This has everything a good pix(i,e)lart app should have, missing a few things from the website. Pros:A million different tools! Cons:The products autogenerated is gone. Overall, Pretty Good. Best Pixlart app I have been able to "Own." I am not the owner of the app.
I love using it, but it’s dangerous!
I was on the site and they showed me an app that was insanely inappropriate. Kid’s stay away if you want to keep your innocence. I am gonna stay on the app for awhile, unless nothing changes.
Good for the most part
Good game but in my opinion art shouldn’t have adds also there are some confusing parts that don’t make sense like in settings I might just be blind but I looked for 5 miniutes for a option to change my avatar. Play if you want, it’s fun just has adds and a bit confusing.

Fix the app
In terms of actual usage the app is quite nice, but it does not work. Often times an entire piece will just not save causing you to lose hours of progress, this is so bad I’m at the point I’d rather just go buy an app that actually functions, not to mention how laggy this is, the poor ui, the problem with palettes, I could only recommend this to someone who wants to spend no money at all, and I’ve been using this app for 4 years.
It’s good, But...
The new pixilart app is great but the canvas is much to small, 64 x 64. Also you can’t make a brand new color or darken and lighten, I’m missing a lot of things that was in the website.

Bug in community section
There is a bug where I can’t see peoples comments in the community section of this application. I keep getting server errors and it just leaves me with a blank screen.

First things first, it is a great platform. But on the app the canvas size and speed you can draw at isn’t that great compared to online. I recommend kind of like putting the website version into the app. That would be fab. Otherwise, thumbs up.

Its a good drawing game and all but do you really have to kick out people who become inactive for a few days? It has made me lose my account TWICE. I would’ve rated this game 1 or no stars if the drawing system wasn’t so good.
What the hell is this app
I’ve tried using this app on multiple occasions and it keeps deleting my work. This can get incredibly frustrating. I know it has a save feature but it will only save what you last saved so if you draw anything new and the app refreshes all of your new work is gone. The app and the website also have a totally different layout for drawing which is confusing. I hope they fix the saving function and find a way to save your progress activity as you are drawing otherwise this would have been a fun app.
Tried to use stamp for smth
Tried to use stamps but it just said no stamps to show but on a different device it worked with the same exact type of stamp.
Meh. Not that useful
I was hoping to learn pixel art but you can't import photos even though the feature is there. It's not absolutely necessary but I was hoping to do some more complicated works and the feature is helpful. I'm sure there's other apps that actually have the feature so I'm getting a different one but I'm disappointed I was mislead.

Glitch deleted my art
Wanted to delete the art I posted and reupload it to fix a mistake. When I went to reupload the corrected version it hadn’t loaded that I deleted the original, and I thoughtlessly clicked the option to update the original. It updated the original, removed the new copy from my drawings tab, then deleted the updated post, leaving me with nothing. I should’ve been more careful, but I’m not happy this is the way I learned. I spent hours on that drawing. I’m just glad it wasn’t super important to me. It sucks that it removes drawings from your personal drawings tab once you upload them. Let me delete it myself if I want to, don’t remove it for me.
It’s great but, a few things you could fix.
I’ve been using Pixilart since the website was around, and don’t get me wrong-it’s a great app- but I have a couple concerns. The first is the lack of tools on the app compared to the website. I’m not sure if there’s something I’m missing, but I’m not able to find the colour dropper, the darkening tool and certain other things on the menu that we’re there in the website. Second, I’d love a privatise-account option. Personally I use the app for the art and not the followers/publicity. I’d like it if I could make my account private so that only I or people I allow to can see my art. Also for younger users this could be good for any “creeps” lurking around the website. I’d appreciate it if you’d make the features available on the app. Kind regards, Vegan Child

Needs a dedicated tutorial page or something for essential features
I can’t figure out how to use all the features for the color palettes and it’s frustrating enough it makes me consider stopping in the middle of creating a piece. There is a way to see palettes made by other users, and there is a way to see private palettes, which both imply you should be able to make and save your own color palettes for your own work. I cannot figure out how to do that. On the website I can “like” another persons palette and use it later but I can’t “like” them in the app itself and that is the only way I can sort of save a palette to use. I shouldn’t have to go to the website to use the app efficiently. I can use other users palettes and even edit them while I’m working but I can’t actually save those changes and if I made one by mistake I can’t undo it. I would have to completely reload the palette. I sent a tutorial request but have no idea if it’s been seen. If these features ARE in the app and I’m just missing them they’re not in an intuitive place, which is still bad. Besides color palette problems I also notice that the website gives a lot more information on what tools do vs the app which doesn’t give any, and there is a settings section that isn’t in the app. Finally, the website makes it easier to decide what settings (such as what size you want to make a project) to chose for a project by giving suggestions when you make a new project but the app doesn’t do this either. Which isn’t an essential but would still be nice. It’s not all bad, this app is free and I actually like what I’ve made so far but not being able to find out how to do these features during more complex pieces is frustrating to the point of wanting to use a different app. Especially because it seems the website has been given a completely different level of care compared to the app. There is a faq/help section in the app, but it links to a YouTube page that hasn’t been uploaded onto in years. Over all it feels like the app is missing a lot of love.

Good but not without issues.
I enjoy making sprites, so I use the app a lot, however it does have a few issues. For one it has a chance to just delete your artwork. Secondly It has a extremely high amount of ads, and thirdly, you are unable to easily save things such as color palette. Over all, this app is a good choice, however, if you feel as if you would not be able to look past the flaws, it is likely better if you find another app.
