Never had a problem before. Now after internet outage. Camera’s will not link using any method.
Does exactly what I need it to
I had to pop in here to discuss these negative reviews. Everything from being forced to purchase cloud storage to having information stolen. I'll give you my two sense. I paid $60 CAD on Amazon for the camera that pairs with this app, great price and works flawlessly. In addition to this, I've had no issues with the app. If you're concerned, set it up on a guest network. There is a cloud storage pop up from time to time, you can simply close the window and resume normal operation. I purchased an SD card, so no need for the cloud. Quite literally the only reason I'm giving this 4/5 stars is because of the ultra sensitive motion detection, I get an alert everytime a car drives ny, maybe the team can provide an option to adjust this. Nevertheless, for the price, no one should complain. This is excellent and on par with the big dogs. If you're concerned, go spend a few hundred to a few thousand for a proper system. You paid under $100 for your camera and use a free app. I have no complaints, and I'm satisfied.
Not consistent.
Video is good but the camera doesn’t stay connected. After several minutes of monitoring the video freezes and then it flashes connecting and reverts to the devices page. You then have to tap the device you want to view to get connected again. Installed a tf card and it recognizes it but will not allow me to record although it does allow configuring the recording schedule. In my opinion it’s not worth the money.
Nach 2 Jahren
Seit einem Jahr gibt es keine Updates mehr , mittlerweile kann ich per Handy und mobile Daten von unterwegs nicht mehr auf die Camera zugreifen. Sehr ärgerlich, und bedeutet wohl das ich mir ne neue kaufen muss .
Super Preis / Leistung
Wie bereits erwähnt verbindet sich die Kamera über ein Tonsignal mit der App und richtet dann auch das WLAN sehr einfach ein. Die Einstellungsmöglichkeiten in der App sein komfortabel. Man kann einstellen wie sensibel die Kamera auf Bewegungen reagieren soll und zu welchen Zeiten aufgenommen werden soll. Man hat eine Bewegungs Ereigniss Zeitleiste an der man 14 Tage rückwirkend die Aufnahmen abrufen kann. Zumindest geht das bei einer 32 GB Karte im Slott. Man bekommt, ähnlich wie beim iPhone , ein Micro USB auf USB Kabel MIT einem NetzAdapter. Somit könnte man die Kamera auch an einer Powerbank betreiben , sollte keine Steckdose vorhanden sein. Die nachtsichtfähigkeit ist super. Auch hat die Kamera eine Tracking Funktion. Von mir eine absolute Kaufempfehlung. Für den Preis von 28 Euro inklusive Versand . Einfach top. Über die App kam man mehrere Kameras steuern und auch mit Anderen Personen teilen.eine Zugrifssberechtigung mehrerer Personen einrichten.
Used to work…
Consistently went offline even with strong stable wifi connection. The last few power outages have rendered it completely useless. Takes an average of 40-45 minutes of fighting with it to get back online, and after the last outage it will not connect whatsoever.
Seems to work well
Works pretty well even with Alexa, a bit sluggish though. Bandwidth not the issue. No need to setup port forwarding or ddns. App could use improvements around playback and settings around overwrites.
Billig und nutzlos
Nach dem Kauf installiert und versucht mit WLAN zu verbinden. Konnte weder die Sprache ändern noch hat sie sich verbunden. Außer schrillen Piepton, irgend ein leises gebrabbel rödelte sie sich tot. Auf gegeben und in den Müll geworfen.
Schnellvorschau
Generell ist die app ganz gut. Auch ich wünsche mir eine schnellvorschau. Eventuell auch wo man manuell vorspulen kann. Aber auch wenn man eine Push Nachricht bekommt auf diese drauf klickt man direkt ins Live Video kommt. Ansonsten ist die app gut zu gebrauchen 👍

