Terrible
Recently bought a Nordic track 2450 treadmill and upon setting it up, I am unable to use it because iFit does not allow me to login due to its poor and awful website to set up your iFit pro account. Terrible service
Series suggestions
I love joining a series and knowing what I’m doing every morning when I wake up, it would be great if there were a bit more that were around the 30 minute mark that had to do with weight training… I’m always struggling to find that it’s easy to find ones for running but as a female who is more intermediate advance in finding that I just keep reusing the same couple ones over and over again it would be nice to have a few more options because the ones you have are great.
First Use
Downloaded iFit to try out. Was supposed to get a month free trial, but credit card charged immediately. Then during set up, I was unable to put in height or weight for my profile. Finally, issues connecting to my Concept2 rower. The one workout I did was okay. Going to give it a month, but not impressed with the first day.

Love that I can access an iFit workout on any piece of equipment or at home. It’s also super to be able to search available options based in my moid or ask AI for suggestions to enhance my routine. Plus seeing fab locations is just awesome.

Improve tv app
I wish the tv app worked as well as the phone app. I like to watch on 55” screen and run my equipment through my phone.
App Crashed
As I was rowing the app crashed and I had to start over. This is not uncommon.
Terrible advertising
I bought a rowing machine that had their programming on it. It said to buy a membership to row with them. I did that then I couldn’t use over half what they advertised because I had to then buy the pro bundle. This wasn’t in the advertising, both packages said 10 000+ workouts. It never said one had limited use or say cannot pair this package with machines. Now I have to have my iPad beside me and watch the video on a separate device while I use my rowing machine on manual. Not what I was expecting. I now have tried some of the videos and they were fun.
Love it💜
The calendar feature helps me plan and stick to work out series. I’ve been using IFIT 3-6 days a week for over 3 years now and can see and feel the results!
Garbage App
Would give zero stars if possible. Doesn’t reliably connect/sync with Strava or Apple Fitness and the sync with the treadmill is also not reliable. Should be so easy to make a very basic app to allow ppl to see their HR while running and to have that integrate into decent apps like Strava or Fitness.

Tech Problems
I mostly use iFit on my rower and occasionally use the app for rowing at the gym. The equipment on my rower often needs to be reset to work out quirks with audio, stats, and the timer freezing. By the time everything updates I’ve lost half my workout time. On the app, I cannot get the progress bar to show, making following along with workouts on an erg that doesn’t sync difficult.

Completely broken after phone swap. Zero support. Avoid.This software is an absolute nightmare. I used to love this treadmill and iFit, but ever since I switched to a new phone, the app has been completely broken.The Syncing is Broken: It refuses to connect to my phone. Reinstalling the app and logging out of all devices does absolutely nothing.Wi-Fi Glitches: I have to constantly turn the treadmill's Wi-Fi on and off just to get it to sync. Active pulse is useless right now, heart can be at 135 but then jump to 155 and then drop to 90. This will screw up your workout when you use active pulse with smart adjust. Go to peloton, I used their products for almost two years no issues. I’ve had this less than a month and man waste of money
Great content, quirky app
The app is getting better but stopped sending data to Apple health after the 3.6 update on Dec 15.
Low Functioning
I purchased a bike and a treadmill from NordicTrack (S15i bike and X24 treadmill). I logged into my iFIT account on both machines and my phone. Everything works fine, but the workouts won’t communicate with Apple Health or Strava & the app isn’t very user friendly if you want to monitor your progress. The app is weak and needs to do better. The workouts seem great so far!!
TV app doesn't sync
I generally love iFIT. I've been using it for years. I mostly use it on a Nordic Track elliptical, but I also like the strength workouts. Everything on my machine, phone and iPad works great. When I attempt to do a workout from the app on my tv - none of the same workouts or history show up. Today I had a workout in mind that I had seen on my machine and when I tried to search for it on the Apple TV app, using the exact title, I got a message that it couldn't be found. Other than that, I love iFIT.

