Essoufflé après 100m, après quelques mois je cours mes 10kms… et 25 kgs de moins !!!
Attention à vos genoux!
J’ai utilisé l’app pour démarrer la course à pieds. En 3 mois je courais mes 5 km. Mais mes genoux en ont payé le prix. Ils étaient intacts avant et après 3 mois: lésion méniscale, articulations détériorées, douleurs ++ qui se sont aggravées malgré le repos et la kiné. J’ai à présent besoin d’infiltration. Je m’étais pourtant directement arrêtée de courir dès que j’ai ressenti la première douleur. Et mes tunings étaient neuves et de très bonne qualité. Soyez prudents

Fijne app, connectie met apple music zou welkom zijn.
Gedateerd
Goed om je schema bij te houden maar de info die verteld wordt is nogal gedateerd. Praten over hoeveel kcal je zogezegd verbrand hebt maar dit op basis van niets. Zeer triggerend aangezien calorieën er niet toe mogen doen. Ook andere uitleg doet mijn tenen krullen.
Top schema’s, helaas geen standalone Garmin-koppeling
De schema’s in deze app zijn echt schitterend. Ik heb al meerdere keren geprobeerd om via AI-tools schema’s op te stellen en te volgen, maar die waren zelden zo goed gebalanceerd als deze. Het grootste minpunt is echter het gebrek aan integratie met Garmin-smartwatches. Hoewel je die soms wel als hartslagmeter kunt koppelen, is het niet mogelijk om een volledige sessie standalone te tracken. Voor lopers zoals ik, die liever zonder smartphone op pad gaan, is dat een flink gemis. Momenteel kopieer ik alle trainingen handmatig over naar mijn Garmin-workouts, maar dat is bijzonder tijdrovend. Daarnaast zou het erg fijn zijn als je activiteiten handmatig kunt afvinken, zeker omdat het kalenderoverzicht zo overzichtelijk en waardevol is.
Super app
Super app en leuke begeleiding. Ik loop met een apple watch en enkel met de watch lopen werkt prima. Als je loopt met telefoon pakt hij je hartslag niet. Ik ben ondertussen aan mijn tweede programma bezig.

Support AirPods Pro 3?
L’application est vraiment bien faite mais le capteur de fréquence cardiaque des AirPods Pro 3 n’est pas (encore?) supporté! Dommage, je comptais vraiment dessus. Pouvez-vous ajouter cette fonctionnalité prochainement?
Wo ist die deutsche Audioanleitung
Kann sein das ich zu blöde bin aber ich kann keine deutsche Audioanleitung auswählen. Die zwei Sterne gibt aber deshalb , weil die Kontaktmöglichkeiten mit dem nicht vorhanden sind!!

Chiara ed essenziale come dovrebbe essere, ma la versione italiana è poco curata: spesso la voce guida dice di camminare nei segmenti che sarebbero invece di corsa e viceversa

Syncing not working
It’s super annoying when I use the app on my apple watch. After the run I save it and it’s visible in the Health app, Activity app on my iphone, but not in the Start2Run app on iphone 😤
Rijstkoeken, appels en friet
Ik loop heel graag met deze app, maar zit niet te wachten op vergelijkingen van je verdiende calorieën met etenswaren…
Leuke app voor de eerste 5km maar bij andere loopschema’s crasht de app…
Mijn eerste 5km heb ik zonder problemen kunnen uitlopen met dank aan deze app, blessurevrij en zonder opgeven! Ik wou ook met de app voor de 10km gaan trainen, maar helaas loopt de app elke keer vast bij de trainingen voor de 10km. Dit geeft als resultaat dat mijn loopjes in de app zich niet synchroniseren + ik tijdens mijn loopje ook niet meer weet hoelang ik nog moet lopen (de app crasht). Ik dacht eerst dat het aan mijn gsm lag, maar mijn vriend heeft exact hetzelfde probleem. Ik ben dan ook overgestapt naar een andere app voor mijn looptrainingen. Heel jammer!
Een kleine babbel onderweg
Laagdrempelig beginnen met lopen! Train inmiddels dankzij Evy voor een halve marathon! 💪 Enkel jammer dat er maar een paar catch phrases zijn, waardoor je als je 4x/ week loopt veel herhaling krijgt

Schandalig
Dit is echt schandalig enkele jaren geleden met punten aan te kopen via de app store schema's gekocht en betaald. Nu moet ik blijkbaar een abonnement nemen om mijn eigen al eerder aangekochte schema's te kunnen gebruiken. Blijven uitmelken is schandalig. 😏
Motivante!
Chouette applications, simple et motivante. J’aimerais pouvoir choisir des commentaires en plus quand je cours, type l’heure qu’il est. J’aimerais aussi avoir la possibilité de prolonger l’entraînement quand je suis en forme et pouvoir connaître la totalité des données de ma course.

