The app is amazing
I can emulate Debian via the UTM gallery and it is amazing. Would recommend
Had to restart my progress over again… so annoying
I’m giving this ONE STAR since the Windows XP thing I did AT 11PM and finished at 12:30PM, I thought it would save my progress. BUT NO. INSTEAD IT FKING LET ME RESTART MY GODDAMN SETUP so I’m never downloading this again. Farewell, utm SE
Great idea needs work
I really would love this to work. Windows XP is slow motion on iPad Pro M5. It installed in 1.5 hours. If it did work however it would justify the price I paid for iPad (I feel like hardware spent on iOS could be a great desktop machine) If you maintain this we’d be willing to pay.
我装个windowsxp和win11还有win10都不行
找镜像就有很久，打开后连安装程序都进不去。啥系统都不行。
You need much more than it gives the impression
If you’re looking at the images in the listing and thinking you’ll be able to just install this app and start playing Oregon Trail, then you’re sadly mistaken. You’ll have to install the app, then you’ll have to download an image, then you’ll have to find an OS .iso and download that, and then you’ll no doubt have product key issues, etc. Which isn’t to say all that isn’t doable, but if you’re hoping for a simple install-and-play retro emulator, this is not the platform you’re looking for.
macOS runs so well
Despite this app not having JIT support, macOS 9 runs so well! Just can't wait for its future.
the worst PC emulator ever.
The SPICE servers don’t work and NO BOOTABLE DEVICE errors keep popping up. Delete this.
68k broke with the latest update.
So emulating the Quadra 800 just recently broke and i get a -1 error and it just doesn’t boot even with a tested and good ROM file. Otherwise it was great for 68k. Please fix it.
Nooooo
I can’t run windows 11 on utm se
Great App but could be better…..
It is a great app to run any VMs. but the problem is it make the ios device hery heat and make battery health low in a few days. And if you want to run it with JIT, you will need a computer which can give you great experience. but we are yousing it because we don’t have any computer or linux. also it is very slow without JIT.
Really good for hackintosh!
I ran the Intel version of Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger! It runs PvZ AWSOME! Pesima
It’s good
It’s not really good, but if you know coding you will definitely get it right Please just boot up by itself
Untested
A good start, but clearly not tested properly. Ubuntu is given as an option, but doesn’t work. It needs A LOT more testing, and I wouldn’t have shipped it in its current form.
Good but…
This is great as when I run XP it runs nicely but today I tried running MacOS 9.2.2 and the App kept trying to enable spice and since it’s macOS, it wouldn’t work as macOS uses a VGA without spice
Great for Windows 7
Slow but great!
Never works
So basically, I’ve tried to run android 9 on this but it doesn’t work it was taken far too long I was stuck on a blue screen for three hours do not recommend
AMAZING!
it’s quite impressive how Apple lets this on the App Store, but there’s a issue, the machine downloads take like a year to download and run, but other that that, it’s amazing!
Yggdrasil
It requires new iOS my iPhone 6 runs iOS 12
Good I guess
Even though it could run windows I always get the dumbass “no bootable device” error how do I fix it?
Fab app for running Windows
I love this app. I’ve installed MS-DOS and Windows NT 3.51. However, can you make the app take up less storage? Thanks!
To difficult to use
It is a great app, but it is buggy and a bit too hard to use.
No procud key for xp
It’s great for xp but I don’t have any product keys
Slloowww
After 3 hours it still would not load!! Its MID
It’s good but slow
it is very good but very very slow
Phenomenal app
Its crazy that i used this to run linux on my iPhone! I mean it was really crazy but my phone obviously couldn't handle it, but an amazing experience you should try
UTM se
It could be better I could not get it to work it said error every time
No Internet
I cant seem to get any machine connect to the internet. I'm using this on iphone 14 pro max ios 18.2. I'm fairly new to the topic but I can find a solution for any other problem that the machine may have, it's just the internet seems to be banned no matter what I do. i don't know if it's me or apple trying to make it as worse as possible like it does with anything and everything. I'd like some guidance if it's my shortcomings otherwise take this as a request for a fix and I'll be looking forward to an update or a patch fix for the internet problem. Thank you and kindly, please write back.
Xp Black Screen
Windows Xp screen turns black after installing spice
Good but crashes out
I don’t know what to say but when I install windows 11 a crash occours windows 10 same thing… EVEN WINDOWS 7 good but crashes
Epic
I can now run win11 on my phone ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Useless
I don’t know how to download the computer files onto it
Now have windows XP on my iPad
Amazing app that allows me to run windows XP on my iPad. Yes it’s slow but works. The MacBook version of UTM is fast and better than other expensive solutions I have tried.
How to make it work on iPhone
How to make it work on iPhone it took me so long to figure it out but I can’t
Very slow virtual machine.
Hello, I want to send a review about this virtual machine. The OSs, what I download on this VM, are very, very slow! Please, correct this!!!
great
can be a little slow but other than that works great
Slow as anything
I’m running Debian headless and it takes 20 mins to boot
No esc button
It says click esc button in 5 secs and there are no esc button
“No bootable device”
I’ve seen this run on yt but then I tried it and I just got a message saying “no bootable device” but idk why it doesn’t work it would be better if it had preloaded systems on the app
NEED ESC KEY
So I’m mad about this so there’s no esc key and it says press esc in 5 secs I can’t then I’m in hell
Great app for running XP
For nostalgic reasons it is nice to be able to install an old legacy version of Windows like XP. All things considered such as Apple App restrictions that do not allow JIT compilation for example the performance is decent. Looking forward to see what the future holds. Also crazy to run XP on a phone these days!
Extremely slow
Needs work just lags and freezes so is pointless having an app that can’t be used for anything as it just super slow
Great but needs work on it
Great but it says press escape in 1 second I do that but it don’t skip
ISO error
Could be something wrong on my end but it keeps saying when I go to run the vg “the data couldnât be read because it isnât in the correct format” but idk I downloaded the iso properly.
Eh.
The program itself looks cool, but I’m unable to use it as every ISO and IMG file didn’t work for me. The concept is awesome, but nothing really worked for me. If it helps I was using and iPhone 11.
good windows xp in Mac
WINDOWS XP FUN but no Internet in my windows xp
1star
I would have probably given more than 1 star but where are you supposed to get the games from?
add a ESC button on to the virtual keyboard!!!
it boots up but it says “press ESC in one second” but the problem is there is no ESC button on the virtual keyboard 😭 please fix or help.
Asahi Linux?
Out of all the distros, this is the one that’s missing? Would also like Pop!_OS in the mix.
Great BUT…
Since Apple doesn’t trust pro usage on an iPad “PRO” they have blocked virtualisation and don’t allow JIT. So this is dog slow. My Windows 7 image used to load super quick on UTM using Altjit and the ALTSTORE version. I was even playing Sim City 3000 on it. That is now broken too thanks to Apple’s hand holding.
