Best Recipe App
Love this App! Amazing easy repository for all your fave recipes. Easy download from the internet and upload of your own. Use it everyday & easy to share with others. Awesome App! Use it everyday!!! Let’s you archive and organize all your recipes!!
Don’t do it
Ads and trying to get your money.
Needs better sharing capabilities
I absolutely love this app but with 1 exception. I would love to be able to share recipes so that people can import them directly into their version of the app. I almost never make a recipe straight from what is written on a website so I customize them. I cannot figure out how to share it with my friend who also has the app so that she can save it directly to the app. I’ve looked on the Help feature with no resolution. When you share between users, it sends it via text in a format that I can’t open. Other than that, the app is wonderful.
Please fix
Since the update the app it just totally white, I hate it. Changing app color in settings does nothing, top and bottom are just full on white, looks awful. Please fix.
Tellement hot
Wants my Data. NOPE.
This is the first thing I got from opening the App. Went straight to the ‘delete’ Button. I don’t want that. “My Recipe Box asks for your consent to use your personal data to: Personalised advertising, advertising measurement, audience research and services development Store and/or access information on a device..”
Pretty convenient
Great app, but had some complications adding recipes and now i need to edit the title, I can’t find how to do that, and the help part of the app only lists a handful of common issues but u cant ask it specific questions, like, how to you edit the title?!
My recipe box
Does not work on my iPad. Tricked me into downloading a scan app
Almost perfect
I love this app, but it could use a tweak. I would like the app to open to my categories and not the alphabetical list of all my recipes. How about adding the option to let us have the categories upon opening. That makes much more sense that way anyway.
Rescipes blurred
I paid $10 buck to upgrade this app to put more of my recipes in the app. When I upload my recipes onto the app at first it was fine but now my recipes is blurred . It is not clear picture or even closed. I waste my $10 on this app. Don't waste your money.
Excellent, Simple and Intuitive App
After searching and trying dozens of apps, this is the clear winner. A simple, organized and intuitive way to add your recipes, then it creates a shopping list. No distractions or fancy overkill.
Needs improvement
It’s a fairly simple but it doesn’t have any text formatting. Not being able to bullet point and bold things makes the recipes less legible.
I love this app so much but....
It stopped importing 😩😭 it made it so easy. Worked for 1 day. Then I go back next day to start importing more, and it's not working. 😞
Do I need paid version to add categories?
Looked on your help and shows how to do so but the edit categories is not listed. Want to keep using this for recipes but need to sort by category, thanks.
Super pratique!!
No metric conversion?
I love the app but it would be great if you had a conversion ( imperial - metric) function or displayed both on recipe.
Use to love it
I got this app a few years ago and absolutely loved it. So much I got the paid version. Now this new update have ads and videos that constantly pop up. Would not recommend any more. ****UPDATE****Let me add in response to the developer; even as a PREMIUM users I had NO ads or pop-ups before your most recent update. Now since that update as a PREMIUM user, I now have multiple pop-ups and ads!!
GARBAGE
USED TO BE A GREAT APP. Now it is GARBAGE! Can’t add recipe without going instead to an ad. Can’t get off ad. Have to restart my phone EVERY TIME I try to add an app because all they care about is ads, ads, ads. Even when the page COMES UP BLANK it won’t let me past ad screen. Keeping the app because I have too many recipes in it, but I will be looking for a DIFFERENT app for saving recipes, then transfer them there before I delete this CRAP!
Useful
I love the ability to save recipes directly from websites. Only thing I would change/add is a shuffle feature that will highlight a random recipe. I’ve saved so many now that there are surely some which get lost in the pack.
Great App
Love it, I use this all the time!
Poor to nonexistent sharing capabilities
My wife has the app but she can’t share recipes with me. Correct this issue, please.
Wishing for better organizational grouping system….
Good recipe app. Simple, concise, straight forward, graphically easy to use, But, perhaps I missed something when it came to grouping like recipes into categories, thus only 4 stars. I prefer my recipes grouped in categories, i.e. all cookies together, one pan dinners, breakfasts, etc., naming categories for quick personal reference. For example if I want chicken dinner, I want favorite chicken recipes in one place, so I don’t have to flick through other unrelated items. Organizing recipes this way would make MY RECIPE BOX superior to others because it is simple, easy to use without the froufrou and unnecessary bells and whistles of other apps.
Kinda love hate
I just started using this app and I kind of have a love-hate with it because I would love to be able to log into the app so that I can access it over my different Apple products that I have such as my iPad and my phone I like the way out of it but that will definitely prohibit me from using this. I’m looking for something else.
Tellement efficace !
Not reliable
Half the time won’t let you import
Super application
Doesn’t let me add categories
Everything’s perfect but it doesn’t let me add categories on the plus sign for categories
I love this app
This app has everything I need: it keeps all my online favourites in one place and extracts the recipe instructions, photo and title from blog recipes, so I don’t have to scroll endlessly. It’s also easy to make adjustments to a recipe if you’ve added or omitted an ingredient and want to remember for next time
Accessibility
So far I’m loving this app because the font is larger than other apps like it and it can do dark mode. It would be nice if there were more accessibility options. Like being large font compatible through apples accessibility features. I also like that you can enlarge font of a recipe. Also, for shopping lists if they could be updated to be separated by category that would be awesome.
Google drive
Best App
If you read and want to save recipes this is the best provided you can can bring up the share icon.
Was great until last update
I have lost all my recipes!!!!!!! What happened?
Photo
