Money Maker
This game is all about having to pay a lot of money to be able to progress. I am giving up on this game. There are too many competitions to choose from which again grabs infinite contributions from your wallet. I will not be playing any more. Plus you need to make your website for buying more currency translatable because it is all in Japanese.

I got stuck on level 100 and can’t go past it without paying or getting full points on levels that are seemingly impossible to get full points on. I was loving the game but I’m not willing to spend money on a time waster game. Props to the developers for basically forcing people to pay for it to continue playing. Get your bag I guess.

Freezes a lot
This game is addictive and fun but it freezes a lot, or gets stuck on “loading”. The main screen is also very busy and things pop up a lot. Ads always freeze after the ads play. I’ve watched a few ads this week and I still have no idea what kind of rewards you can get because I have to close the app and reopen it every time.
Fun but events are impossible
The game is fun and all but the special events with event sumis are impossible to finish. I used to play for hours daily but since i get so frustrated I’ve stopped. Even when you complete the flags you still need to collect tens of thousands of the event sumis to count for ONE event progress point. Buying gems is a rip off. It’s just not as fun once you progress past the first 200 levels.
Couldn’t open Gift Box
Crashes when trying to open Gift Box. Just happened on 5th Jan midnight. Please fix it.
My most addictive puzzle game
Love this game, it’s so addictive and I never get tired of it.
Advertisements are too much
After the latest update, advertisements are popping up every time even each after playing one puzzle. It’s really annoying and takes my data a lot for the ads. If they will keep doing the ads like this, I should stop playing the app. I was really enjoying the game before that. I hope they will change about it.
Not Greedy
SumiSumi does not force you to watch ads and genuinely rewards you for playing, not just paying. I also appreciate the art style of this game; it’s cozy and creative. I hope the game continues to update events and features because completing these challenges and puzzles is so satisfying!

My Favorite Cute and Fun Game
Sumi Sumi is one of those rare puzzle games that feels both relaxing and heartwarming at the same time. From the moment you open it, you’re greeted with rewards, events, and fun activities with Sumi Sumi’s. This game definitely brings a cozy, cute, and fun atmosphere that makes it easy to get lost in for hours. Pros: The gameplay is simple yet at times challenging. It’s perfect for casual players but still manages to offer enough challenge and strategic thinking to keep things interesting. Each level is full of cute San-X characters and desserts, whether you’re playing just a few minutes to unwind or settling in for a longer session. What makes Sumi Sumi stand out from other puzzle games is its charm and diverse gameplay. The characters are too cute, and the animations and little sound effects make me smile every time. It’s the kind of game that can instantly lift your mood. Cons: That said, there are some downsides. Each level requires a clover to play, and if you don’t pass a non-completed level, you don’t get the used clover back. You have to clear a level to keep your clover, and you only start with 5. Once they’re gone, they regenerate about every 15 minutes. This time limit can be frustrating if you’re in the mood to play longer sessions. This can make you feel pressured to complete a level the first time when progressing through harder levels and can then cause you to impulsively buy in-game items just to pass certain levels. And let me tell you, this adds up fast because unfortunately, the prices for these items are on the higher side, which makes the game feel less accessible if you don’t want to pay. You’ll just have to continuously wait for clovers and hope you pass the level(s) eventually. Summary: Overall, Sumi Sumi is a wonderful game, and if you’re looking for a puzzle game for short or long bursts of fun, and is also cozy, relaxing yet at times challenging, Sumi Sumi is definitely worth trying. Just be aware of the gotcha system and the pricey in-app purchases if you’re someone who likes to play without limits.

I used to love playing this game because it was so relaxing and I could spend hours tapping away happily. Now there’s an ad after every game and it’s really ruining my relaxation. I don’t know if I can play anymore which is sad.

I’ve been playing this game for like 10 years and I’ve gotten hours upon hours of entertainment. They’re never very generous with rewards, their little mini event games are awesome. You’re not timed so there’s no pressure to finish the game. The Sumi Sumi’s are so cute and I enjoy collecting and upgrading my Sumi’s. Jan. 20 Update ruined game with Ads
I was really enjoying this very cute game. After the update yesterday, an ad loads automatically as soon as I finish logging in, with no X out option. It forces a wait through an ad of at least 30 seconds to get back to the game. After I played one level, another ad loaded automatically and forced another 30 second wait. I can’t find an ad-free option. You have ruined this game with these ads! :( I am extremely sad that another game I liked got taken away from me by overwhelming ads. I will be deleting this app.
ADORABLE just one problem...
Ok THIS GAME IS TOTALLY AWESOME!!! These characters are adorable plus the theme is so cute I have never seen a cuter app. If you like cute things I definitely recommend this game. But as cute as it gets I still have a problem. Every time I finish a stage it exits me out and I have to start all over again. But over all best game ever highly recommend this I hope I can get your response bye!

