Do you guys have an FAQ anywhere? Was looking to see what the default polling frequency is? Or if this is adjustable? I use a CGM that uploads to apple health but wasn’t sure how frequent and up to date the readings would be.

Useless
If the whole point of the app is to log and keep track of your readings, it’s pretty pointless of an app if you can’t even log readings without paying a stupid subscription fee. Want to charge money? That’s fine but put some of the more “premium” features behind a paywall. Imagine downloading a note taking app but you had to pay to make a note. Useless. Would rate 0 stars if I could

Easy to use.
Love this app. Helps me keep track of my levels very easily using my watch. A reminder system would be great between level checking and whether the reading was before or after eating when using the watch to record your levels. I would also love a worm graph instead of the dots.

For a person who is battling to get their blood glucose levels down, this app works fairly well. Easy to read and operate. However there are a couple of things it needs. A place to record blood pressure and a place to record weight. It would be very handy to see these two fields in conjunction with blood sugar. Having said that the app for me is useful and scores a 3 out of 5.

Gut aber paar Bugs
Die App ist sehr gut aufgebaut, einfach zu verstehen und toll anzusehen. Allerdings werden mir immer älter Messwerte angezeigt welche mindestens 3 stunden alt sind. Ich messe mit dem Dexcom G6-Sensor in Verbindung mit dem Diabeloopsystem.

A fantastic app from a dedicated developer. The app (on iPhone and WatchOS) are super easy to use and are well designed. The app pulls in data super quickly from Apple health without issue. Most recent updates for iOS 17 were great as it brought the addition of Home Screen widgets and a subsequent update brought Apple Watch complications which was super welcome. Please keep up the good work!

Fantastic, tasteful, useful app
This app is useful, elegant, intuitive, and offers incredible insights into my glucose levels over time.
Waste of money
If you are getting this for the watch complication don’t bother! Although you do get a complication on your watch it’s time delayed the the reading is useless, unless your interested in knowing what your reading was 30-60 minutes ago! Want my money back!
Don’t pay for premium- false advertising
The App Store page, and adverts within the App itself, claim to have Lock Screen widgets and Apple Watch complications. Neither of these things are provided. The closes you get to a widget is a long press on the app icon allowing you to log a reading. There are no actual widgets provided. The Watch App does not have complications that can be added to a watch face- just a stripped down version of the iPhone App. Shame, as the app itself isn’t bad, but premium is a huge false advertising scam and should be avoided.
Overpriced
$60 just to write my A1C level one time? No thanks. This app lacks transparency for in app purchase required to subscribe to even use the app.
Heakthkit?
No instructions how to find or upload HealthKit and so now I am stuck with an app with money wasted!!
