I don’t seem to have many issues with this app
I have used this app for syncing my Freestyle Libre sensor to Apple Health…so far I have used the Libre 14 Day and the Libre 3…both sync to this app through the Libre Link app with hardly any issues. The Libre 14 Day sensor is scanned and while it doesn’t always scan on the first try, I usually don’t have any issues on a rescan. The Libre 3 sensor actually connects with a live connection which works seamlessly transmitting information to Apple health and whatever other apps Apple health is connected to…I have an iPhone 14 Pro Max with the latest update…and I really love this app!
Frustrating
Downloaded the app and started the 3 day free trial. I liked the app and purchased the $2.99 monthly plan on the second day. I used the app to link with Apple health which then pushed data to Cronometer. At the end of the third day the free trial period ended and all the functionality I paid for turned off. Apple subscription is active but the software doesn’t see it and now it doesn’t work. I keep getting pop ups trying to get me to subscribe to a plan I’ve already purchased. I would have liked to use this app but apparently I can’t. I will be deleting the app and canceling my subscription as soon as I post this review.
Alert is wrong
I’m using the Libre 3 plus and it constantly alerts me that my sensor is expiring in less than 24 hours when my sensor won’t expire still for a couple of days. I get why it can’t connect directly with the sensor because Abbott Labs went to great lengths to prevent that. Wish they had just focused on their own problems instead. God knows it should be more reliable. I do experience gaps in data on this app.

There’s a real problem with the log, I’m getting numbers like four and 16 and then 2000 something…… just recently started in the last few days. Ideas?
Freezes when trying to view the log
Current rev (2024.2 630) freezes when trying to view the log on IOS 16.7.7. The developer has quickly resolved this issue and posted an update.
Update has destroyed the app
Your November 7 update has destroyed the app. As soon as it is opened it just goes from ad to ad. The Home Screen will flash for a few seconds and then back to ads. There is no way to enter information. It’s totally useless now.
Eine App die mit Libre 3 und Health/widgets funktionier
Die App ist eigentlich genau das was ich gesucht habe. Eine App die meine Daten aus dem libre 3 Plus in Health integrieren kann. Das klappt super. Auch das Widget und die anzeige auf dem sperrbildschirm klappen super. Insulin und Medikamente können schnell eingegeben werden und alles kann individuell angepasst werden. Die Startseite kann so gestaltet werden wie man will in den Einstellungen kann die Oberfläche angepasst werden, sodass man die grellen bunten Farben auch in gedeckte Farben ändern kann. Man kann viele individuelle Angaben und Wege angeben. Bin bisher sehr zufrieden!
Not working
Been working with Libre 2, have changed to Libre 2+ and no longer working, have tried reloading but app just freezes 😕

Fabulous App
This is really an amazing app for those trying to truly manage their diabetes. This app allows your CGM values to go to apple health, and even to Epic’s EHR (to your provider) via I believe a flow sheet. The various charts/graphs are incredibly helpful and well thought out. I don’t usually bother to write reviews for anything, but I made an exception here - phenomenal work by the developers!
Quit working, no announcement
App refuses to link to Abbott Libre2 sensors. All data disappeared and it won’t accept LibreLinkUp. Disappointed. I hope they refund my subscription $$!!
Useless
Been using this app for one week now I’m locked out, lost all my readings
Inconsistent syncing and missing of whole days
Randomly stops syncing data and leaves holes in data collection.
Incompatible Sensors/Constantly Crashing
The instructions are minimal and once I got it working, I tried using the live sensor feature and my sensors are incompatible. If you’re going to pay for something, they should keep up with the sensors for the Libre 3. If not fixed by the time I have to renew, well goes without saying. App constantly crashes. It gets stuck on splash screen then crashes. Have to reboot phone to get to work. This is ridiculous. May have to ask for a refund! 11/24/2025 Now app won’t load at all. Rebooted phone and nothing. You either fix it or refund.