Too Many Ads
This is a really cute and fun game. However, since the latest update, the ads are out of control. I’m seeing them after every level, which is overkill. There doesn’t even seem to be an option to get rid of them by paying a small fee, which is a total shame.
Cute, challenging, fun
This has been my favorite mobile game for several years. Tips: Everything in this game (even the premium currency) can be earned for free. If you choose to spend, the best value for your money is the limited time (twelve hour) $5 ruby shop that appears each time you complete an area. Participate in the weekly events and daily challenges for lots of freebies. Add in-game friends (you don’t need to connect your social media) for basically unlimited lives (clovers)—active players are REALLY good at sending each other the daily clover gift. This game is very friendly to newcomers. There’s a big limited time/special event gacha element, but I think every limited edition character I’ve seen over the years has come back eventually.
REMOVE THE RANDOM ADS
Why’s ads popping up randomly all of s sudden after the update????? This game is ridiculously hard & requires you to spend money on it already so stop this nonsense

Fun but...
It’s very difficult and it’s not very rewarding as it’s almost impossible to beat levels and earn the flags (which will rewards you). It is very frustrating! There are so many ads for cute rewards but none are achievable without putting in a lot of money.

So annoying
This game would be cute and fun if it wasn't for that annoying wizard coming down and tell you stuff every second and not letting you do anything else but the thing he wants you to do it sooooo annoying every second he pops down and tells you useless stuff and the level are way to hard it almost impossible to advance I would say don’t waste you time on this game
Challenging stages
This game is super cute and I love the concept of it. I used to play this game everyday but haven’t cause the levels get extremely hard fast. I’m currently at stage 271 and been trying to beat it for about 4 weeks now, but it really seems impossible. Since I been stuck at 271 I just replay old stages and when they have extra stages available.

Difficult to play 😓
I play just to see those cute characters. The game is quite hard to complete especially event ones . I never clear events and get the flags or rewards. Don’t do the in app purchase , the rate is so low that I never get what I wanted even though I paid . Game is for those who are smart enough or you are willing to pay a lot a lot a lot. If you don’t mind getting basic characters and just enjoy difficult puzzles then this is for you. If you are not too smart like me. Don’t even download this game. It makes people like me feel miserable after failing so many times .

The levels are unreasonably hard and it’s nearly impossible to beat 30% of the levels without having the powerups full-on. Some of the sumis are designed very similarly which is also very triggering. I’ve spend 20k of gold, 20 lives&gems (which I earned and saved very hard) on one single level just to get to the third flag, which apparently you need for every single level in order to move on, and I still failed to achieve the third flag on that level. The bridge requirement is stupid (for most of the games you won’t need all perfect to move on, most of them are set to be somewhat 75% of completion) and the game difficulty is just obnoxiously and unrealistically hard.

I enjoy playing this interesting and addictive game. However, it uses a lot of my battery and it requires a internet connection to play which makes it troublesome sometimes. Nevertheless, I still enjoy enjoy playing this amazing game despite the battery and internet connection problems.
Cute but don’t expect too much
I’ve always loved San-x, designs and the characters they create. I downloaded and played for a while because I like puzzles and with San-x characters it made totally better. However, if ppl don’t pay attention to the patterns of the algorithm of this game, they might think is just RNG. But no, this game actually is hidden among “p2w” because you need cash to achieve “higher” score. They have now an event called “summer festival” which the points to achieve the flag and get rewards are insanely high, and yes, you need to have lot of “boost” to have your reward. I’ve put a small amount of money out of frustration, and I saw how hardcore this game is. Is frustrating, and very stupid especially when the game’s quest is to clean “X characters”, but in the screen doesn’t even have that amount. Is good to play? Yes, very much, But, don’t expect to much. This is almost an unfair game with unfair levels for you to get good rewards. I would rather play Candy Crush or any other game because this game doesn’t reward you well and is very difficult.
