Straightforward and Great
I downloaded four or five different apps to start running and this is the one that really worked for me. The simplicity of the interface is great: just enough features without any fluff. The program starts at a slightly higher baseline of run to walk ratio than a standard couch to 5k program, which really worked for me as a fairly athletic person who just had never done pure cardio. I also loved seeing the count of how many minutes I spent running go up each session.
Treadmill option
I purchased this item thinking it would help me because I had a treadmill, but unfortunately it’s only for outdoor running unless there’s a way to run on a treadmill and a properly track my mileage otherwise I like it, but it gets a one because I run indoors and that was reason I originally purchased the atlas for the indoor run and it doesn’t have an indoor run option
Good with one caveat.
The watch app is useless. The app itself runs on the phone and reflects on the watch app without haptics, vibration or sound. You either need headphones or to hold the phone. I sent the dev a note but did not get a reply. For some one with tinnitus the headphones are a no go and holding the phone isn’t convenient. I dont have an issue carrying the phone but haptics, vibration or sound would make the watch app relevant.

Genial
Сбиваются подсчеты
За пробежку в 40 минут программа насчитала мне траты в 4000ккал. Раньте все хорошо работало.
You get all the perks
Best running app for beginners.
Great but … a tip
I adore the flexibility inherent in this app, but couldn’t find a mechanism to prevent it from writing its info to the Health app. I run the stock app, using this solely for the audible cues. That gave me duplicate 5a runs EVERY day since this is a daily workout. Almost deleted, til I did settings → privacy → health. Turned off write permission. But dev, please, an easy no-write option switch, please.

Great for beginners
I am enjoying the app. The only problem I have is there is no treadmill option. So it looks like I ran outside on the spot! Anyway, I like someone telling me when to walk and run so it is working well.
