So cute, gets harder
I like this game. It gets really difficult but the theme and Sanrio characters are so cute! One issue I’ve been having is when I watch an ad, my game sound goes away and I have to restart the app to get sound again. I’m not sure if this is a common bug but I hope it can get fixed soon!

Great game
This game is a dream come for me since I love puzzle games and Sanrio! Although it loses a Star because some levels are hard and you can’t buy the characters you want, you have to rely on getting them randomly through gatcha, especially if you have a favorite character (example my favorite is Cinnamoroll) it is a little frustrating, they should have added an option to buy characters! But I adore this game overall

I love this game so much and there’s nothing really wrong with it. You get to unlock so many characters and so many different clothes and make a little house for them and decorate it and it’s really relaxing too.😌 and there’s no ads it is that if you want more diamonds, you have to watch ads
Inappropriate ads!!!
Has ads talking about s** periods and how to orgasm! On a game that has an age rating of 4yrs! And the app it’s advertising is 12+. My 6 year old has seen these ads! And now I have to remove the game which was one of her favourites.

Needs rules/instructions
How do you “get” the ring?? It needs a list of rules to explain how to catch or get each obstacle. Most are easily discovered, but nothing seems to affect the ring. It’s a major annoyance in a fun little game.

WHY
I have to just say this, DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS GAME. It is trash. So I just got this game and wanted to play this game. Now I don't know if it's my WiFi or anything, but even if I refresh my WiFi, it still says Network error.

楽しいし広告も構わないけど
このアプリは対応年齢4歳からなのにホラー？ミステリー？系の怖い広告付けるのやめて欲しいです。特に12歳からの東⚪︎デ⚪︎バンカーってやつが不快です、、。わたしは大人ですが、そういうの苦手な人が居るのも理解して欲しいです。あと数手でクリア出来そうな時に広告見て手数増やしたいのに何が出てくるか分からないから広告見るのが怖くなってしまいました。

I just started and got super confused
Uhh… when I got to the screen it showed the normal home, which is normal… But I don’t really know if it was supposed to give a tutorial because I don’t know if I’m just blind for not seeing a play button. I don’t know how to start playing the actual game 😅 It’s a little confusing but otherwise I love the characters you can obtain and the room you can decorate!
Good until recently
Game was great but now….. the character event and weekly ranking levels have gotten unbelievably unfair! Asking for so much with so few moves… eating away at all of your apples and items. Just feels like they’re making it harder on purpose to make you spend money. Or it could be from achieving higher levels in the main game? But if so, they’re still a lot harder to complete than the level I’m at(150 something I think? Idk this made me lose motivation to open the game anymore) so it’s still completely ridiculous and unfair.

Just downloaded this game, ads would take me to the App Store when I pressed x and the game crashed my phone multiple times. the game is cute with the characters but isn’t worth installing. really disappointed

I love this game. nothing wrong with it until just now. i lit js paid 3.38 dollars for 20 gems…! and apple said “purchase confirmed” i check my gems and it’s STILL THE SAME?!? i give it the benefit of the doubt, close the app and then open it again, maybe it’s lagging…! not it’s not i js got scammed so badly. I’m so mad, you can obviously download this game, but please. DONT. PAY. FOR. ANYTHING. i’m so so so so sad. I hope i can get a refund or get more gems than i asked for.

What happened to being able to have friends to track scores and request apples? Also game still crashes from time to time…please fix this and add back the friending option.
Really cute
My youngest is a huge hello kitty fan and we love playing this game together. The amount of ads that pop up are a little bit annoying but I have seen worse. My biggest thing is that the game could really use an nice big update. For example like allowing players to add friends in order to exchange apples and/or other resources and to see their friends progress on the map. The challenge events could also use a separate type of resource, other than apples as lives, that way if a player has already used all their apples on the main map, they could still try the challenge event levels while waiting for their apples to refill. Lastly the special effects that the characters can give you while playing within a level don’t really work well. Most of the time it will say “gives extra move/block on levels that are high chance or low chance” but there is no way to tell if a level is actually low or high chance so the character never ends up using their special abilities.

The visuals is really cute and the gameplay is fun. The ads are literally so often I’m watching ads more than I’m playing the game. It really messes with the enjoyment of the game and I wish there was at least a cheap one time payment to get rid of ads altogether

I have always loved Hello Kitty so finding this game years ago was so great!!! This game is really fun!! I do wish that Chococat would be added to this game!!! My only issue is that some of the ads shown when watching an ad to get free spins are inappropriate for this family friendly game. I wish there was an option to pay for removing ads.

Loveable characters
In the past, that you can pay right away to pass an extremely hard level. After one update, that feature disappeared, became that you pay and the next game, then u got the extra apples, so it defeated the purpose to pay to get pass that hard level. Because even if u pay, u don’t know when u can pass that level. I never pay once after that update. And I lost motivation to pay this game anymore. 2023/3/22 Update: Facebook won’t allow my account to link with H.K.F anymore. I lost all of friends except 1 showing, and no more apples sent/received. Not sure anyone else is still playing.

it’s good but…
However I do believe that there is an audience who will love this, I am not the most pleased with this game. This is because of the amount of ads I get, this just makes it seem unplayable and after I finished a level it has come up with an ad that won’t let me click on the x button and just freezes. I also think that there should be more ways to get coins when you are running low without paying real life money. I am trying to do the event but running low on coins for power ups, without them I can’t finish the stage I am on.
