Doesn’t connect when opening the app. Takes forever. When it decides to connect randomly, I can’t change eq profiles. This app is trash

I love these. They are my favorite. But when I use this app it messes up the connection somehow. Not sure why. But when I reset them and don’t use the app they are perfect.

Head seat and base station are very nice only issue I am having is one of the led lights don’t work to show me the charge lvl correctly but other then that it is a great app and great headphones
App stopped working on mobile
I have A50s and they connect to my phone just fine but not to the app. I can’t change how much I hear my game or people. I can’t even change my volume.
Same issue as others have been having
My 522 used to pair with the app but now it won’t. Tried deleting the device from settings and the app and repairing but it won’t connect. It’s a great app when it’s working.

The app either works perfectly or not at all. Not connecting to my only device that it was already connected to. Not allowing me to change volume or audio sliders. Somehow duplicating the headset choice and saying “connected” when it’s not.

The fact that you cannot use certain headphones for this app is so stupid. What the hell is the point of buying a brand new product if you can’t even use the app that is made for these products. The level of incompetency needed to not even be able to use Bluetooth to change the EQ settings for certain wireless headphones is so stupid. Do better

Constant disconnections.
I use the Astro A50x headset with this app and it constantly disconnects from the app. I’m able to use my phones Bluetooth through the headset but I cannot ever connect to the app unless miraculously the stars align. Sick of being unable to adjust my settings. This app also turns off my ability for me to be able to hear myself. Sick of trying to use this app to adjust a $400 headset.

Im connected to Bluetooth but the app says im not connected
It constantly says im not connected in the app but my headphones are connected bluetooth to my phone.
Issues with Pairing
After some time using the app without issue - my device appears on the app but is disconnected and won’t allow me to configure the settings for my device. After trying to unpair and re-pair my device to the app, it won’t find my device at all when scanning. I’ve followed the prompts and instructions, my device is flashing blue awaiting pairing, but the app can not find the device.

The headset in all is great. But it needs to be more durable for mic movement and less glitchy Bluetooth connectivity.
A50x connection
I used it once to connect to my a50 x while I was playing on ps5 to change up some settings worked fine then it started to have issues finding my a50x and when it would find it said to turn on the Bluetooth thing still didn’t connect also did a hard reset and removed the app I would love that you guys could fix this I like to use the app while I game to mess with the settings ( will change review to better rating if fixed )

Doesn’t do anything
Wanted to see if this app did anything when the a50x is connected to my phone via Bluetooth. The answer is no it doesn’t do anything because it just tells you how to pair it by holding down the Bluetooth button. Super useless app.

Worst app ever
The a30’s are even worse. All they had to do was add a function off and on button but I can’t do that so I have to let them die to turn them off and on top of that broke the transmitter on accident so I went to buy another one, turns out they don’t make them anymore and it was 30$ for a tiny usb so I had to buy another pair to get another transmitter. Last time I ever buy anything from this company. Enjoy my 200$ logiscam

Best quality headset ever.
I’m telling you that sound is clearer than most top quality brands. You play cod a lot? I get an average 12 kill streak with 4.10 kd warzone. Nothing gets past me. You want play the best rpg games these are also the headphones for you. The comfort non comparable with also attachable options of changing the cushions and taking out the mic. Comfort and pleasure what more can you ask for. App feature for volume and sound control superb. 👌🏼

This really sucks cause when you try to connect your headphones through Bluetooth it’s just like a boot loop. It will never connect. It only did it once for me and this app needs to be updated for it to work I’m very disappointed Logitech do better

Very Buggy
The app works great when you can get it to work. Constantly having to uninstall and reinstall the app just so my headset can connect. Once they fix that issue, it’s solid.

Overwhelming connectivity nonstop
Honestly, it's not functional at all. When connected to my Xbox Series X device, I constantly have to turn off the headset and reconnect it for party communication. The USB port on my system necessitates repeated disconnection and reconnection to enable using the A30. Overall, the app disappoints. It needs significant improvement to enhance the headset's functionality. This experience has been quite disheartening. On another note: It would be great if the app could scan and automatically reconnect to previously paired devices after reinstalling. Having to manually set everything up again, like pairing, custom EQs and preferences, can be a bit tedious. A feature that remembers your devices and settings would improve the overall user experience, especially for those who frequently switch devices or reset apps.
Won’t connect headsets
I consistently can’t find my A50X headset with this app.
Two options?
Why are there only two options to connect to? There is only the A30 and A50/A50 X ?? Why???
Features and patches needed
I find my a30 headset sounds great, but with this app there is a lack of features available or things that simply don’t work. The game to voice volume seems to do nothing as far as I can tell. It would be great to turn down voice chat so it’s not so loud and you can still hear the game over your teammates. There are no mic input settings to fine tune how you sound and to test it pickup, especially when it comes to the built in mic which seems to be very weak.

I have to uninstall and reinstall this app multiple times a day because it simply will disconnect from my headphones the headphones work fine i just have to uninstall the app because it disconnects my headphones whenever it likes
It’s aight
Good app when it wants to work but 50% of the time my Astro A30’s will be connected by Bluetooth and the app (I will literally be listening to music through them) but the app will say it’s not connected via Bluetooth so basically half the time the app is completely and utterly useless
Does not work with MX3-Master mouse
I didn’t expect it, though it would have been neat to see.
