Love the app
Love this app! It really helps me push myself. I have two comments that I think would improve the app. At the completion of your workout it says something like” Do you want to quit?” And I think it should say “work out completed?” Because after you are done the workout you are not quitting, you actually just accomplished something. So I think the word quit should not be used. Secondly, I think the app should pick up where you left off. I have been using this app for a few years and I hit pretty far the first time I used it. Now I’m starting over and it keeps going back to the level I was at a few years ago. I just think if I just completed week 3 day 1, the next time I use the app it should go to week 3 day 2. Not week 6 day 4. Just my two cents. I love the app and will continue to happily use it, I just thought a few minor tweaks.
Paid for a lifetime membership
I paid a one time life time membership years ago and that lifetime membership is no longer available to me and I now have to pay a continuous subscription fee after being forcefully logged out of the app after it crashed. Sucks that everything is a subscription service anymore. Highly disappointed.
Great running app
I have been using this app for over 10 years. It has taken me from couch to 5k and to 10k multiple times in my life. I love that I can use it with other audio apps while I run. My only concern is now that there seems to be no option for free? New downloads seem to require subscription?

Issues and suggestions
First, I think condition assessments made at a 400 meter track would help you to make better recommendations and training plans. Initial and periodic assessments, user initiated with recommended time intervals. Regarding the pulse measurement feature, if I knew more about the method utilized to measure using the camera I would make technical suggestions. In general it is inaccurate, usually to the low side. Maybe this is user error but explicit instructions do not exist. This feature should be accessible at all times. I also do not see the ability to use/connect a heart rate monitor. Lastly, I do not see where free run workouts are saved. With those improvements I am likely a paying customer.
Love this app!
This app has helped me tremendously in staying consistent. Thank you for 24 full workouts!
I’m too young to pay for it myself so I have to uninstall it :( disappointed
Have to pay for it (at least on my device)
Gracias
I deleted the app
I deleted the app because it wasn’t free and I want a full free app that will help loose weight and keep a diet this app does it but I don’t really like that it’s not free.
I dropped my gym membership
This app has been so effective that I dropped my gym membership. This has been a Godsend thank you.
Over a 10yrs use & still my favorite
I love this app! I’ve traveled all over and different countries and it always been helpful. I like that it keeps track of my runs but I can also delete everything and start fresh.
Music tempo
I bought premium literally only for them to change tempo to the music based on whether I was walking running or sprinting and it doesn’t even do as advertised. I can’t get any music to change tempo!!! Wtf!!
Super application!
Seul bémol, il calcule en mile et non en km.
Came back and I wish I hadn’t
When Covid first hit, I use this app to help me get into shape. One of the defining things that help me with the music choices. There was one in particular that made a world of a difference to me. Four years later, I wanted to come back for the programs progression in for that particular soundtrack that helped motivate me and push me. Unfortunately, after I paid, I realize that that feature was gone. my playlist aren’t suited for running, they don’t have the right beat, they don’t have the right motivation, and I would have to spend lots of times curating it. Last year when I tried to start back up to see that that was still there. I would’ve even paid extra to have the music. I understand. There are some hard choices that developers have to make.
Fine So Far…
UI is clean and the instructions are clear.
Best running app
Been using this for years, love it!
Very basic app
No stretching tips after work out
Muy buena pero
Muy buena la use 5 años lastima que ahora hay que pagar sin opción
What happened to the music?
Restarted my programme and there’s no longer any music - only option is to connect to my own stuff…what happened? I won’t be renewing my premium membership next month, shame really - found it more motivating
Music is a big loss
The loss of music integration has really diminished the experience. It was a great motivator and kept me coming back. Now that it’s not available, there’s a considerably less compelling value proposition and I find myself just using the built in iPhone fitness function instead.
New runner
Down -120 pounds!
Be careful - this company scams people
Be aware. This company will continue to charge your credit card long after you cancel your subscription. Even after I showed them screenshots of the date I cancelled and the dates my PayPal got charged (8 months after I cancelled) they still refuse to refund me. Do NOT BUY THIS APP
Audio malo
A veces el audio deja de escucharse
Good app but still doesn’t connect to iWatch
Had this app for ages and use it from time to time but it’s a real shame that it doesn’t connect to my iWatch so when on the running machine doesn’t track my distance and calories
Watch app not good
Not sure why the app on my phone doesn’t sync with my Apple Watch. If I use the app on my watch, it doesn’t record on my phone workout. It doesn’t make sense that they’re not integrated together. Am I doing something wrong?
Best running app
This app has been very helpful for a postpartum runner who needs to slowly transition back to running after a period of not running. I have not gotten injured and can repeat weeks as I build back my endurance at a rate that compliments my working motherhood schedule. The program really works!
Muy mal soporte técnico
Cada vez que quiero entrar en soporte técnico jamás carga y nunca pude ver mi ritmo cardiaco esto es una estafa
Great app
Challenges you at whatever level you’re at, music is motivating and is great to run to. My only complaint, the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is that the music cuts out the second the workout is over, mid song and everything! Would be much nicer if the music continued to play until you closed the app.