I had six of these camera’s on three different segregated networks. After the last update 6 days ago, they’ve bricked them all to add their splash advertisement to their app. I’ve updated IOS, updated the app, tried reinstalling cameras. DO NOT BUY ONE OF THESE CAMERAS!!!
it actually works
It does work, and is great for a $30 camera. I only took a star off, because it forces you to turn on your location for it to work.
App stürzt ständig ab
Nach erfolgreicher Einrichtung lässt sich die App nicht mehr bedienen und stürzt immer ab. Bitte Update!!! Ergänzung: Nutzung mit SD-Karte funktioniert super. Nur über Cloud stürzt die App ab.
Notifying when somebody is in front of the camera

Tolle Cam - tolle App
Leute - Tipp : Das Endgerät muss Sound Lautstärke aufgedreht haben. Die Csm kommuniziert per Sound mit dem Endgerät. Geht so nicht aus der Anleitung hervor. Dsnn läuft es tadellos
Not logging in
When logged in it keeps asking change region and relogin and doesn’t work. It was previously working fine and since a year the app crashed and not working at all. Will never trust this application with all cameras thst work on it

Worked fine up until recently
I have several of these cameras with cloud subscriptions and use this app. But just recently I cannot access cloud recording. Still having months worth of subscription pair, im worried that im out of pocket. Will keep trying to troubleshoot hoping its some other issue because theyve worked very well over the past year I’ve owned these cameras.

Not so good
Every Time the power is out we do have to configure again from the start and it take many try to be connect again. It does not start ny itself whhen the power goes out from a electrik fall
Klappt einwandfrei
Habe die Kamera zuerst über WLAN gekoppelt. Hat funktioniert, jedoch reicht das Signal meines Routers nicht weit genug. Dann über DLAN und Kabel. Klappt sehr gut. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten wie das Anschalten des Lichts sind noch etwas holprig. Daher 4 von 5 Sternen
Update irritiert
Zunächst geht nach dem Update garnichts mehr, nach mehrerem hin und her ist aber alles wieder wie vorher. Nach wie vor wünsche ich mir eine schnellvorschau innerhalb einer aufgezeichneten Minute bzw. Alarmaufzeichnung.
Super Camera
Sehr zu empfehlen, top Camera, man kann zoomen, reinsprechen und eine echt tolle Bildqualität. Nutze es als babycam und das schöne ist das es auf dem Handy installiert ist und das ist überall mit dabei. Sogar wenn man beim Nachbarn sitzt oder eben mal den Müll entsorgen geht. Also auch von unterwegs ist die Wohnung beobachtbar und sicher 😉👍🏻

Es scheint wohl ein Update gegeben zu haben am 27. Oktober. 20. Komischerweise kann ich die Kameras hab insgesamt drei Stück jetzt nicht mehr anrufen die App zeigt immer Fehler und beendet sich von selbst. Neustart vom Handy hatAuch nichts geholfen. Ich habe ein iPhone 11

Warum komme ich nicht an die gespeicherten Aufnahmen, sobald das Gerät offline ist...? Gerade im Falle von Diebstahl oder Zerstörung der Cam wäre es dich extrem wichtig, an das Videomaterial zu kommen! Warum ist das also im offlinemodus NICHT MÖGLICH...???

Update: works perfect again once IOS was updated
2nd time I had to change the review . It was fixed after writing in but is back to not notifying when motion is detected . Please fix again like last time . Use to be 5star. Now since app update, no longer notifies you when motion is detected to alert your iPhone 8. I deleted app reinstalled, made sure notifications are set to on , have latest iOS, reset cameras , tried on different wifi connections. All comes down to this app no longer working . Please fix this glitch. I wrote into feedback and after going through all the steps, they say this is the best way to get message across to get fixed. ******3rd update. I usually update every time they do an update and something goes missing or something is wrong. This time what is wrong is since their update 5days ago, you can no longer listen to music in another app while having a camera on. It shuts any music app down while you use the camera. Before you could do both simultaneously. Please fix!
Worked fine then stopped
All was working well then it stopped. Stated it was not connected to Wifi but it was. Garbage camera. No support at all!!
Used to work.. then completely failed
Even the app now won’t let me remove my device to reset it from factory as it thinks it connected to a different server That is rather concerning … did this get hijacked on the back end? Ripped it all down This is the second camera that failed
