I’m reviewing with 4 stars because some of the levels are not doing the hint that I would land on for my spin..it has happened in a couple of levels….the other issue is hitting get 25 credits to watch a video…that goes away
Not able to do daily puzzles
I am at level 2,868 and the game will not let me do daily puzzles, it tells me I have to be at level 30 to do daily puzzles.
Game needs updated.
Fun game until I updated the game. I can no longer play the daily puzzle. Says I need to be level 30. I’m over 4000. I even played an additional 50 with no luck. Fix the game and make sure it works before releasing an update.

As stated by others the daily puzzle stopped working and no one there replies to emails, played daily for years but now it’s pointless.

Recent update broke game so now I can’t play daily challenge. It wants me to complete level 30. I redid level 30 but no luck.
Daily puzzles doesn’t work
The game says I need to complete level 30 to play daily puzzle. I am well past that level. Is this going to be fixed?
Good but just hit problems
Have had this game for years and love it. Or loved it! I played the daily puzzle not losing any days and it’s great for brain training. However, for the last week it’s come up saying I can’t play daily puzzle until I’ve completed level 30. I surpassed that years ago. I have emailed to say this has all been done (on level 517) looked at the levels which are all saying completed and emailed to let them know but have not had any reply. So not been able to play since. Shame really.

Last update (over a month ago) broke the game
Daily puzzle and other side modes are no longer able to be played at all. The game was also never updated to accommodate the newer style of iPhone screens (from quite a few years ago now), so info on the top of the screen gets cut off. Please revert the last update at the very least; it’s been over a month!

This game was good. I could do daily puzzles for mental dexterity. Now no daily puzzles. Tried to contact them but no reply. When I tap daily puzzles it tells me I have to go to level 30. I’m at level 161.
Daily Puzzle
The daily puzzle is not working anymore. On 01-09-26 I went to play the puzzle and it kept stating reach chapter 30 to unlock. I’m well past chapter 30 and have been working this puzzle for a few years now. What gives? Edit: Seems you do not care if it works or not. I’ve noticed other people complaining about this and other glitches I have noticed. You didn’t fix either of them. Great, I really enjoyed this game.

Update has broken it
Annoyingly after a few years of playing the update has broken the game. With the update now saying you have to unlock level 30, when I’m on level 2752 and won’t work leaves me a little peeved.
How much I like the game
This game is very cool to play and it helps you to learn different words and I’ve really enjoyed playing it. Once I’ve done each level I search on google what it means if I don’t know the meany.
What happened?
What happened to being able to play the daily puzzle twice a day? I haven’t been able to play it in over 2 weeks. I just quit using the app.
Last update caused a glitch
Overall I love this game and play it daily, or I used to. I still play it but not daily as the daily puzzle is no longer functioning/active. I keep getting a message that I have to complete 30 puzzles to activate it. I have completed over 700 puzzles so it should be working, and it was working, until about a month ago. Please fix it. Update broke something
Have played for years. Love the game. But newest update broke the daily puzzle for us old timers & really needs to be fixed.
Too many ads
I wouldn’t mind an ad here & there like other sites but some of these ads are around a minute long. It’s ridiculous. I get frustrated waiting on them to finish.
Amazing game really addictive
This game is fantastically frustrating, it’s so addictive I can’t put it down, my own downfall on thsu game is that the notch on the top of my iPhone 11 is covering the level

I’ve been playing for years but one of the recent updates does not show the word when guessing the daily word. Please fix.
Fun but asks for unnecessary permissions
Fun game but app developer is going overboard on creepiness. Why does it want to see devices on my local network? This is unnecessary for a game of this type. Also to play the daily you have to beat level 30, but if you’ve progressed to 300+ levels it can’t tell you did it after the latest update. Sad.
30 sec ad after 20 sec of play
This game used to be amazing. I used to play it loads even with the odd ad break. I understand that companies have to monetise their games but a 30 sec ad after every single level, some of which only take 15 sec or less is too much. Very frustrating and a reason for me to stop playing.

Loved this game until the last update. Now I can’t do the daily puzzles. I’m on level 7497 and says I have to complete level 30?.Sent email through the system with zero response. If not fixed or responded to by January 23rd 2026 will delete forever

For some correctable (I hope) reason, the letters are not showing up in the box above the letters. That makes it difficult to try difficult combinations. I'm a visual person and need to see what I'm doing! Or have done! Other than that the crosswords are simple and I like to be able to do them as quickly as possible.

I enjoyed playing this daily and tried to play it twice a day. I didn’t like when you could no longer see the letters you were swiping appear in the box but kept on playing. But now you want me to play 30 levels to play a daily puzzle? No thank you.
What happened
I have been playing this word game for a long time. I loved it. I played everyday. Now I try to play but it just switches back off every time. Don’t know what happened but I am going to have to delete this game after all this time. I thought maybe the developers were doing an update but it’s been a couple of weeks now and nothing has happened. I really did like this app.

What changed? Now I can no longer see the word that I am creating, the letters are a smaller size, and the ads are sooo long. WHY do you always change a good thing?

Please correct crashing of the game caused by the last update.
Crashes
Since your last update the game crashes and closes out. I read the reviews and it seems other players are having the same issue. If I want to play I have to be quick and click in the daily challenge button before it closes the second time which is annoying because your building your words but can not see the preview of what your writing like you use too. I’m hoping you guys plan on fixing this! Before the update the game was good and I enjoyed playing, don’t care too much for the ads but they are manageable.
