped working unfortunately I feel the support on it is poor and so far had to deal with most of the issues ourselves but on the whole it has allowed us more freedom than we would have had otherwise
Slow and Buggy
I’ve been using this camera for years and the app is only getting worse. It takes 2 minutes to actually get logged into the cameras because it loads and crashes. So if you’re looking for a security camera that you can actually get into in a timely manner during an emergency pick something else! The feature to playback your videos also isn’t very good. Most camera set ups let you go back 10-30 seconds at a shot and this one doesn’t have that option at all. Video and audio are pretty good but if I had to buy again I’d choose a different camera system just for the ease of use aspect.

Too long
Takes forever to load and often times out. I need to see who is at the door in a split second. By the time it opens they’re gone. I need something different.
Great little camera
We bought this when my DD was born back in 2018 and we’ve never had any problems. Still use it now around the house. We have packed it with us on travels abroad and connected with ease. Definitely recommend
I wouldn’t use it if my other camera
The camera is fine but this app is so slow to load, constantly freezes and glitches I hate using it.
Latest update
Been using this app for years and it’s been great but since the latest update I can’t switch between different cameras. I now have to close the app and reopen it to view a different camera. Please fix what is otherwise a great app.

It takes approximately 3 tries and 4 minutes to get camera to open up on app. Camera is fine, app SUCKS.
Good camera
Its been good for a couple of yrs but i think i need to upgrade now cause its been kinda slow. Other then that its great for keeping an eye on my elder father while im working.
< The back button doesn’t work
Since the last update the < back button no longer works meaning you need to close the app and then open it again to get to the Home Screen.
Bug in latest version
I have just updated my app on my iPhone with iOS 26.0.1 and it is now impossible to switch between cameras without having to close the app and restarting it. Can this be fixed please as it was fine before the latest update

One of, if not the only, solution that allows me to live view without jumping through hoops
Absolute garbage
App use to work great, but now with the added pay to use features, the app is extremely slow to open or view anything. Not sure if it’s even worth keeping, might switch to another brand Update Still trash, app won’t even open

It does what you expect it to do. The only negative is the sound it makes when you move the view angle. And it resets every day and you hand to change the angle again. But other than this i like it
Changing Iphones
Using the exact same password from old iPhone to sign in on the new iPhone it says "incorrect password" the contact us does not work in the app. So in the store when clicked on app support it sends me to an unsecured site?

Simple and does the job
I’ve been using this program for several years now to monitor the inside of our home while traveling. It works well, provides new notifications when it senses movement and provides the amount of storage I desire for a very affordable, inexpensive cost.
Full of ads! Spamware…don’t update!
I just updated this app. The app is now full of ads. When you launch the app, a full banner ad with video comes up. Pathetic! Please remove ads from your app! The older version did not have ads. Regret updating it!
Great but can get glitchy
One of the best. Can see whats going on from anywhere! Only downside is it takes sometime to open or doesn’t and you have to close the app and open again
Basic and Cheap
I have had these cameras for over two years now, I have SD storage and more often than not, after reviewing footage already recorded to the SD card, a lot of the time after recording the already stored video it’ll disconnect, resulting in a clip that’s often way shorter than desired. I want to hit the record and stop it myself, not when the stream decides or feels like dropping a connection. Cloud storage operates exactly the same, so it’ll genuinely be a waste of money to pay for that service that’s faulty. Firmware is updated, I’ve replaced the cameras, I’ve bought 128 GB SD cards that are name brand and bought specifically for these devices, they work perfectly with other devices, so it’s most likely a program issue, interface, operating system or device issue, I’ll most likely be looking for a better system.