Lots of issues.
I had Premium- worked great 1st year, after renewal the music was gone, when I removed & reinstalled due to multiple problems, I have not been able to restore purchase as it can not connect to server. Have requested a refund. Disappointed as I liked it last year when I got the app.
Great app, watch app glitchy
Have used this app for years and the program is excellent. Gradually increases running in a way you almost don’t notice. I’ve used the app with and without my phone and always had great luck. I haven’t used it for about a year and am getting back in but for some reason when using just my watch it is no longer giving me voice prompts. Previously it lowered the volume of my music to do this but now it doesn’t. Tried app support but they responded (very quickly as they always do!) to check my headphones. I informed them it wasn’t that as I could hear the music.
Keeps me on track!!
Have been using this app on and off for years. Always helps me get back on track and then make progress when I’m in a groove!!! Really appreciate its simplicity with ability to revise based on where I’m at on my journey. Much appreciate this app 🙏🏻
Good but…
App works great for getting back into running. But, half the time the intervals are announced over your music. Half the time they are not. Extremely frustrating when I am running and I need to open my phone to know the next interval.
👍🏻
Un poco monótono. Falta variedad de los entrenamientos
App keeps stalling
Love this app, but it continues to keep freezing and won’t let me continue. I’ve had to delete and reinstall it twice, losing all previous data. Frustrating since iam paying for the premium membership
Payment
Where is the month to month payment option?
Excellent app
I’ve been using this app on and off since 2015. I’ve lost 100lbs with it and then 50 lbs. it’s my favorite way to lose weight that delivers consistent results for me. I have loved this app for a long time. I was disappointed when they went to a subscription model but was recently surprised to see that they now offer a lifetime license purchase.
No meal plan modifications
I am disappointed in this app. I paid for the premium subscription and was disappointed when I looked at the meal plan it made for me and I saw that almost every breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner has nuts in it and I am allergic to nuts. There is no way to modify the meal plans for dietary restrictions. I am deathly allergic to nuts and therefore paid for a meal plan I can’t use. Wish I could get a refund.
Versión de paga
Antes la usaba y me gustaba mucho. Ahora parece que solo tienen versión de paga. Lástima.
Not as good as it could be.
Need to add: Metric units Customisable meal plan Realistic meal plans that don’t require going shopping 7 times a week! Ability to quit workout plan once started.
Lose the word “Quit”
I actually really do like this app. But one thing that really bothers me, is the fact that when I am finished my workout and press stop I am asked “are you sure you want to QUIT?“ I’m not quitting, my workout is just finished. I really don’t like your use of the word “quit”. I wish you would change that.
How to start running 101
I would never have called myself a runner. This app eases you into i slowly and helps build endurance and strength at the proper pace. I’ve had this app for 8 plus years. I take breaks from running, everyone O start again. I use this app
Yes, you have to pay to use
This should be clearer in the product description. I used this app in college and loved it.
Music speed
Good app. But a bit confusing to change levels when you pick a level that is too hard Also music sync with your own playlist in premium features are not the best
Volume
The volume of the trainers needs to be able to get a lot louder than the app lets it
Entraîneur ordinaire
Hardly a “trainer”
Long time using
I have been using the app since 2017, it has help me a lot, I never thought I could run. I’m no really a “runner” but I used this app to loose weight, obviously controlling what I eat. The app is very easy to use.
Missing features
I have used several running plan apps for the last few years, this one is by far the most under developed one yet. I wasted money paying for a year when I couldn’t stand to use it after a couple of weeks.
Great for running, not so great for nutrition
Love the app when it comes to tracking progress and creating great workout programs catered to the user’s goals, but I was very unimpressed with the dietary suggestions that are not so customizable. As a longtime plant-based Vegan, I found the recipe/food suggestions portion made me question the qualifications of the creators of this app. I am sure plenty of the target audience refrains from consuming animal products as part of their healthy lifestyle, so I know I’m most likely among many users who agree with this call to action. Telling someone who is trying to take charge of their health that consuming animal products is counterproductive and providing them with misinformation. This is especially true when it comes to female users who gain weight due to hormonal imbalances such as PCOS. If I am going to pay for an app, and therefore fund the app’s success, I should at least be given the option of seeing more healthy, cruelty-free, and environment-conscious food suggestions, wouldn’t you agree? (Update/response to the app: this isn’t about anyone’s feelings being hurt... It’s about spreading misinformation. Your response didn’t solve the issue at hand.)
Music
The music is great, helps to keep running pace, but I’ve had it cut out a few times while I’m running which is unhelpful
Good app but one issue
I really like the weight loss plan and enjoy increasing my running intervals. The only annoying thing is that sometimes the trainer doesn’t speak when I get to the end of an interval. I have to keep pulling my phone out of my pocket the check how long I have left to run or walk in that section.
