Can’t report error message
I just started to use this app and like it. Now there is an error message saying I am not logged in when I am. There seems no way to report it or get help. One link I found said the website was spam. Very unfortunate. Says the developer is based in Bulgaria. Unusual. No way to contact them.

Needs Work
I wanted to use this app to track my meals and blood glucose, but the meal logging is confusing and frustrating. I entered an entire meal with individual foods, but when I went to log it, the app only asked for total carbohydrates and didn’t save the foods I had entered. It wasn’t clear whether I had done something wrong or if the app failed to save my data. The interface needs to be much more intuitive and reliable.

Absolutely the best diabetic monitoring software ive encountered hopefully the app will comunicate with my G7 and take auto readings soon
Lack of support.
I have a Bluetooth glucose reader. This is a premium feature only - no trial to see if it is useful. It worked once for me. After that, it would only work when forgetting the device and adding again. I put in a support request, but diabetesm never replied.
Great app
I love the app except for the fact that it has military time. I’m not sure how to change it to the 12 hr format. I sent an email to the company with no response. Otherwise it’s really the best app out there.

I installed this app as i was in Australia , but I’m not in Australia and my iPhone location is usa , but my apps still mot open , massage is not permitted me as Australia resident
Can’t login in account
I’ve been using this app for a long time, but at some point I logget out of my account, and I can’t log in to the app anymore (endless loading).
Great app, but unable to read the small font and numbers
I use this app, several times a day out of necessity from type one diabetes. i’m finding the letters and mainly the numbers to small to read, and there’s no way of increasing their size.
Rubbish- all promise of little real value
Dexcom G7 and many other CGM not supported, Smart Pen connection is poor and unreliable, bolus, but still no nasal dose adviser, insulin peak to taper graph non existent so you can’t plot against food, dose timing and other variables, it’s no more than a basic glucose meter from 1990s on your phone… I had high hopes but all theses apps Dexcom, InPen, Glukoo all lack the basics of solid T1D management still
Good but…
The app is good but the text is too small. The colour scheme is hard to read and I’m sick of getting a message saying “HEY!” - have some manners. I feel the app is always moaning and nagging. Diabetics have enough to deal with without feeling bullied by an app.
My Search…Over!
I’ve tried SO MANY glucose tracking apps looking for the one with the best overall functionality, features that meet my “real-world” needs AND price (being a diabetic is already a drain on the finances). There are apps out there that have an abundance of “pretty” images but really don’t tell you much of anything. I work/live in a busy world (don’t we all) and need a tracking app that keeps up, Diabetes:M fits the bill! This has everything I need and so much more! They all track your readings with a logbook but this is where Diabetes:M pulls away from the others. This app tracks my glucose level, and my insulin injections BUT WAIT THERE’S MORE! It also allows for EASY tracking of which finger (and where on finger) I used to draw AND where I’ve given myself an infection. I use fast acting insulin during the day and a slow acting at night, this app tracks the injection locations separately! Let my backup for a second - sometimes when I go to do a finger stick, I forget which finger I used last (I’m sure that’s a me thing because I’m crazy busy and once done with something I move on to something else) but the finger tracking inside this app resolves this issue. Med tracking, graphs and charts let you check your trends, share with care team, etc. It would be easy for me to go on and on because this app does so much! It does what I described and SO MUCH MORE!!! All at, what to me is, a reasonable price!!
This app is complete trash
The app is useless and unreliable. It crashes every time I try and use it. Don’t waste your time or money on it.
Small bug
For when i type in a code it doesn’t show to add a clinician when i add my code and tells me to subscribe, i believe this is a bug and would be happy for it to be fixed asap as ive just come out the hospital from an appointment
Logbook Glitches Constantly
I tried using this for a few days and my logbook entries would never save. So frustrating, tried overwriting the logs so many times and it would never save my changes.
Disappointing update
I’ve been using this app for over 2 years and found it excellent to help manage my diabetes. The last update caused a ‘Configuring database’ message for about 30 seconds when opening the app, this update has reduced the wait to about 15 seconds, but now the app hangs and crashes when saving new records. Shame we can’t just roll back to 2 months ago when the app was stable.
Fixed access for iPhone 11
I had been using this GREAT app for many years when I suddenly couldn’t access the app. I would tap on the app and it would just sit there. I was devastated and tried several other diabetes apps, but none could compare. I’m glad it works for me again!
Need help
I rely on this app to calculate each insulin dose according to the ratios set by my medical team. It has suddenly stopped being able to do that and now I'm having to guess before each meal. No idea how to fix this. Meanwhile I'm in a dangerous situation
Not compatible with Dexcom
This app is good but it would be the BEST if it could pull data from Dexcom or any CGM directly instead of waiting 15 mins to sync Will be 5 stars once I can ditch my other apps and use this as my sole diabetes app
Used to be good
I originally loved this app but consistently have had issues with it logging me out from premium and not letting me back in (even though it shows that I’m a premium member) so I can use the premium features. Usually I just get it to let me back in when restarting but now it will no longer let me do any premium content at all so I’ll be canceling my subscription and moving on
Worked fine for 2 years , but latest update seems to affect Bluetooth connectivity
Been reliable and would have been 4* except for recent Bluetooth issues. Have had to delete and re establish connection several times in last few weeks. iPhone and device not changed only the software.