Broken with iOS 26 for Apple Watch
Since upgrading to iOS 26 on phone and watch the watch complications no longer show data. If you tap on them they do pull up data, but are blank in the watch face

The app imported a ton of erroneous data points to the health app. They ranged from 0.4mmol to around 90. They were all for the day I set up the app.
Good, Needs Improving
The app is good, but there’s room for improvement. I'm not convinced that the subscription is worthwhile for connecting to Apple Health. Additionally, the widget doesn't consistently update with the latest sensor readings. You have to open the app to refresh them, which undermines the purpose of having a widget in the first place.

I enjoy being able to log my readings accurately.
App crashes all the time
It is impossible to trust the app when it constantly crashes and goes a full day without being able to log in. Terrible
Application complète mais encore quelques petites choses à corriger
J’ai acheté la version Premium. L’application est très complète et pratique mais il y a encore quelques crash sur IPhone X Max Par ailleurs, lorsque l’on définit une heure de coucher à 22h le jour J et de petit déjeuner à 6h le jour J+1 et que l’on fait un scan après minuit, la donnée est comptabilisée dans la nuit du jour J+1. Ceci est correct d’une certaine façon mais du point de vue de la gestion de la glycémie il serait préférable qu’elle soit attachée au jour J. Sinon ça fausse les graphiques et les statistiques. Qu’en pensez-vous ?

It’s an ok tracker
My biggest problem with the app is that it is difficult to make entries. It wants to default to 9:00 am for morning. I take my readings early morning (5 am). If I input that time it will say breakfast when I just want to make it a morning reading. In the afternoon it takes my inputted time and changes to 2 pm. It’s just not very user friendly. I’ve checked and there is not an update available.

USELESS!!
If it were possible to give an APP a 0 rating I would for this one!! The Live Activity either doesn’t show up or it doesn’t work. Useless! Contacted support - all their solutions basically blamed me for the problems. Last straw was today - Live Activity button suddenly reappeared after being missing for days - tried to start a Live Activity - it started and showed 0 value while simultaneously claiming that it was fetching new data from Libre LinkUp. When I checked my Sugar Pixel displays in the house - showing BG values no problem. Downloaded a competitor app - BG values match the Sugar Pixels. I guess I’ll keep the new app THAT WORKS, delete this app and just kiss the yearly subscription goodbye! USELESS!
Very useful
Great for getting freestyle libre data to Apple Health and has a lot of potential. Needs a little more documentation and UI work.
Struggles with time
The App as a whole is not bad, but trying to get the time of entry, to work with morning, evening etc
Works — sort of.
It works well until it doesn’t. It randomly stops working or displaying and you have to re-pair it to your sensor or librelinkup and re-allow it to follow your location so it will display. Other than that it works well, just a little hassle. I haven’t decided if I’ll continue after the free trial.
Great App for Libre 3 users
Because of the horrible app for Libre 3, this imports the data and you can see actual numbers. Also connected to Health which inturns tracks other stuff like carbs from MyFitnessPal. Great App. Well worth the price for premium.

Bonjour, super application mais un ajout de la fonctionnalité de choisir avant/après repas pour la mesure de la glycémie serait un plus. Cela permettrai une synchronisation dans l’application Santé de ce paramètre. Hello, great app but the addition of the ability to choose before/after meal for the glycemie reading would be a plus. This would allow synchronisation of this parameter with the health app.
Can’t delete an entry
Not able to delete a previously entered data. Click on delete doesn’t work or is covered with Google Ad

It’s nice to be able to write data to Apple Health but if you don’t open it after every scan then nothing happens and it will only pull in the last 8 hours so it’s easy to miss data

Serious bugs need to be fixed
Every time I open this app, it freezes every other app on my phone. EVERY TIME. Not occasionally, or once in a while. EVERY TIME. I have to re-start my phone every single time I open this app to be able to use any other app on my phone afterwards. That seems to be a pretty serious issue to me.

