Suddenly stopped working. All data & high score & levels give after reinstall :( Really enjoy playing on this from last several years but this is the second time after high scores it stopped working in last 4-5 years

No longer works
Game was fun but after the 1.3.9 update, the game will no longer open. I tap the game’s icon, the game tries to start and immediately crashes.
Annoying ads
I would love to give this app a higher rating, but I’m fed up with the constant ads. I understand the ads are to keep the app free, but I feel they are excessive. Every time I finish a puzzle I have to watch a 30 second ad, which completely throws off my wanting to continue playing. I hope they can find a balance by either shortening the ads or not having to watch one after completing every puzzle.

Ads, Ads, and more Ads
This game is more ads than game. It might be worth playing if they provided an option to purchase, but don’t waste your time with it until they do. You spend more time watching ads than you do playing the game. It’s simply a waste of time.
Good game BUT!
It constantly freezes. Not only the game but the iPad. Have to keep restarting the deee dece and then it probably works until another day.

Fun with learning
I love this app. I play all the time. I wish if it shows short meaning of the completed word as I complete a word. It will improve vocabulary. it will be wonderful. I am sure u will get more users by adding this. It’s just my suggestion. Rest u r experts. U know better.
Furious!
I’ve played this game for YEARS!! I’m absolutely FURIOUS after I updated my iPads —- I can no longer get this game. I’ve lost all my points and games on both devises. Ridiculous
Does not play well with iPhone 11
I love this game and play it daily! However, when I switched to an iPhone 11, I have been unable to play it. It locks up as soon as I try to open the game up. If it can’t be made compatible with iPhone 11, I’ll have no choice but to delete it. Sad, because I really like the game!
Used to be great
Very disappointed in Word Cross. I installed it for my 90-year old mother. Her "version" has more advertisement time allotted to it than her actually being able to play the game. Perhaps mine is an older version despite a newer iPhone. Literally there's an ad after every clearance of each four layers to get to Level Clear. I’ve been playing this for a long time. An advertisement popped up. All of a sudden I was alerted by by ISP something malicious was happening. Won’t be playing this anymore

App is good
App is really good to kill time while brainstorming in a mild manner. Educational and not a waste of time. I paid for it because I found it worth it’s amount in use. Only thing is after the last update I don’t get free hints after few wrong tries, as I used to get before. Please change that.
Can’t take the ads
I enjoy the game, but there are toooo many ads. Can’t take it any more.
Some Bugs
App not completely compatible with IPhone 11. I often have to close out of the app and reopen it several times before it will actually work.
Difficulties
I have played this game over some months, I play it most during my leisure, till I changed my phone I realized I cannot continue playing from level I stopped on my old phone using the same account I used In downloading the first app, but then I have completed over 1500 level in the levels ....! And I noticed downloading the new one there was no levels as I loved in the other app on my old phone. I am writing this review for you to make this game with logins if possible, so that whatever level I stop I can continue even on another device, because I can’t start over and over when I change my phone, best wishes, Thank you. What happened
Used to play this all of the time and really enjoyed it. I just downloaded after not using for a long time and the constant video ads are miserable. I would gladly pay to eliminate the ads but no option to do so. Looks like I'll be deleting this one......

Loved playing this game but now it freezes up freezes my phone and doesn’t save what I’ve already done it use to save my game and where I left off but now I have to redo the same game and finish it before I leave the app I’d give it a 5 star but is not working right now

I love it thank you it’s really fun and addicting and it’s very calming too.I think it’s one of the best Word Crosses.But I do want to add something.Why not put relaxing music I think it would perfect the game nicely.Because then it’s very enjoyable.

I get all the words except one come back the next day and the puzzle is all cleared off have to start all over don’t appreciate it. I do write them down to keep ahead but still nuisance

I am on level 2267, and love this game... but am seriously considering deleting it. I don’t know why you needed to change the format. When you have to stop during a puzzle (which happens a lot with me) and open the game to resume, all the words that were found are gone!!!! Very annoying! Please fix this.

Good game but Lately there are way too many interruptions with freezing. I reported the game with concerns but still no responds so I’ll just delete it.
It’s OKAY but needs work
First of all it’s kind of boring like when I go onto my phone every day I don’t go to Word Cross right away but it isn’t bad I mean I guess it’s just learning that makes me not like it maybe. Update! ————————— I just changed it to 3 star rate! It really isn’t that bad of a game. Well I guess that’s it I recommend this game. Thank you.

I love this game
no ads, no work
tried purchase 99 cent no ad twice, took my 99 cents twice and still getting ads like clockwork. after i hit purchase, it states purchase complete then just sits there and spins and wont leave store oage. tried twice had reboot iphone both times. before i switched to iphone this app worked great on android but been easy to get stuck on both recent iphones.

this app would be great if it wasn’t for the constant ads, and it would be better if you could choose the 6 letter levels straight away, but otherwise it’s entertaining to play

Fun, fun, fast and addictive game! Fun!
Can't go between the three or four different puzzle levels
I started off with only one level ( the easy level) and a family member was able to switch to different levels. Then I was able to switch and then it stopped. I've completed the hard level and cannot go to the other levels to complete. Four months since last update and nothing since. Seems like slackers to me. No more will I download anymore apps from this developer.

Upgradation needed!!
At first it’s a great app. The words are amazing and great. Some are quite tricky but simple. It’s fun to play, after a certain level but after playing more levels, we find that most of the words are being used many times. Same words are used no new words are marked. It’s becoming boring to do the puzzle with the same word everytime.
Addictive but needs to have different difficulty levels
There should be difficulty levels so people of different IQ can remain engaged. I was hoping the difficulty will increase with the levels, but it remains pretty much the same. Boring after a point.
