Wish I could cycle through my favorites.
Its kind of disappointing that my ditoo can’t cycle thru my favorite list. so much potential essentially wasted on that small limitation. i don’t understand why the cloud visualization can pick random ones but cant play any of the images I like.

When you set up a custom gallery on the app to display on your device, its very easy to lose all the data it’s happened to me now on four different occasions where it has deleted all my custom gallery’s
Fun, but totally hypocritical
I love this app and it has great pixel art features, the community is awesome, and there are a ton of active artists. The only thing I have a problem with is that in the monthly challenges Divoom uses AI generated art as cover images instead of hiring real artists or using ones from the community. AI generated art is quite literally digital theft of the property of other artists creations which are used train these AIs and serve as unrequited copying. I cannot support this, and will continue to use the app but I do not support what Divoom is doing.
Good app but some trouble in chat
When l first came in this app it was so cool like we can chat make art like people art and more go check the app out and then if you make trouble in chat you will get muted but my user name is cutestar and I hope you like my art if you get that app
WiFi doesn’t work
My WiFi connector is literally dual band(Verizon) and the name and password is literally correct, but the stupid thing won’t work. Fix your app, divoom!!!

I have always loved this tiny community (my artist name is chaberrakat) it’s so fun, but it has come to my attention that, ai is liking all of your art, making kids think that they are famous or better then others, this app is great, please remove the ai it sucks (｡･ω･｡)ﾉ
Great Util It Isn’t
Mine worked flawlessly for the first several months or so. Once I was well past my return window, the device began behaving strangely, randomly erasing my saved images and displaying “Add Data “ on every screen. For the past week the screens have appeared blank and the unit is unresponsive. A hard reset returns things to normal until the next failure. Not recommended.
Cool but issues
My major issue is your weather app. It’s fake. Completely fake and fabricated. I’m sure it’s hard to tell in areas where the weather in more normal. But where I live it’s going to be 90 today and it says it’ll be 32 :| 20 tomorrow :\ even after manually searching and finding where I live. Where in Arizona during the summer is it 32f????
Great app
I just got this new iPad and I have a time box by Divoom so I got the Divoom app and it looks really well. The animation tool is easy and I really like how you can go onto the community and see other peoples animations if you have a Divoom product, I recommend this app.
App doesn’t recognize my ditoo pro
At this point my device is useless , it’s already connected to my iphone but I get a message that I need to connect a device , I tried everything , I cannot upload any pixel art to my device , speaker works fine Fix this app

Dear readers and Developers- This app is amazing I recommend for both starters and experienced people, or inbetween. There Is only one thing you should know before downloading… There is this user, his name right now is Canda, He is mostly known as bee because of his first account. *HE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED*, what he does is find people he loathes for fun, and mutes them,meaning they can’t talk in chat, or even worse,he will ban them. Dida, the user who you can tell problems too, is an Ai I think, Many have contacted Dida but we just can’t ban him, because makes new accounts every time. I hope this helps you dear readers and developers. :)

The screen stopped working after 2 weeks of use, as much as I enjoyed it I couldn’t enjoy it for long as the screen stopped working after 2 weeks of use. Bit disappointing.
Needs Improvement
A great deal of time is wasted trying to get the frame to do as instructed by the app. Ive attempted to change the face several times. Sometimes the change sticks but most times it doesn’t. It really shouldn’t be this difficult. Customization is very limited. I love the frame when it does what i say.

Cool but some issues
I have a clock thingy and it’s really cool but it sometimes doesn’t do my alarm. I checked the settings and it’s supposed to go off everyday but randomly it doesn’t. And I wake up later and panic and I have to take my meds an hour later (which probably isn’t the best idea but idc) it gets frustrating because I have school and if I wake up late I don’t have a lot of time to get ready for it

Good app for the Pixoo Max, although a little busy and confusing at first. Found out how to set 24-hour clock but you can only have US mm-dd dates which is really disappointing as the rest of the world does dd-mm. Add this setting please!

Good App, with one very annoying bug
This app is good and I won’t say it’s bad because of tools, design, etc. This is for the developers, and I pray they see this. There is a glitch that causes my animations to be recognized as Photos for the app and are put in the photos category, I’m not sure why this is, but when some animations will be held for inspection for seemingly no reason while some just pass on through, it gets very frustrating and is a cause of many headaches because my animations get put into the wrong category and can get sent to the wrong audience. This effectively wastes any animations and loses me the possible traction I could gain in my animation’s actual category This is a feature turned bug and I can’t find anything else on this. This would’ve been an easy 5 stars if this never happened. If there is an explanation for this then please give me one.