The nfc scan has disappeared
The nfc scan which was available before has now disappeared and there is no work around. How does one read from nfc based devices ?
I can’t figure out the family sharing
The app says that it is shared between family members; not the data, the app. However, it now seems to be confusing me, on my own phone, with my wife’s data who purchased the subscription. It’s got a bit too confusing to continue with to be honest. EDIT: Okay, these are niggles from someone who is monitoring their blood sugar temporarily for interest rather than for a condition. I’ve tried again and I’m prompted to subscribe despite my family having subscribed. I actually can’t subscribe because the App Store decides that it’s already in my family sharing. I’m trying a libre 2 and the app shows crazy readings for the period before I registered the sensor. If I restore purchases it showed a lot more crazy high readings and put me off, maybe these are mine or maybe my family’s readings? Anyway, I’m trying to ignore these despite me deleting spurious readings which still lead to it telling me I’ve had 4 hypers, when I haven’t. For someone casually using the app, then it’s actually too complicated when you just want to use it to bridge the gap between libre and the Apple health app. Maybe if you ignore the first couple of days it might help matters; I’ll carry on giving it a chance.

I love my Diabetes App. It really helps me track and improve how treat myself. Helps me to refine my treatments and hopefully manage my health issues better.
Not user friendly and automatically took from my bank account
I didn’t authorize for subscription only tried to use trial period but they took $18.49 from my bank account. The app isn’t user friendly. I put in a dispute.

One good feature
This app will read Abbott Freestyle Libre CGM sensors and show a graph of the 8 hours of data from the sensor. I use this app when the Abbott app or reader has blacklisted a sensor before the sensor has expired due to either the bugs Abbott refuses to fix. Bugs in this app as of 3/15/2021: The graph of the freestyle sensor data repeats the most recent value twice. This results in the graph always displaying a line with a slope of 0 for the most recent 5 minutes. Blood Glucose values written to Apple Health have the timestamp of the time frame the app uses to average values instead of the timestamp the value was entered. I dislike this app because: -The log doesn’t contain a timestamped record of each blood glucose reading recorded. -The app reads the 8 hours of data from the freestyle libre sensor then throws all but the most recent datapoint away. -The app does what I call zone based averaging. If the app produced a report showing average blood glucose after dinner as an option that would be useful. Instead this app hides actual values from the user making it impossible to check for rising or falling blood glucose.
Worked for over a year
Worked wonderfully for over a year. Used the premium version. Have used 14 day Libre sensors. A couple of months ago the app stopped recognizing these sensors. Not sure if same problem with libre 2 or 3. Hoping developer fixes problem soon!
Really helps
I love this app because I don’t have to keep track on separate piece of paper. Plus, I love that it gives me averages.
Import from LibreView doesn’t work
Completely useless as it won’t import a csv file history from LibreView as advertised. Support was no help. Don’t charge for something that your app can’t do. Having today and future oniy readings are no help. Needs historical data to be beneficial. Beware there is also no way to delete your data that they collect.

Not bad but can be way better
I use this app and the libre freestyle app, they are usually with 30-40 points of each other, no idea which one is right or closer most the time more often than not I have to verify with a finger stick anyway so there is that. The big issue and probably why ill mist likely stop using this app even after paying for it the reading are out randomly on the chart. I always have to go into the log book and record the reading I just got in the right place. For example I just did a noon check for lunch and it placed the reading in the break spot don't had to delete it and put it where is is supposed to be. Happens every single day with every single scan. Sometimes the reading is out on a whole different day or later in the day then it actually is. Fix that and this would a solid app till then it may stay on my phone but I probably wont use it much longer.
Way off
I was going to buy it but when I saw my readings from freestyle to this app major difference 11 points off is not good for me I depend a lot in it and can’t risk the difference between them. Sorry great idea but not quite there.
