Cheats always win - do not play
This could be a great game but unless you’re willing to spend a lot of money - for eg £19.99-£24.99 for one booster you don’t stand a chance. People who start first have no chance of winning unless they have good boosters. It’s not about how good you are at making words it’s about how much money you spend. Cheats are thriving. Do not waste any time on this because it is definitely not worth it. The dummies who can’t spell are in the top tier because they just use boosters they’ve paid for then block you from using any.

Love this but the constant freezing of a game is testing my patience. May cancel subscription, shame because it’s a good addition to my apps

I got to level 700 no easy thing! I’ve now deleted this game because it constantly takes more money than I paid for, it freezes constantly and if you contact the developer they say they’ll fix it and thank you for the comment.! This game is a total scam.
Seems there is no more update
Mon compte reste sur la même position depuis. La boîte de réception an encore un message de décembre 202….de quel année. En plus on regarde des pubs pour des cœurs qui ne sont jamais ajouté… pfff
iPhone advert interrupts play
Is there a bug? iPhone 17 advert repeatedly takes up the whole screen while time is ticking on your turn. Makes play impossible
Used to be great
I used to really enjoy this game because it was about strategy, now it’s more about the befits you get from subscribing and paying a monthly fee, giving you access to better cards. I understand developers want to make money, but tbh it’s ruined the authentic game play for me and I’ve switched to scrabble for that reason.
Great but….
Only improvement I recommend is it’s a disadvantage going first. Centre tile should be double word as in the famous word game
Don’t bother subscribing
Don’t bother playing this game and definitely don’t pay into it. Full of cheats and the pointing system is rubbish. It’s great when you first start out, but once you reach a certain level you’ve got no chance of maintaining your score as you lose to many points but get hardly anything back when you win. Don’t bother contacting them regarding cheating as they’re not interested. AVOID
Good game
Good game when it works properly I can tell the developers work hard to keep it entertaining. You have to really put the work in to get new boosters if you’re not willing to buy them. Of course those who are willing to buy them will always have an advantage with the powerful boosters but it’s life. There are some oddballs that play this game I wish there was a block feature!

Great game but it crashes
I have been playing this game daily as it is quite addictive. However, today my games started crashing. Even when I have won and completed the game, I can not receive rewards and I lose energy, gems and coins ( tournaments ) because of this. It is such a shame as otherwise this game is 5 star.

It keeps freezing mid game
I’ve loved this game since the pandemic but lately it keeps freezing mid play, and the only to get it to work again is to close the app. When I reopen it I lose points for leaving the match. Please fix this!

Game is great, I really love it, but why after update it started to freeze after battle is finished?😭
In play advert
Why has this app started allowing in play advertisements? It’s totally off putting and annoying. Totally ruined my experience of this app.
Forged papers doesn’t work
Feedback. Great game, although tons of glitches. Forged Papers should give you all of your opponents boosters, mostly it will give you one or maybe two or sometimes it says no boosters to use, when it’s clear they have boosters. This is seriously annoying. The bag story thing you use is really insufferable, what is the purpose? Maybe utilise it to offer an incentive ie get free gems or cards? All the different tokens are very annoying also. Apart from other niggles it’s very addictive and fun. If you want normal scrabble however this is definitely not for you.
Glitching
Seems like you get half way through game and the timer freezes you can move your tiles around when the opponent timer freezes but the game just sticks in the middle is there a software glitch
I wish they would allow replay of Tiler’s Treasure-type games
One thing that would definitely get me to subscribe is if they make it possible to replay the Tiler’s Treasure again and again after it has been completed. That’s the only one I’m interested in.
Favourite game
I am forever recommending this game to family and friends and even acquaintances. This game is an absolute genius. Yes, sometimes there is glitches, but 90% of the time it works well. I’ve never paid for a game, but this is well worth the subscription as you get more game play and no adverts. This is the only game I play, and I’ve been now playing since 2020 or 2021. Well done to the makers
Keeps crashing
I love this game, but I can’t open it anymore, it starts loading, a count down starts stating that the issue is fixed but the counting stops and the game collapses anyway…
Great game but…
Is there any chance you could make a “classic” version as the do with Scrabble Go? Get rid of all the boosters and make it a proper equal word game. I would happily pay a subscription for that

This is or rather was a great fun game, but is now full of players using cheats to win (which has been reported to support by thousands of people) and the glitches are unreal! Game freezes constantly making you loose as you have to shut the game down!! Developers are constantly contacted by players around the world and they’ve still not sorted the issues

Not enjoyable anymore
Game has just got stupid now, too many cards that arn’t accessible to everyone. Its not a word game anymore its just a points game. I used to love this. Deleted app now.

