Stamina + Characters
The game is fun overall, but the merging process kind of sucks because you run out of stamina SO fast and then it takes forever to recharge. I feel like when we lvl up at a certain point (every like 10 lvls) we should get our max stamina upgraded. It would make leveling up more of something to look forward to and overall make the merging process fun and also much more easier. Characters: PLEASE add more niche characters. I deeply love Cherry and Berry from LLoromannic and other niche characters. I’m not really a fan of any of the popular characters like Hello Kitty, My melody, Pom Pom, etc. Expanding the map overall or being able to design it more instead of just with item you get would be so awesome.
Fun but feels a little rigged
I can spend so much energy on a machine to get me the uncommon items like pizza and fabrics but it won’t get me any after how much I spend or other times I will receive a lot and never have an order with it

My favorite game
This is the first time I’ve spent more than one week on a game I have a three week streak lol I just love Sanrio so this is perfect and the in app purchases are just to buy more coins if you want it is basically free
Fun but the ads don’t work for rewards
I play this game everyday and religiously watch ads for rewards until I hit the limit. The new ads play then exit out with zero rewards. Needs to be fixed.
Good game!
I have been playing this game for about a year now. I love the characters and the graphics. Now that I’ve completely all the initial quests, I’m disappointed by the lack of ability to acquire town decorations without the use of diamonds. The coins are essentially useless. Gaining diamonds is challenging unless you spend actual money. I am mainly playing without even bothering to collect decorations which is fine, but I do wish there were other ways.

ゲーム自体は楽しいし可愛いとは思うけど、固まりやすく本体が熱くなったり、先日は1時間分以上巻き戻され、せっかく使ったダイヤなどだけが消費された状態になったりもした。 こんな状態が続くならもうアンインストールしかないかもしれない😭

Rigged
This game was fun, i really enjoyed it at first but it got really frustrating after a while. It’s similar to how carnival games & casinos are set up to make you lose or spend more money. I finally decided to uninstall.
Fun but has some small flaws
Overall I really love this game, the gameplay loop is easy to understand and I love merge games in general and seeing hello kitty combined with that is what made me get it, one minor gripe that I have however is that when I first started playing there is a bug that happened to me where it said the game needed an update but was already updated, I didn't save my account beforehand because it didn't seem like a need right away for me but I recommend doing that the moment you start the game if you decide to get it or you'll have to uninstall and reinstall just to be able to play and it will restart your data over. I wanted to keep playing, despite how disappointed I was that it happened. Otherwise, I like playing to pass the time and there's a big lack of ads aswell! Unless you pick to look at them.

ダイヤ使ってもちもち度97まで増やしてからエネルギー5を消したらもちもち度が0だった。 流石にドン引き。700くらいあったエネルギーもアイテム連打して出していたら画面落ちて再起動したら100しかなかったことも。 広告も途中でアプリが落ちる。私は課金してないけどしたらいけないくらいのバグ。 間違えて課金してしまうようなボタンの位置と出すタイミングもやらしい。 ゲームは面白いけどゲームプログラムしてる私からすると動作確認のコスト削減してるのではないかと思うほど酷いバグ。 改善されないからセキュリティー面も心配でアカウント連携もしてない。

Enjoying the game but went to claim my leftover rewards before it was time and nothing was there. Usually they are held over but now just disappear.
My favorite game
I love this game so so much. You can tell that so much love was put into this game. Every little detail is thought out and there is NO AI SLOP. The dev team is so helpful, I’ve had to reach out twice and they are very responsive and helpful. I feel like apps these days are never this thought out and well put together. Every update takes into account what changes the fans want. This team should be very proud of this game.

the game is slowly going downhill
things keep changing, and not in a good way. why is it harder to get the secondary items like pizza or the fried cutlets from the fryer or whatever?? you guys are making the game unnecessarily harder for no reason. i get that the game can’t be just super easy peasy or whatever but come on☹️ not to mention you’re also adding things that just aren’t good like you’re slowly taking away the things that made the game good in the first place
Glitches
This is such a fun game BUT even if you save account, you can’t switch devices because it will not save your progress! I like to play on my iPad but if I feel like playing this on my phone AFTER SAVING IT, I will lose my place 90% of the time. Often freezes, energy disappears, mini games disappear from the top screen.