Vind het een super goed initiatief en wou het een kans geven als iemand die nooit loopt. Had niet door dat het betalend was dus heb het moeten verwijderen. Dat heeft mijn motivatie wel weg genomen jammer genoeg. Voor mensen die dit kunnen betalen, zou ik het zeker aanraden om te proberen.

L’application et l’Apple Watch ne communique pas bien… une fois sur deux c’est comme si je n’avais pas l’entraînement 😒 ça commence à me soûler et je compte annuler mon abonnement… dommage
Best running app ever
I can’t believe I only discovered this now! 😱 For years the scheme of Evy was the only one I could stick to and worked.. Every few months or so I would Google a picture of the scheme and then memorise it and plan my timer around it. This is soooo much better! I’m Belgian living abroad and being able to get the encouragement in Dutch (or any other language I want) is so nice! I’ve just started to use it but I’m really hopeful this will make my plans to run so much easier. Just a shame I didn’t discover this earlier. I also love the combination of the voice encouragement with the curated playlists, so I don’t need to change songs on Spotify every few minutes.

Een jaar geleden begonnen met lopen en ik doe het nog steeds. De aanmoedigingen komen ook altijd op de juiste moment. ☺️ Juist spijtig dat je niet met alle Garmin horloges verbinding kan maken voor hartslag te meten. Alsook dat de functie loopband zich beperkt tot de loopband van start to run 😞

This is a good app for any sort of training plans, from beginners to marathon training. Its usability could be improved, simplify the ability to repeat runs for example instead of having to change your plan in settings.

This app has been a godsend.. Really helped me start running again after my fitness totally fell by the wayside. I just couldn’t do it on my own but with achievable goals & structure that the app has given me, it’s got me well on my way and I won’t look back.. If anyone is looking for some motivation to improve their running this app is brilliant.. I am using it every day! Highly recommend!!

Hi how do I cancel my subscription?
Perfect for a range of speeds and distances
I’ve been looking for ages for a running app that would allow me the flexibility of training for a slow pace Marathon whilst also increasing my 5 and 10K speeds. So i’m very happy with this. Being able to use it whilst also listening to podcasts is a massive bonus as I rely on them to get me through long training runs.
Stopped working
All good until it stopped saving runs like others have pointed out. Just after I started paying for it too... :/

More support during runs
I downloaded this app yesterday and used it today for the first time I think it would really be nice to add a 5 min warm up and 5 min cool down I didn’t think there was any motivation during the run, it would be nice to have some motivation and also it would be nice to be told you have 30 seconds left of tour run before you start walking I really think this app could do with a lot more improvement So day 1 I was disappointed with this app.
My new running buddy
I’m an intermittent runner and have been looking for a new running app that would not just track my runs, but keep me motivated. I love the way this one allows me to set running goals and earn rewards. Great little app, really easy to use.
Faulty app
App is brilliant when it works. This week the app won’t save my runs and comes up with an error saying the run cannot be saved and to retry or try again later. Trying again later the app notes a prior run hasn’t sync’d but still doesn’t. I have tried closing the app and retrying with full mobile and WiFi signal and neither works. Big fault having a running app that stops saving runs. So disappointed after 27 runs in to the programme!
Great app but could use a new feature!
It’s an amazing app but I think it could benefit from having the audio guidance let you know what your interval pace and time is every 1km (you choose what km you would like to receive the audio from). Could this be passed to the developers for a future update?
Just started running. Love this!
What I love is the little nuggets of information that pop up from time to time. Also great that it works alongside my podcasts. I get to listen and every now and again get info on how far I’ve run and how long I’ve been running. Highly recommend.
Too many technical issues
I really wanted this app to work, especially as a fan of run pod. The training plans wouldn’t load, when I finally managed to get a run to start there was no sound. When I contacted the support team I was send an email in Dutch, not especially helpful.

Got me off to a great start!
I’m a complete running novice and got the app to try and run my first 5k. The structure of the sessions really helped me reach my goal in a progressive way without pushing me too hard, highly recommend!

I am unable to safe my new runs in history - it just does not update.
Best running app
In you want to start running this is the app for you from couch to 5K & beyond, me I’m using it to train for a half marathon. The only fault I have with the app is the audio guidance unlike others I have used in the past doesn’t tell you when you are at your half point, which if your into your run & not actually listening to calculate when you hit that point is annoying. So come on developers change this