If you want a relaxed game of scrabble this is not so relaxing, had to delete as hard to play when u have distractions in ur life, no option to pause or play at own pace
I used to enjoy this game
This used to be a good game when you played against contestants of a similar level but whenever I play now, the opponents seem to have a fistful of booster cards and reach scores in the hundreds and I am reaching only double figures. Sorry folks deleting the app.
Fed up of the cheating/glitches
I have been playing this game for years and, although I would like to to get the added benefits, I have refused to pay until the developers curtail the cheating/glitches. It has been confirmed to me now by a support members response that they don’t care and think it’s funny. I have submitted countless screenshots that show exactly what is happening in the game yet I get a message to say in order for them to be able to investigate I must VIDEO RECORD the games and submit that. What on earth is that about!? I like the idea of the game and think it could be great but like so many others have stated the cheating/glitches are infuriating and completely ruin the game. I will not waste my time and effort anymore which I know is what the support team want but they clearly aren’t going to do anything anyway so there’s no point. The game might as well save some money and get rid of their support team.
A fun game
This is quite a fun game
Harder to win if you don’t subscribe
The object of the game is to spend real-life money so that the developers get dosh and so that you are on a more level playing field with the subscription players. If you don’t want to subscribe, you will lose around 50% of the time and find it much harder if not impossible to get your hands on the best booster cards. Animations are often frustratingly slow - esp at start of game seeking opponent and end of game telling you you’ve won or lost. Quicker to resign if you know you’ve lost. Also the utterly pointless story tokens should go. The game itself can be fun - there is still skill in choosing when and how to use the boosters. But all in all frustrating if you’re not able to fork out dinero to play as you’re immediately disadvantaged compared to subscribers.
Too many Boosters
This used to be a really enjoyable game pitting your knowledge and skills against an opponent but recently there has been a proliferation of competitors who seem to be able to get multiple chocolate boosters that gives them a really unfair advantage. This is not winning by skill and I’m fed up with it. Sour grapes I here you cry!! Yeah well it does leave a bitter taste in the mouth if your opponent can play 3 or 4 times as many boosters as you can.
Loads of glitches put right - great game
The bugs which have been wrecking the game seem to be put right now. And new stories too. Good job!
Cheaters
Subscription cancelled, just fed up of all the cheaters on the game. The developers do nothing!
Love this game but unfair
i love playing this game, i love a word game and this has the quick play time and great design that i live in a game! But, some of the boosters are incredibly unfair. one booster practically gives the player 300 extra points on no merit of their own! it’s infuriating to be winning on your own merit and have someone beat you simply because they have a better booster than you!
The glitch is real
This app for the most part is enjoyable and really addictive, but when it glitches it allows opponents to reuse boosters that have already been used, enabling them to win unfairly. You may think you’ve done enough to win and then with less points per tile they win. I’ve experienced this on both ends. Something needs to be done.
Hethbow
Love this game, paid to have the ads removed but every time I play it starts to play the ads….again! was ok for a while. also after every game now my screen goes blank, glitch in the matrix somewhere. I’ve tried unloading it and loading it back up in the Hope it will clear it. Cancelled the subscription as I’m not paying for ads to be removed when I’m still getting them.

Constant issues
After nearly 6 years of playing this and paying the subscription I have had it with the constant issues - always freezing, opponents boosters displaying wrong, stupid scores appearing for opponents, always freezing to the benefit of the opponent. What is going on?
Problems with app
I love love love this game one of my favourites, recently there has been many issues, currently I cannot even open it which is disappointing, I usually play daily… please fix asap (December 20 2021 )
No skill required
The game is good, but it’s stupid. It’s not based on your knowledge of words, it’s based on how good the bonus cards you obtain. You can have really good high scoring words, then your opponent gets loads of points with low scoring tiles, all because he has excellent bonus cards. It’s disheartening.
Love this game it’s amazing BUT…
I hate the fact that when I’m winning (And with a big difference in points) I only earn 8 points even after using all my boosters, however when I lose no matter how small or big the difference is my opponent wins way higher this is cheating I’m sorry. Love this game but this is making me want to cancel my subscription