astonishingly bad software. incredibly unreliable at connecting to devices, and when it does manage to connect it sometimes simply stops recording distance mid-run
New UI not as good
I’ve been using the app for a few months with bike equipment. It was great up until the last major UI update. I used to be able to display bpm, rpm and target rpm all in the top bar. Now I can only choose one of these to be in the top bar at a time. I can show all with the drop down menu but then it covers the entire screen and obstructs the video. Please put it back to how it was before or add customisation to allow us to select what goes in the top bar.
Apple Watch HR Streaming Sucks!
Leaving this review until SW updates improve. Overall fitness selection & workouts are great, but the phone / watch integration with my X24 tread is horrible. Every time I start workout trying to stream heart rate (HR) data from watch to the treadmill the iFit app either 1. never connects to watch app or 2. disconnects within a few seconds to minutes of being connected and streaming HR data. Even worse, the only way to get it to reconnect is to completely abandon your workout and start a new one, it doesn’t have the ability to reconnect mid-session, you have to ‘start’ a workout for it to think to look for the apple watch to connect to. Really hope this improves because the UX is horrible and totally kills the workout experience. I have other comments about integrations with Apple Health & Strava: - AH: iFit uploads everything on the tread as an outdoor run, even if it’s walking pace, there’s no way to change this setting (even in custom workouts) (in what world is a workout on a tread ever an outdoor run???) - Strava/iFit: if you link both it will upload to strava, then strava will upload to apple health, then iFit will pull from Apple health and basically double track your workout everywhere. Have to setup a single flow of data because iFits unable to screen for the same exact workout and prevent double counting.
Pretty nice
Nice to be able to connect to my treadmill and export data to my apple health account, but when data is written into apple health, it duplicates my workouts and also records workouts I do in apple health alone outside of iFIT and duplicates those workouts too. Nice to be able to see my workouts, but it’s skewing my data in uncontrolled ways
AppleTV
Why are so many of the workouts, particularly Pilates and yoga, missing from the AppleTV app? Most of us are not lying on the floor trying to look up at a tiny treadmill screen 6ft in the air. We’re in front of our TV on the living room floor. Other than that, I use my elliptical all the time and love iFit. I hope they fix the AppleTV app.
Not good
The app has declined over the last few years. It prompts me to log in every single day when I go to use it, followed by a membership screen. After editing that I can finally use my pro-form bike. App has trouble saving my workouts as well. I have had several 30 minute workouts fail to save to the app when after hitting finished. Which is the whole reason I use the app
So close……
Very good content, however the search ability and user experience could use an overhaul. I use the App because I have a device. I wouldn’t choose to use the I-fit App vs Apple Fitness for example if I didn’t have the associated treadmill
No enough value
The intro level at $20/month offers very little. So little I will probably cancel the subscription and just use the manual option on my machine. To get any real value I would have to bump up to the premium which offers several accounts - which I don’t need. Just not worth it.
Good but not great
Consistently cuts off trainer at end of workout. Glitches intermittently ever since the big upgrade. Very disappointed.

Redesign needed
This app needs to be redesigned to a more modern workout app. Let us play our own music, let us pause/rewind/skip ahead, improve connection to Apple Watch

Only One Free Workout
We purchased a $700+ rowing machine but one get one free workout seems like a rip off. Now the app does allow you to do manual rows but it sure would be nice to have more free workouts after paying over $700 for the machine.
Bring back the function of the old app!
Hate this new update. Before I could scroll from 3.5, 3.6 and so on. Now my only options when I use my iPad shows from 1 to 2 to 3 and so on. There is no in between. Not useable at all this way. The app has changed to the worse on other aspects as well….please bring back the old app features- definitely a lot user friendly
Love the variety!
I love the ability to work out in so many places around the world from the comfort of home. Short or long the workouts offer such a variety.
Nearly Impossible To Cancel Membership
The app itself is good and I like the rowing workouts a lot. However, they have changed the process for canceling a membership and it is unbearable. Rather than canceling online or in the app, you have to call a call center in India and struggle through broken English to cancel the membership. Easily the worst membership cancelation process I have ever been through.

Proform Vue not syncing to Apple Health
I used to buy the heart rate monitor to use with my proform Vue and now I realized since December 2025 it stopped syncing my workouts to Apple health thus not closing my rings. Please fix this. I see the work outs on the app but not syncing on health

Can’t connect to Apple Watch or equipment without internet. Even though you have cell service. In 2026, this is utterly incompetent
Busy mum
I love the ‘Making Gains’ series, I think I’ve repeated it about 3x already. I’m enjoying the interval runs too on the treadmill. I’d love some more videos with lower reps/higher weight and how to manage it at home without an Olympic bar - compound movements just using weights at home with correct technique and appropriate bracing.

Love the equipment, hate the membership cost.
I’ve been with iFit for many years and even credit it for developing my love for running (thanks Tommy Rivers!). But the price of the membership that allows you to use iFit on your machine has become too expensive for me to afford. It’s a shame that I now can’t use my machine for what I bought it for. Perhaps there should be an option to only pay for the exercise sessions that are specific to a machine since I only the treadmill programs. Hope you guys can improve this since I may not be looking at an iFit device for my next machine.
This is the missing piece!
I realized when doing my first iFit workout this morning, that this is the missing piece! Doing it on my own, doesn’t allow me to push that I need. I need someone in my ear coaching me and pushing me to go to the next level and that’s exactly what I put provided for me this morning. I love it!
Terrible updates 2026
This app is getting worse and worse with every update. I own an elliptical and can no longer filter results that are appropriate for it - the older filters had categories such as running, walking, hiking, etc. No more - now it is all categories like yoga, dumbbells, etc that are irrelevant to my machine. They also took away the filter to sort by shortest to longest workout time within a time block. It’s impossible to search for anything useful. I will not be renewing my membership once it runs out this year.

I love the programs and trainers though I wish it was cheaper and there were dance classes.
Big cost
Purchased an S22i spent 3000$ on it, single user, had some programs available for 15$. Now in some sort of greed play all the options are no longer available on the bike. I have to stream on my phone while the massive screen on my bike shows a basic track
Pas de finale avec l’entraîneur
Bien que l’entraînement soit super avec n’importe quel entraîneur, nous n’avons pas accès aux dernières minutes de l’entraînement. La vidéo coupe alors que l’entraîneur court toujours. Il y a des paysages que nous devrions avoir à la fin et un message de l’entraîneur. C’est ce que nous avions avant.