Bad customer service
I purchased this app because the description specifically says it works with Dexcom, and that was important to me. I cannot get my Dexcom to connect, the support published is vague. I contacted their support team twice now asking for further instructions and have not received any response. If you’re looking for something to connect to your Dexcom, I’d suggest a different app.
Really good - needs work
This app is a great start. It needs improvement in the foods database. The interface between the existing database and items the user adds needs to be seamless rather than requiring two separate searches, for instance. Some of the matches on a barcode scan provide the right food, but the information provided does not match the information on the package nutrition label - maybe a user should have the ability to update that? It also would be nice to turn off certain categories, for instance baby food which is just clutter for anyone who is not feeding a baby. Perhaps most importantly, the search interface should be able to accept several key words and then provide the exact matches - and the manufacturer/brand should be part of what is included in those key words - for instance the search string “shredded cheddar fresh thyme” should take me directly to just the listings for Fresh Thyme shredded cheddar cheese. If the app developer would like to work with me, I would volunteer, and have done this for apps in the past. This app is so close to being perfect it’s sick, but it’s not there yet. It could be.
Bolus calculator stopped working
Are use this app to calculate my bonus, but here lately the bonus calculator doesn’t work and I have to do it myself and then Internet and all it does is the Apple phones in your system now, but it doesn’t calculate it for you anymore. I can’t find that feature anywhere anymore. I’m not sure why it was taken off, but it makes this app kind a like the rest of all it’s not as helpful and I’m not sad about it. I used to give it five stars but I’m only gonna give it to insist mean feature that really helped me.is no longer available
App Update Error/ Bugs
Your latest app update for IOS seems to have caused more problems than it solved. My medication was deleted and I can no longer add it back in and, the box got ticking that I’ve taken the medication has disappeared. Red warning is now appearing saying I’m taking more than 1 unit of insulin and, there seems no way of changing the maximum dose limit. The app worked much better before you updated it today to “fix bugs and make improvements”. Please fix the bugs your update has created, thanks.

Have tried numerous times to contact app folks and company with no success. Recent update screwed up the medications section. I take Lipitor and Metformin and tried to add these medications but the app will not do it…please fix this
Good app just need some improvements
I am trying couple apps to track my blood sugar and so far this is the easiest. I like the layout and it helps me to show it to my doctor easily and clearly. I almost wanting to purchase for annual membership but just couple things preventing me from doing it now. Please fix those issues and I will be gladly to pay for annual membership. However, I have to suggest couple improvements when it comes to changing time and tabs about (snack, breakfast, lunch etc). The time & am/pm & the category tab continue to go back to preset and it takes couple time to repeatedly clicking back and forth to set up the way I wanted. Also, the medication info column sometimes just disappear and I have to continue to close and reopen the app and then add the medication on the setting page. I only take one medication and now it has 4 entries of that medication due to the glitch. Another suggestion is to add water intake goal in additional function which also help people to track the water intake. It is a good app and if the glitches are fixed, it will be a great tool for people to use and I will be glad to use this as the main app.
Update makes program useless to me now.
Up until this week I relied on this program to guide me in successfully guiding me in knowing how much insulin to take based on the number of carbs I consume. Now, without the little calculator icon I’m back to the guessing game and searching for another app to fill my needs. Goodbye.
I love this app but
Does the bolis calculator not work in the US? I remember years ago when I was first diagnosed around 2017 that it was available. Now the app really has no use to me, I only really needed the calculator.
Scanning food
Love this app and the fact that it calculates bolus for you, only problem is that the barcode scanning feature doesn’t seem to work, but you can still search for the foods you want to scan

Please update app!
I have been using this app for over a year now. I don’t have many complaints except for the freezing. I bought the premium edition of the app and I enjoy it however I wish the app didn’t freeze as much. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Updating to new version
Will not update to new version. Keeps asking me to update. Takes me to App Store. Request that I open looks like it does but every time I open the app it wants to update again. Frustration.
glitches
Many glitches. Set the opening page to be the logbook and can't get back to the main page to change any settings. Sent a note to the developers, no response. Info entered in one field showed up in another. Date and time field sometimes change randomly. Food database won't effectively change, gets hung up when doing search after reset.

Calculator gone
Without the calculator the app is not worth the cost. I’m canceling. I feel my $49.99 Renewal was money down the drain. They said temporarily but 7 months now isn’t temporary.
Food database is not working
Paid one year subscription and it seems not much is in the database. Have not seen any of my name brand items. Otherwise, the app is fantastic especially the import and export capabilities.
Crashes
This app was great until two years ago. It continues to crash daily on my iPhone. It works great on Android platforms. I have informed the developer but there hasn’t been any support.
Used to be perfect.
Not sure what happened with the newest IOS update but it tamed almost a minute before the app opens after “configuring database”. Have a hard time believing this thing is so well oiled that it hasn’t needed an update in the last 6months.

calculator assist
I used to use this a long time ago and now I can’t find the dose calculator. It used to show how much insulin I had on board and gave a recommendation for what to give based on the carbs… even a recommendation for how much carbs to eat. bummed if its gone completely. will improve review if shown where it is
Great for its purpose
I started using this app specifically for the “insulin on board” function but I love that you can track so much more using the app. The only thing keeping it from being 5 stars is that it’s really annoying to have to log my glucose into the app regularly when I have a Dexcom. I often forget to input the glucose readings because I usually don’t have to physically log anything. This app would be the ultimate app for diabetics if you could pair it with CGMs to input real-time glucose readings into the app.
bug problems
this app is amazing! I love it! my only problem is that now it’s not opening at all. I have to CONSTANTLY delete and redownload the app just to get it working again. I have contacted the support team and the creators, but literally no one has helped.