Fun game
Cute, fun. No forced ads. Only one note. When you open the app, soooo many pop ups for events/mini games/shop deals. So many that’s it’s almost rude. You open the app to play the game and try to tap, but BOOM pop up. And another, and another. Other than that - I really enjoyed playing this game!! Wish there were more locations!
Says to update but nothing to update
Everytime I try to play, the loading screen says please update and whenever I do, it leads me here and it says open my game and no updates. Disappointed with all the glitches lately.
Addictive
I’ve found this game to be very distracting and addictive when I need something to zone out too. While I do like this game a lot; I find it pretty annoying with the constant pop ups all the time trying to sell me things or tell me of new events every single time I open the app. There is alot of bugs and issues as well. Which isn’t the worst thing in the world. Usually I just close and open the app back up and it’s fine again.

Can’t load the game
I started to really get into this game until as of now when I literally can’t get into this game. It keeps telling me I need to update but when I go to the update page in the App Store it shows that it is up to date. Please fix so I can continue playing what was such a fun and cute game.

I really love this game but not sure why I have to update it every day?
Malfunctions happen way too often.
I used two wait-time reduction items today, but the timer didn't shorten at all. On top of that, the stamina I earned from completing event tasks wasn't credited to my account even after I claimed it. I'm so frustrated!
Great except for pop ups
I love this game! It is really fun to play. I find everything good except for when I log in after a week or two an get hit with 10-15 pop ups. It is genuinely annoying and makes me not want to play the game. Maybe removing some of the pop ups like events unless it is brand new because you know what the event is by the icon on the bar!If you fix this issue that would be amazing!

Dumb updates
This isn’t Blue’s Clues, I don’t need to be told I have mail. Put the catalog back at the bottom where it belongs. There is no reason why I have to hit my screen multiple times JUST to get rid of the stupid friend when I sign in on a new day. I don’t care about some dumb summer fruit season banner bs. I don’t need the stupid friend to consistently ask about some dumb trophy picking thing or whatever. The friendship thing is absolutely ridiculous. I’m not using my coins or gems to level this nonsense up. I hate we’re forced to deal with it.
Creepy npcs
I enjoy this game, but *please* consider making it so that the human npcs that walk around don’t stop in their tracks and stare at you. It’s really unsettling and creepy.
Update
Since the recent update and the new character/games the app has been glitching and not working properly or giving the rewards. It was working fine before this.
Too many pop-ups
As soon as I open the app it’s never ending pop-ups, minimum 20. Seriously? I just want to play the game, it’s quite frustrating. I’m now reluctant to play because I know there will be so many pop-ups. Please stop.
Too cute!
I usually avoid game apps because of the scammy feeling most of them have, but this app is really well done. It’s got the cutest, most intricate Sanrio art I’ve ever seen—even cuter than anything on their actual products. It’s beautiful! The gameplay itself starts off simply, but builds layers as it goes. It also makes it very tempting to spend money on the in-app purchases because they’re relatively inexpensive and can help out a lot. You can get through it without spending a penny—it just takes time. You use ‘energy’ to generate the items to merge, which does regenerate. You can optimize your productivity by checking in every 2-1/2 hours. The instructions aren’t actually very clear for the general game, but you can search Reddit with any questions. Good luck not getting addicted!
Major Drawback
I love the game and play it daily, but I hate that it won’t let me play unless I update it. I understand it’s to ensure quality of the game, but it’s a bit annoying.

This game is actually unplayable at the moment 🙁 It’s full of bugs and constant game freezing issues that make the game feel like a hassle to play. I really love this game, but I feel inclined to avoid it when it only gets worse and worse after each update.
One of my favourite games but so many issues
This game is so much fun and very addicting but it has so many glitches and issues. I’m up to level 130+ and cannot open the app again due to glitches. Usually I can play 5 min and then leave it alone and come back again after a few hours and be fine to play for as long as I like. I haven’t been able to open the app for 3 days now. Very upsetting. It says access denied every time I try to open the app. So disappointing because I have worked so hard to get this far

LAGGING SO BAD
I paid for a package for the Happy Dessert Time event - They lagged and didnt give me all the cookies I supposed to have. Then, after the second update on 30/4 - first it showed the Guatemala event - now it disappeared after like 1 hour? I collected about 110 of them hammer and now its all gone with the event when I havent even opened anything? The Shopping Road suddenly open and I have to start it from nothing? IT SUPPOSED TO HAVE IT ALL AT TH BEGINNING OF THE DAY, NOT LIKE THIS???? I played for like 600 energy in the morning and now I get nothing at all. This is so frustrating , not to say that the items are ridiculously expensive and waste energy

Great, easy to play game. But I wish I could turn off the pop ups for the events, it gets really irritating to have to close each one when I just want to jump straight into playing. Please have an option to turn this off. And to also turn off or reduce the length of time for some of the animation of the dialogue boxes when receiving rewards. Would also love to play this offline.