READ THIS PLS!!!
This pixel art app is so amazing. There are many features and regular pixel art templates such as 16x16 and 64x64 and I love using it BUT! Recently, around a month ago, my ability to use the blank templates was lost. I am only able to use this other template such as the circle with many circles in there. This section is named “planets” which is very odd since I am started in the new or daily section. Please fix this bug for me, my user is “_*snoopy*_” so you know for fixing this bug. Please fix this I am begging you because I haven’t been able to make multiple pixel arts a day like I used to be.

Why cant I pick a theme such as ‘christmas’ and then stream those designs randomly to my device?? Instead i have to pick just 12 by creating a custom channel and they just repeat. Kind of pointless. I presume its a tech limitation but its a shame this cant be done. Love the device but the app lets it down. Its so confusing and unintuitive. Hope it will improve.

The app is straight forward however it only allows u to have a couple of pages for custom animations witch is bad because if ur like me and want one animation then your only aloud to have three animations saved so u can easily access them

They Host An Illegal Wheelspin To "Win There Prize" in reality it will take you over 100 years to accumulate the points to get the prize , extremely unprofessional , and very illegal, i hope apple takes a look at this and removes it entirely from the app store , and yes i have bought a product from them not realizing how much of a scam they are... , to spend 100$ on a clock and then be offered a wheel spin into drawing you into winning a product that is completely unfathomable and unreachable is insane!

Playlists on Cloud Channel don’t Work
Going to leave 1 star until they fix the playlist issues with the Cloud Channel. I select specific playlists and it keeps randomly playing from ALL of my playlists instead of the one I keep choosing. Removing and adding the face doesn’t work and turning the device off and on doesn’t work either. Fix PLAYLISTS!!! And now tapping to play all from the playlist itself just ends up playing 1 item forever from my list.
Animation speed
Hi! I love your app and my little TV, but could you please make animation speed settings for your sets? My eyes get very tired and I don't like such fast blinking, please listen! I think this setting will solve many problems for many people
Zero instructions
Complete nightmare with this thing, nowhere are there any real instructions to help you understand what anything means or how it works…. Mine works fine then defaults to a red clock…. Zero info on why or how to fix

I just got this for Easter and I love ❤️ it!! I can’t stop playing with it 😁 the games are so fun 🤩 and doing the pixel art is probably one of my favorite features. First, I’m going to talk about all the things I like about my divoom ditoo then I’m going say a suggestion I have and of course talk about the app a little. I love how many features there are! 😄 There’s games, pixel arts, clocks and timers/alarms, Bluetooth music speaker, and even a voice memo! My suggestion is maybe you could add a camera so people can take videos and pictures? 📸 I would love 💕 that new addition! Anyways, now I’m going to talk about the app. This app is also really fun 😆 I love making pixel art, using the dj tools, making new backgrounds for my ditoo, and even sharing my creations with all the other amazing creators on here! 💜 All in all, I think this is a great app and this would make perfect gifts 🎁 for gamers, artists (especially digital artists), and anyone who might want a nice touch to their bedroom, gaming room, or anywhere. Confusing App! Many dodgy privacy issues!
I've tried the app first, before taking the jump to purchase this picture frame. It looks pretty cool and fun on the Amazon pages, but I consider it a bit pricey, even on Sale it's £76.50. If they can push the price further down closer to 50 quid, surely they'd sell more. Now on to what I have tested: The app. This has lots of negatives. - The user experience is confusing. - No landscape mode for iPad. - lots of blinking and unclear what is being used where. - marketing says one can take a photo, but nobody wants this app to take photos; we all already have a Photos app on pour smartphones. It doesn't appear to be possible to digitize one of my "real world" photos and load them as 32x32 grid onto this app. If it is possible, then the functionality is well hidden! AND THE WORST! - is Divoom being used for Chinese meta-data mining? - it is NOT possible to simply load pictures from the app to a Bluetooth linked picture frame! - Instead, you have to "Register" an "Account" - you then have to "Login" - you have to even give them permission to track your "GPS Location"! All of which will be stored (presumably forever) on Chinese servers. This is beyond the necessity of connecting to a Bluetooth picture frame located IN THE SAME ROOM at home in England! I get it that if they want to allow a web forum to share animations between users, then you need to go onto their servers and upload/download your pix, but this service should be OPTIONAL. And even for that premium up/download service, it's still unclear why they would need to TRACK MY LOCATION!? For the weather app on the screen? All of us already have TOO MANY weather apps and location trackers ... no thank you! The developers should 1. fix all the UX issues on the confusing and not very functional app, they should 2. respect user PRIVACY by allowing 3. direct Bluetooth control of LOCAL picture frames directly via smartphone 4. WITHOUT requiring an "Account " and WITHOUT any "Login" requirement, and 5. make Logins" OPTIONAL only for web up/download of pictures and animations, and 6. STOP tracking our geolocation! For a pixel picture frame!

The tech is good and the app “was” good but for some reason it is bugging and has reset my costumes and I cant select the pixles while searching. it’s kinda annoying but ok
