From start to finish, the offer was good and the auction price even better. A seamless, efficient and friendly experience which far exceeded expectations.

Great app once you’ve got in to it. Just stop logging me out.
Limited use
Required an email code to sign in, every time. Wasted more time trying to login than I did looking for a car. Cazoo have a much easier to use app and so will look there instead.
Improvements Needed
App is okay but needs to be designed better, and it doesn’t stay logged in which is annoying.
Brilliant 5 star
Love car wow and especially love watching YouTube videos with Matt Watson! This app is really easy to use and very helpful, best of all it’s free to sell a car! Much better than counterparts (no names 😉)

Can’t seem to change deposit amount and it’s driving me crazy!

App gone downhill
This app used to be pretty good but latest iterations are terrible. Little more than a wrapper for a webpage rather than a fully fledged app. The app is blank half the time and constantly refreshing, in the region of several times a second, leaving you no choice but to force quit the app and restart. You can’t view messages from the dealer without the screen constantly refreshing making scrolling impossible. Also, what happened to logging in with good old fashioned email and password? Now it’s put your email in and sit there waiting for a code to be sent via email, if it comes through at all. You are better off just going to the website honestly.
Lower price offered
Motorway offered significantly higher price than carwow despite mentioning more flaws on motorway. We must have some additional spaces to mention more pros or cons of the vehicle as well. Won’t use/recommend carwow anymore.
Poor app
The app is glitchy, plus when selecting “lowest price first” the list is confusing - there are so many ads for cars at various price ranges and out of scope filters (ie mileage) it feels like a poor experience search for cars. As well as unable to search for 4wd in the filter slows the experience.
Logs you out too frequent
Always logs you Out after a short period and makes it a long process to keep logging back in. App seems decent but not very usable if you have to keep logging several times a day.

Terrible App
Awful App. Search function terrible, doesn’t retain my choices, gives me cars that do not meet my criteria. Slow, glitchy, inconsistent. Compared with the competition, this isn’t fit for purpose.
Logging off
Could be a very good app if will stop logging me off or will have added option for quick log in with Face ID or something like this. Nearly every time after minimising the app with a bit longer inactivity I’m logged out of the app. Very annoying.

What have you done ?!
This app used to be so easy now it’s become so clunky and slow and really irritating. It lags, it’s slow and unresponsive - it annoyingly requires 2 factor and email log in every time you open it despite facial recognition being set up … I use apple 14 and can’t even blame it on IOS 26 changes - it’s dreadful to navigate. It seems to be frequently out of date re models and features on offer and gives no ability to fine tune your model with optional extras. When progressing through the models it frequently gives no indication as to the difference between them meaning you then have to go the makers sites … This app has become incredibly annoying and borderline unusable.
Awful
Only shows the last two dealers you have messaged, which makes it obviously difficult when you have multiple message chains on the go. PCP deposit slider also does not work correctly and is beyond frustrating.
Great potential
App when works is useful. However constantly freezes and looses any filters when looking for a lease. Can’t use on iPad either!
So slow
App is terribly slow and crashes a lot. Slider is terrible and doesn’t work. App is not smooth.
Why doesn’t the slider work?!
Never in m my life have I met something more frustrating in an app than this deposit slider not working! It’s horrific! Sort it out…please!
This app stinks. Carwow themselves are great
Been using Carwow for years now and I have to say I’m so sick of this app it’s u true. It one of the web based apps rather than being a true app which means it’s glitchy to use and the interface isn’t optimised for the iPhone. The MFA authentication process is also annoying having to regularly re login using the passcode which it emails that doesn’t always come through. Why not integrate with Face ID? Come on give us a proper app. Carwow themselves are amazing and I’ve had loads of fantastic deals which I’ve never been able to beat. So my star rating of 1 is for the app. Carwow I would give a 5.