Funziona abbastanza bene ma solo sull’iPad, il problema è che malgrado ho scaricato l’applicazione e ho un cellulare di ultima generazione, le spiegazioni non sono corrette o per lo meno non ti portano alla giusta installazione per il funzionamento corretto, ho provato in mille modi cercando anche su you tube ma nulla non riesco a farlo funzionare, quindi se vado via di casa solo con il cellulare la telecamera diventa inutile…

I’ve had these cameras and this app since 2020 never any issues. Works perfect for watching inside my house and for my dogs. I pay the $3 a month on each. Fanatiz tic

In the last update they put advertising and that had never happened before.
Work good but…
Why does it keep asking me if I will “allow paste” I don’t know what info you think you’re going to gather other than random medications that I can’t spell or spam phone numbers 😂🙄. Maybe take this off and I’d be happy to do a 5 star but slightly concerned that it’s a bit dodgy…

Not a bad app or camera but does have a few problems, the app goes off constantly even when no one is near, it is useless in the night as all you can see is a ring light so you can’t see anything or anyone and I’m not sure how to fix the problem as what good is it if you can’t see at night?

What’s happened to this app recently?
Used to work great now it struggles to fetch any videos, when you select a date take 5-6 attempts to retrieve them, mostly says none available, I have just renewed my paid subscription so would appreciate a response
Could be better
This is a pretty good app when I can login. Everything works great except 75% of the time when I go to login and see my three cameras it will time out, two to three times. It’s annoying to close app and try again If that was fixed be a great app. I don’t why it would take so long to see one of my cameras, I’m afraid this is a app that has to connect to their server. So if they go out of business or servers are down I would not be seeing any of my cameras live.

This app tries pasting anything I recently copied whenever I open the app. Straight trying to steal information. This is a Chinese app, please do something about this US government and apple.
Decent Cameras and app.
I have a couple pan tilt cameras from this company. I pay for yearly subscriptions for each camera. It’s more then I would like to spend, but my options are limited. I didn’t know about the price of the service when I acquired the cameras. The app is kinda glitchy. The cameras don’t always pic up motion. The video quality is sub par. But here I am 3 years later still using them. Things could be better but it’s what I have for now. My main request would be a fast forward option when reviewing footage. My other cameras have that option. If your the app developer and your reading this, please include the option in your next update. Thank you. -Max
Worked for a while
Used to work well at the beginning. But won’t stay connected anymore. So kind of useless now since it has to be rebooted every hour or two to reconnect.
Good for viewing live cam shame about trying to watch alerts
When live streaming it’s excellent but for some reason although I’ve paid for alerts to be saved in the cloud every time I try to fpgo into alerts it crashes out on my iPad

Not happy I have no way to get support no number emailed multiple times with no response I purchased the incorrect iCloud storage and no way to get assistance
Nite vision nightmare
As with most the reviews on amazon and some in the iOS store, the night vision is a nightmare. The fact the camera has a firmware option and the fact the app can also be updated, i fail to see why an option to turn off the night vision has still not been implemented. The camera works great of a day (behind glass / indoors) but is just a glare of a night. Some people have motion lights outside, some have street lights outside. It really does need an option to disable the night vision. Other than that its great.
Good until it isn’t
Had the camera for a year. Easy to install and easy to use. However, now it keeps going offline and reconnecting takes far too long. Seems like this issue is not being addressed since there are reviews like this at-least 2 years old.
Needs a long awaited update
It’s been timing out continuously. Rarely loads and when it does the connection times out.
Lasted 5 years w/ no quirks no problems
I’ve used this camera and app for the past 5 years for my 102 year old mother who lives independently and has two aides. We have two cameras in her apartment. I’ve never had a problem and once I figured out the set-up, it’s been great because it’s reliable. Who says that about appliances or tech anymore.

Good but installation issue..
The camera quality was surprisingly good and night time viewing was unbelievable. With the lights almost all the way off, I could still see the room in pretty good detail. The issue I had was with the installation. It took at least 6 tries before the installation took. I kept getting an installation error to check the router password or two other settings that I checked and confirmed multiple times for accuracy. I came close to returning the product back to the retailer.
