This is a nightmare for logging you out and never being able to recover your account don’t bother with it just use the site easier.
Only slightly better than using Google.
App is great when you have a barber you like and easy to book appointments. However if you move or just forget to make your regular appointment and need to check appointments elsewhere you need to sign up to every… single…. shop! 🤦♂️ Would be better if you just had one login to use the app, why is it built this way? It seems really stupid to do this?

Email address issue
You cannot book a different Barber without the app completely losing your login details and saying your email does not exist!! The booking side is good but the admin security is awful. I’ve given up as the three email addresses I have set up all no longer exist.
App doesn’t work well
It’s a great system and the barber shop we use is brilliant but it’s hardly ever possible to book appointments on the app given the app doesn’t work properly. Have to keep downloading it and there are 3 of us trying at different points in case it’s working. V frustrating

App keeps asking me for password then won’t let me log in. Then when I try to change password says doesn’t recognise email. Which is strange because I’m already registered with that email. Getting on my nerves to be honest. Deleted everything and re registered . See if this works

Always great to use the app to book a visit. Never let me down easy to use to book a barbers near you !! Impression barbers at Tring. Hard to get an appointment with kyra as she is sooo good. Jazz is great too but have always used Kyra. Well worth the wait if you have to. Both very chatty and friendly it’s always a pleasure to go in. Recommend them if you are in the area

Completely useless if you book in advance and reminder is just after your cancellation period.

Awful! Awful! Awful!
I can’t rate this app any lower. It constantly doesn’t allow you to login, and then it sticks on one barber and doesn’t allow you to change. My preferred local barber users this app and I really wish they didn’t, as I’m now moving barbers as I can’t be doing with struggling to login, re-download the app and trying to book an appointment, for what should be a very straight forward process.

Finally, an App that we need
I loved my barbers and enjoyed the conversations happening around me and seeing all the people - behind me! Don't get me wrong, they are very good, cut my hair exactly as I liked (short back and sides, please) but as my business got busier, I had less and less time to sit and wait. Then I was put on this app and it's perfect. I can plan my day around the haircut, book in advance and even select the barber of choice. It's helped me better manage my time and my hair!
